I still say there is a discrimination suit to be had here in that our bank was not given the same opportunities other institutions were granted days after this takeover happened. That to me is what smells to high heaven and to is considered in not nation building, but bank building by JPM and FDIC. I'd say with all the data and information available on this case there is absolutely no reason our bank had to be SAVED from itself to protect the public from a failure that never would have occurred.
I say go after the discrimination aspect of this case in that we were not offered the same monies others of the same ilk were granted when TARP arrived on the scene. Someone will pay and I really do not care who it is JPM or FDIC, to me they were in total cahoots here and are both to blame for the idle failure of a solvent bank.
