DTSL looks like sellers gone, ready to move again.
DTSL 0005 volume; sellers CSTI and VERT off of best ask.
0004 x 0005; 5 x 2
DTSL 0005s getting hit
0004 x 0005; 5 x 2
It's been about 45 minutes since the last big blocks of dumpage, exactly when VERT backed off of the ask.
It's possible that the dumping is done for today, and hopefully forever. Of course there's still CSTI lurking around, but it has always looked like the major dumping was through VERT.
all imo, of course
That may be the salary that is on the books, but neither of them is actually drawing anything close to that amount as of now. This is from the pink sheets filing of 11/16
http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=39341
Mr. Coblin’s annual salary is $250,000. As of the date of this disclosure statement, Mr. Coblin has
been paid $68,524.70.
Mr. Plaut’s annual salary is $250,000. As of the date of this disclosure statement, Mr. Plaut has been
paid $19,483.91
Also from that same filing, for those who were guessing Best Buy was the Black Friday client, apparently UDS has already done business with them. (page 8 of the filing)
UDS is now providing services to customer organizations including Hewlett Packard, Toys'R US,
Best Buy and others for the delivery of hundreds and thousands of Subway® orders to many
hundreds of venues distributed across the whole of the United States. Peak order volume is now
approaching $350,000 per day, on which UDS keeps a 10% margin
My guess would be they didn't want every stockholder calling and harassing their client trying to verify it.....
Pour hour can bring us back to the 7...
Oh good, I love pour hour; unfortunately it ended up being "poor" hour, as the stock closed at 5.
0009s back up now....looking much better imo
More 0009 bidders now.....nice
.0009 x .001; 3 x 4
DTSL serving .001s now
ETMM just jumped off of 0009 within even being hit; now that's thin
0008 x 0009 now, didn't take much for the 8s to fall.
DTSL +22% on near record volume. Buyers at 0005 - 0007 probably churned out by now. Much higher base forming.
Very small float for a stock trading at this level.
Should be current on pink sheets within a day or so.
Plenty of news still to come.
So what's not to like?
Bids stacked 4 deep at 0012 now; sooooooo ready to go here imo
DTSL broke resistance at 0013, next resistance all the way at 0017, then some blue skies.....
DTSL broke resistance at 0013, next resistance all the way at 0017, then some blue skies.....
gone....can you say "lock down play"?
I had a order in to buy a few at 0038 when the ask was at 0038. Never got filled and then they raise the ask to 004 and then back down to 0036 and still never filled me. So I canceled the buy since last trade is higher than I was bidding. Didnt wanna knock the PPS down.
This is only really an "oops" in the sense that the author, if s/he continues with this innovative trading strategy, will soon be saying "Oops, where did all my money go?"
scary....

I think it was just posted anyway, my apologies if someone already alerted this....
Agree. Nothing wrong with a little intraday consolidation like we're seeing now either. Should clear out a lot of the 4/5/6 buyers, set a higher base, and make the next attack on 8/9 a little easier to get through.
all imo....
Unless for some reason you actually have your shares in certificate form in hand, they will convert automatically in your online account within a few days. Generally you don't have to do anything, but you can always call your broker if you're unsure.
The bad news is you can't sell them until they actually show up in your account.
GGII one left now at 0004, ready to test HOD again.
GGII looks ready to test HOD again.
1 left at 0004, 2 at 0005, 1 at 0006......then .05 next
Cross your fingers, we should know soon enough. DTSL getting some attention this morning....
Interesting to see VERT bidding 0006; would like to see them off the ask now.
I still have my sell in for 300K at .001 and another 200K at .01 (in case someone makes a real fat finger trade...lol)
I think that someone keeps selling shares just before it gets delisted just to keep their hopes alive that it's not really dead.
but it is....
I'm still stumped as to how the SEC even let it get back on the grays once they determined that the stock was never even registered. Thank god they're watching out for our best interests.
and by the way Shark, those are some big ass lobsters you got there, if that's what they are.
say hi to Damsel and Sillibut, and take care all....
DTSL seller VERT gone....
0005 x 0006; 4 x 4
0006 last
fwiw, VERT just moved off of 0006 on the ask....let's see if it thins out a little now
DTSL 0007s falling; 6 x 4 now on increasing ask volume
DTSL now serving 12s
GGII financials posted today
http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=37861
757,365,053 outstanding, 513,663,560 restricted
so about 240MM float; not bad for a triple zero imo.
The "bashers" recite fact after fact, and you counter incessantly with the mythical $2.5 million in revenue that is supposedly coming from a product that at last check was distributed by two insignificant websites and a roach coach in Texas.
Exactly how much evidence do you need to convince yourself that the "bashers" are right and you are wrong?
Never mind, I already know the answer....
Yes, that's how a r/s works. The question is whether the stock can maintain the post split price (in your example .025)
The fact that they are raising the a/s at the same time is a red flag to say the least.
yup. Your shares aren't going to all of a sudden be worth 50x what they are now. What the filing says is:
This Information Statement is furnished by the Board of Directors of EGPI Firecreek, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), to the holders of record at the close of business on September 3, 2010 (“Record Date”), of the Company’s outstanding common voting stock, par value $0.001 per share (“Common Stock”) pursuant to Rule 14c-2 promulgated under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (“Exchange Act”).
Not that shares bought after 9/3 won't be split. They have to provide written notice to shareholders as of the record date.
Well except for maybe the part where he issued company shares to Jared H. to cover his (Weber's) own personal debts.
Anyone who bought at .04 this morning is now down 35%, with a current ask 25% below their buy price.
yup, BBDAD has been pretty good so far. But if you want to sing the praises of the post split stock action, then you have to also admit that all "BBDA" shareholders have been essentially wiped out.
Now, if you're a pre-split holder and you want to try to make your money back now, don't you have to ask yourself if this is really the stock you want to do it with? I mean, we've seen this show before, haven't we?
Further dilution is a foregone conclusion. Note that the ask has already dropped back to .034, so those .04s aren't looking so hot.
