Chasing this thing all the way up to .076 and STILL can't get any.
Trying to round up, but can't get any even at .066.
You are correct. I just got an odd number of shares at .061.
I never expected this to go back down - especially with the relatively limited number of shares.
Yes, I do have a lot to learn about this stuff, though LOL.
I was not screaming but I am still here. There are probably others who are rather quiet, but also believe this is a wonderful opportunity.
Sounds logical - not stupid. Actually, noticing Melissa's buy backs started my DD, including bringing me to this board, but what I read here finalized my decision. Randy, your posts were very informative, so thank you.
What sold me on this company (I am a new boardmark also) was Melissa Rice's insider buying......especially the buys above the current PPS.
I found it - July 16......now I know (actually remember) what I did.....I got behind in reading posts so I cheated and reset all 25 or so boards for about 2 or so days of postings.
Should have know I would get caught LOL.
I'm still around - not like me to not answer one of your posts - which post? I checked PMs as well, last one was about music, and I replied. Sorry but I will reply when you tell me which post LOL.
Been a kind of hectic week. Hope your mom is doing better.
This stock stuff takes a lot of time - probably should have waited until I retired LOL.
Also still here - me, my 500,000 shares, faith in Arne and AWYI, and a hope for the future.
Corrected already!!
My apologies - you are correct - I should have noticed that but was in too much of a hurry.
I called them and reported those issues, and I would not be surprised to see that fixed soon.
BOA rep came back and said it works now. I checked, it works now for me. He has no idea what was going on.
One of the few professionally done websites I have seen (stock related, LOL). OT - SRSR is another.
Check out all the info - pix of the folks, info on auditors, and so on.
What a real deal!!!!
No. I said to her that I understood from what she was saying, that the company did not know why there was a stock problem, or that she was not allowed to tell me. She said no, in that case she would tell me that she couldn't say anything.
However, I took that with a grain of salt, because she may not be allowed to say even that, because think of the rumors that could start LOL.
I am on the phone with BOA now, they are checking for me.....they couldn't put in an order either - He said the symbol did not match (something - might have said cusip but not sure).
Sure does sound like a merger, though, doesn't it!!
I will post whatever I find out.
I called the company and spoke to Carroll at 253-857-9400 x 2014. She was not aware of any reason that the stock is not trading. She said she would check and call or email me if she found anything.
Note, the phone number on the investors page at the site is not correct - the number on the contact page is correct. I asked about that too - she said they recently moved and the page had not been updated.
Thanks!
You are correct!
The message below is from my BOA account - and BOA never has the usual odd restrictions that other brokers have.
Error
We are unable to process your order at the current time. Please try again later or call your broker. (Trading 000925)
Hey, don't forget I posted on that forum too LOL, asking them to support the company by purchasing stock.
Send the PM to me - I'll post it. I haven't been to jail yet, and I certainly owe you somthing for all of the hard work you have done. Just let me know which board to post it on.
A penny? Are you on the right board? I wish this was a penny!
Or perhaps trying to be even MORE in at a cheaper price LOL.
Congratulations! Well deserved, in my opinion.
Thanks. Sorry about that.
Please check the MEDQ board. If the CBAY mentioned in the news there is the same CBAY as here, you folks might be interested.
MEDQ - interesting news
LONDON (Thomson Financial) - CBaySystems Holdings Ltd. said its shares have been restored to trading on AIM after it published an admission document regarding its subsidiary CBay Inc. acquiring a 69.5 percent holding in MedQuist Inc. from Koninklijke Philips Electronics N.V.
CBaySystems said the acquisition, which values values Philips' shareholding in MedQuist at approximately $287 million, or $11.00 per MedQuist share, is expected to be complete in early August.
The acquisition, which constitutes a reverse takeover, is conditional on the passing of a resolution by shareholders at an EGM, to be held on Aug 5.
CBaySystems also said it is still facing U.S. legal action to halt the purchase of the stake in MedQuist, which is one of the world's largest medical transcription service organizations.
On June 30, Newcastle Partners, L.P., derivatively on behalf of MedQuist, filed an action against Philips, CBaySystems, a former director of MedQuist and four current directors of MedQuist.
The complaint alleges that four of the current MedQuist directors of MedQuist breached their fiduciary duties to MedQuist and its minority shareholders in connection with the proposed sale of Philips' shares in MedQuist to CBay Inc., and that CBaySystems and CBay Inc. aided and abetted the breach by such directors of their fiduciary duties.
At a hearing on July 9, the court denied Newcastle's application for a temporary restraining order and has now scheduled a hearing on Newcastle's request for a preliminary injunction for July 31.
CBaySystems also outlined its proposals for directorship of the enlarged group Monday, where CBaySystems co-founder and chairman Venu Raman Kumar would become vice-chair and CEO, Robert Aquilina the proposed chairman and Nanda Krishnaiah the proposed executive director.
CBaySystems also said trading during the six months ended June 30 has been in line with management expectations.

But you can still see the vehicle...........whereas I can't see anything from my investment (another live and learn for me).
Thanks, Sterling. Very well written, as usual.
That is a very good find.
Looking at otcbb.com
7/11 $7.70
7/14 $7.28
7/15 $7.10 - $7.70
7/16 $7.31 - $7.40
7/17 $7.40 - $7.55
7/11 $7.80
Not too much volume.
UNFAIR! I CRY FOUL! I answered your question! Let's NOT be more specific - let's admit your question was FULLY ANSWERED.
Man, this really aggravates me. Provide an answer to these *****s and this is what you get.
A much better answer would have been "thanks, you are right".
Medquist. Check the MEDQ board. How much did we bet?
Why did insiders spend $21,750.50 to buy 2,175,050 shares of TVOG when it is going to r/s 1 for 20? At least, I don't think the r/s happened yet.
In case they hold you to that, I am going to try to corner the market on pinto beans.
Email thread.
To read in time sequence, read the emails at the bottom first.
I hope this is of some benefit.
Also, Arne gave me permission earlier to post his emails on IHUB.
For those who raked me over the coals last time (for bothering Arne when all I had done was respond to his email) please note his comment about wanting to receive emails.

Subject: RE: Cornell
Thanks for these good points.
As of now, I don’t know Cornell’s plans, although I believe they have not been converting and selling for some time. It is correct we have been and still are working actively with some institutional investors and part of the discussions have been a buy-out of Cornell, although no agreement has as of yet been completed.
However, I still believe that it is critical to also prioritize the building of the company as to operation, revenues and earnings.
My target is still to reach a profitable minimum $21 million annualized revenue for this year. If we can accomplish this and some other activities, we would have a chance to far exceed this. We are not there yet but we will keep working on it.
Thanks for being a valuable shareholder and thanks for providing all your support.

I think the biggest concern right now is the potential for diluting by Cornell.
My understanding is that you are working on financing options to remove Cornell from the picture.
Any positive updates related to this endeavor would, in my opinion, have an upwards effect on the pps. Other positive actions include share buy back (costs money), reduction in authorized shares (does not cost money).
Thanks, xxxxxxxxxxxx

I thank you for this message, and I like your concern about success for the company.
Yes, after you told me, I did read the same message, but I certainly did not see it before it was posted. I always try to be careful with spelling, facts etc. Since I can not speak for them, I will contact them to find out and request them to be careful with their presentations.
Thanks for supporting us.
Please continue to correspond with me directly whenever you so wish. I will do my best to respond, but I will not myself enter iHub or any other message board or similar.

They should not use words like cha-ching!
They stated "past 52 week high of $.0012". The true high was $.012. How hard is it to get that right?
There are numerous grammar and spelling errors. e.g., AWYIS' ........
Arne, their sole function is to be a IR company. This type of writing is unforgivable - my granddaughter could do better!
Read their post 20214 carefully - you will see what I mean.
Also, they did not respond to my post asking for their company name, URL, etc. They should at least have said they would not release that information.
You come across as a high quality professional, and so does your company......but you need someone just as professional to present you to the world.
We had the same type of communication issues with ADCS and GLCC ..... and they both went down the tubes.
Sorry to rant, but I want Ariel Way and me to succeed!!
Thanks, xxxxxxxxxxxx

xxxxxxxxxxxx,
I have now read some comments on the iHub and yes, I am a little puzzled with some comment I have read and maybe you can shed some light.
We have taken, in my opinion, some unreasonable pounding on our price lately. Shareholders have been asking us to create a wider awareness of our company, so we have hired an IR firm. They are supposed to work a number of different activities, one of them is to monitor some message boards. We don't tell them where to go and what to do. They are supposed to be professional and independent and only present already publicly known information or their own independent opinion or view.
If we do what the shareholders have been asking, what is wrong with this?
If they are deemed not to work in a professional manner, that is a different thing, and then of course we will review the work.
By the way, I still want to directly communicate with the shareholders, so don't stop sending me emails. I will do my best to respond.
Regards,
Arne Dunhem

If you do, I must respectfully ask you to reconsider their role, or at least ask have them function in a more professional manner. If you haven't been reading the boards, this is now the time to do so.
I am very disappointed in what I have seen.
If you don't, then someone is pretending to represent AWYI (which I really hope is the case).
What looks too good to be true is the $2.75 dividend per share. I bought 100 shares....if this dividend is actually given, I will get $275 free and clear.....and if I can then sell the shares near the purchase price, that would be an awesome profit.
However - if something looks too good to be true, it usually is.....and the fact that only 300 total shares were bought yesterday indicates that everyone but me (and a few others LOL) knows what the problem is.
Excellent!!!!!! Still laughing!!
To do that, they should answer my question, which I posted earlier:
Who are you? What is your company name? What is the URL for your website? Those answers will establish you as a legitimate force for AWYI.
