Gandal in fact it is our purchasing of stock that keeps money flowing to these so called representatives. Also if WAMU did have a $8B debt at the time under C11 the company cannot increase this debt amount at all and must pay for all services rendered to it. Cannot further go into debt, so I agree with Bophan in that the inflated amount of debt based on the laws of C11 could not have occurred here.
I would think that whatever negotiations are going on behind closed doors that the attorneys for WAMU should be attacking this as if they feel the deal that they get in court will be a better avenue versus face to face with the robbers that stole them away. I prefer it in court so the shareholders are not second class again.
I am thinking their billing is soooo.... high they expect JPM to pick up this tab in the end as well with the settlement, no way WAMU pays for this.
I just love the cryptic messages on this board. GLTA here.
I think this is a very interesting case in that if JPM had insiders working for WAMU (moles) and the FDIC acted on their findings then the FDIC is at fault for acting on false insider information at that, and JPM is at fault for placing moles inside the WAMU operations to find out what condition the company was in or making the company in a bad position. All geared to destroying WAMU for profit, as has been the mantra here.
I think there is plenty of blame to go around but the bottom line is the FDIC acted on bad and incorrect information for some reason, directed or orchestrated by JPM perhaps to protect the public from this upcoming default. Yet days after TARP arrived so JPM could reap the benefits from it as well. I think it was all planned to happen the way it did and they expected no one to come forward to complain.
And here we are today with JPM nor the FDIC wanting any of this in the public eye, in my humble opinion WAMU can name their own price, but will leave it up to an honorable judge or a reconcilliation outside of the court walls which I really don't know what further back door deal would be made in our interest in the latter scenario. GLTA here and thank you all for you're help with information I had requested.
Other than the $4billion monies does anyone know here what else WAMU is chasing after? Lawsuit for defamation of a company? Reinstatement fully of all their properties and business with all in tact? Anyone do you know what else they are expecting to get out of this debacle?
No other company does this and they have the patent, nuff said here folks, on cell phones with agreements with all of them nuff said there too. Only one, all cell phone companies, cornered market, only game in town or world equals $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. GLTA here.
Dennis you are most welcome but you are now on your own here as I don't think any of us knows how high this can go, but if you made a few dollars good for you and that my friends is what America is all about. GLTA here.
Twas' me all my fault, no problem glad to have helped you.
Yeah and that's not all that bad come to think about it?
Never quit your day job, may need it next week after you blow this money.
I love it all this on absolutely no news too. This company is THA MONSTA. GLTA here. Glad I am here.
OK I missed those sorry about that, I was looking tonite and did not see any.
I will accept a 1:1 share for share of JPM no problem. They own us right? So why not. A court case will bring out the law breaking that went on here and I don't think JPM or FDIC want their dirty laundry in the public eye here. Whatever happens it will be better than .10 pps.
To me the old $8 offer is no good and not even in the cards here as JPM and FDIC are in a pickle now and they know it. Do you think after all this the WAMU lawyers will settle for just what they could have had before. No way now that the criminals have been caught in the act then the payout will be much higher and it will be based on how much JPM and FDIC does not want the public to know or find out about in any way.
WAMU attorneys can almost dictate that price or value and what they want from any settlement. A new bank set up by FDIC and JPM paid for by FDIC and JPM, plus a payout for all shareholders who stuck with this company although when the EC was formed I did not like the WAMU attorneys squirmings about it at that time and attempt to disband it, so more power to the EC.
What will have to be made public will be the reinstatement of WAMU and making all whole here because the spin can be JPM and FDIC remain the good guys and are supporting the proces, otherwise they are dead meat. I think it all bodes well for us either way it goes. Don't expect anyone to go to jail unless a crazy undervalued settlement is offered then the guns will come right back out and a jury trial will move forward, then a bigger settlement will come quickly when that happens. GLTA here.
It's so funny the folks that follow the Hot Stocks tab here and the other so-called Breakout Boards and Next 5 to 10 Bagger, NONE and I said None of them mention GWTR with it's great jump today and all it's volume. What are those others following that did greater than this did today. Unbelievable, tells me not to read any of them idiots stuff, means nothing at all.
I think it bodes well to be climbing with all this volume on absolutely "no news". GLTA here very happy camper here awaiting news which should obviously take it higher still. CE gone will bring more folks to this party and hold our support levels to protect our investment here.
To me not the only monies involved here, how about open robbery for starters.
Here, here I'm with ya Grumpy here till the end.
Not if you read the charts it's not, but I will take anything over .0055 for all.
.0055 next resistance. eom.
Tried to buy 2K shares at .20 all day on Friday closed at .15 and never went through? Anyone know why here?
Had a buy order in on Friday for LEHCQ 2K shares at .20 all day never went through all day yet it closed at .15 pps anyone know why?
Patience is golden!!! A watched pot does not boil!! Haste makes waste!! Move on if you all wish I am here for long haul and been here for quite some time now. GLTA who stay and win, I want them to win and I want us for sticking around this long to win, and the owner is here to win. So let's win.
If I were the judge I would also openly declare JPM a stupidly run business entity whereas the right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing and vice-versa, that deserves to pay out money because they do not deserve to own a dog house.
That's what I thought, I read through the Hot List and the other boards that promote hot stocks but the funny thing is that since I've been reading them the stocks that climb during the week are never the ones being touted on any board, of so called hot stocks for this week coming. Too funny. Always look for sleepers and follow charts and believe it or not you're gut. Buy low sell high, once you sell low you lose.
I bought into this last spring, so I am a post shareholder. Does this mean everyone who has bought over the last year get nothing?
Anyone?
I noticed here no posting from 11-30-09 to 02-11-10. What happened did everyone bail back then?? All of a sudden people jumping in here. Very strange to me, no consistent posting at all in December or January here.
I just went simply to OTCBB.com and typed in this symbol PHLH and looked at a 2 year, 3 year, 4 year, 5 year and 10 year chart and I don't see where Penny Guru is correct in that this ever reached $.30 ever in it's time. Maybe $.03 cents but not $.30 ever. Take a look for yourselves.
You're right and no one ever knows. I bought into CEMJQ when it was at .04 last week was up to 1.57 now at 1.06 sold some of that on it's way down to get me a bunch in this great potential to me.
So I'm good so far, but one never knows opportunity knocks once so when it seems good and DD is in good shape. Bought into CEMJQ not knowing that much about it except third larget chemical company in the world and only banrupt piece was American operations, not European, that sold me to buy in at .04 then. Worked out well, but coulda gone the other way as well, but PPS history was on my side. GLTA here folks.
Ahh what a difference a day makes, here to stay folks good things ahead, now I'm a smart buyer all of a sudden, what's new?? GLTA here again.
Sorry all been here since .04 days, its all good from here, sorry for those others whom bought lately. Let it ride I say.
Absolutely true, No I did not sell been in this game for way too long to do such a sin. I'm a holder here for obvious reasons to make money and to see a company make good on their new idea and implement it to the max. GLTA here. Thanks
Of course it's pulling back because I bought in yesterday at .0039. Stands perfect reason to me because I know just when to pull that trigger to lose $1k. Oh well just lined someones pockets, not mine again.
I still say there is a discrimination suit to be had here in that our bank was not given the same opportunities other institutions were granted days after this takeover happened. That to me is what smells to high heaven and to is considered in not nation building, but bank building by JPM and FDIC. I'd say with all the data and information available on this case there is absolutely no reason our bank had to be SAVED from itself to protect the public from a failure that never would have occurred.
I say go after the discrimination aspect of this case in that we were not offered the same monies others of the same ilk were granted when TARP arrived on the scene. Someone will pay and I really do not care who it is JPM or FDIC, to me they were in total cahoots here and are both to blame for the idle failure of a solvent bank.
Only one comment comes to my mind about JPM and the e-mail and that is playing God with our money and owning that much power they are the scum of the earth and below pond scum.
Must be careful and not careless when Weil has to become partners with EC due to a ruling. Any ulterior motives must be sought and expunged out by the EC representatives in my opinion, remember all they did not want it and are forced to deal with it now. Representations may not be as they appear if Weil is as smart as we have thought he is so I trust our support will use caution here but supportive.
What other stock do you all know of that the Senate is holding investigative hearings on behind the scenes to get to the bottom of how this could have happened? There is none. So the Honorable Judge knows there will be other information forthcoming from that aspect and could possibly rule after such information comes forward whether evidence or testimony of someone we have not heard from yet. But she is aware of the shareholders and their stake in the mix. I think it all bodes well for the commons. GLTA here.
My thoughts are simply this. In allowing the EC to stand last week the Judge is seeing that there will be some compensation for the common shareholders in this case. It definitely leaves the possibility open the way I see it. I think we are in good hands here.
Or she may be waiting to receive input from their investigation to call other witnesses forward based on their findings seeing as how the FDIC is involved it could take a different turn that we will all be surprised by here, to the good I mean.
