Still will not attach to tweets IMO.
Imagine a real company not an OTC, they are trying to be professional and why they do not include $SRMX to their tweets. It is hard to imagine this being Twitter is the number one tool for OTC stocks to pump their stock but IMO this is a good sign. It looks like they will use their platforms for marketing not for investor information. If they release a PR they probably will tweet it but a note to shareholders will most likely be available on OTC markets for their shareholders. I’m happy this progress is being made as SRMX has been accused of trying to run their stock price up with fluff news. It makes me think they will release an actual PR later of the providers they have secured a data rate plan with. Just my opinion.
Most likely will only tweet marketing material for the upcoming launch.
We do not know their deal as it will not be disclosed to the public. The wild card for me is Tri Cascades management services "ONENET" built with Microsoft Azure IoT Hub. I am interested to see its UI and additional information concerning SIM onboarding.

Apals dongle is ¥60,000 (400USD) and their mifi is ¥90,000 (590USD).
I do not know for sure but would guess it will reflect apals dongles msrp on the global market.
https://www.amazon.co.jp/APAL-2-52Gbps-Microsoft-Ubuntu14-04-3-14%E4%BB%A5%E4%B8%8A%E5%AF%BE%E5%BF%9C/dp/B092D9XC2Z
Yea, I see the dongle more as a consumer/retail product that is self explanatory and is an option over mifi and Wi-Fi and sells can be driven solely by marketing. The corporate side will have much longer sells cycles but higher profit margins on the hardware. IMO the corporate side has higher potential for point of sell revenue, while the dongle will make up for it on the back end with recurring revenue from data plans.
Just like how companies issue mifis to all of their employees, the dongle is a less expensive more secure option. I’m buying it for my home computer as my Wi-Fi is unreliable at best, and I have a “dedicated” gig. BS as my coax was more reliable and faster. And when I travel I can bring it with me.
Great post and feel the same.
53K was for the car and 40k was for inventory. So, their actually burn rate is around 190k a quarter but with Max differing his paycheck to accounts payable, which is 45k a Q (Max is owed 350k now), which makes quarterly burn around 145k.
We will have to see how much revenue they made from Halo and how much of that inventory will turn over.
I would be more concerned about cash if they had to build the inventory for the dongle.
I don’t care how they get the money as long as I can buy a dongle.
There are 3 ways that I can see could be a possibility. They have enough cash to last the rest of the year. (Unless they buy another car or continue to add to inventory without much turnover)
1. Another 1A which would need to be filled pretty quickly to be qualified by SEC in time for Q1.
2. They sold most of their inventory and revenue is sufficient for continued operations
3. An outside investment
Or a combination, IMO. Q3 should help answer some of these questions.
Agreed, not much selling today, and I am unsure how those trades are triggered but has to be the MMs as retail cannot trade past 4 digits.
Yes, that is the reason why I said once the product is able to be purchased by consumers, we should see good movement. The past will haunt SRMX until there is something tangible for investors to purchase. IMO
We should see good movement once the product is purchasable by consumers IMO.
Yes, until he brings in new business IMO it is best to wait and see. I like the hire because of history with T-Mobile but still needs to prove he can sell outside of Halo car.
Also, with him not in this PR it leads me to believe his primary focus is corporate sells and not retail.
TRITOM and I.VA USA trademark applications submitted. Finally.
TRITOM Trademark applications

I.VA Trademark applications

Agreed, I think they will sell well. There are very few if any approved for sale in the US now so there should be some demand. (That I can see)
This is a fair point.
The PR does not stipulate it is a VIRTUAL office. In fact, it attempts to have fools believe it is a staffed showroom, based on the verbiage used.
It’s a pump. Period.
I see where you are coming from with SRMX past, but for me I believe they are starting the process of marketing their product launch.
Starting with separating corporate and retail and giving them a location (if needed) to meet buyers, while keeping overhead down. This is a tactic used by small businesses to build prestige for an upcoming product launch.
https://www.investopedia.com/terms/v/virtual-office.asp#:~:text=A%20virtual%20office%20gives%20businesses,%2C%20meeting%20rooms%2C%20and%20videoconferencing.
So, we will likely start seeing more product videos, product PRs and launch dates in the days leading up to Q1.
And “that’s all they need at this point”? At what point is that and why is a virtual office needed?
It is more professional to have a consumer sales/marketing location that is not your corporate headquarters.
What is a virtual sales office anyways, and why not open one in Taiwan, and any of 10 other major cities in the world?
They might down the road but for now it seems they are concentrating on the US market.
You or I could open a Worldwide Sales and Marketing Head Quarter Office, in a matter of minutes, just like Maxine did, and it would be just as much of a scam
We could and it would be a scam but if you are actually planning on a product launch this is a professional move to separate their consumer and corporate locations while keeping cost down.
Let’s say you’re right, that the Halo order is $20K. There will be no additional revenue in 2022, based on the rumor that the dongle won’t be selling until 2023, and there is no other revenue to be had, so 2021 was $20K in rev and 2022 could be $20K in rev, total of $40K, not just in 2 years, but in 5 years, since 2018.
Depending on how many GX500c 5G modems they have in inventory, we could see more sells in 2022.
Let’s really play this out and look to 2023; if Halo orders 1,000 units, which has zero probability, then what is the revenue on that? If we knew how much Halo pays for each one, this could be better answered, but at $500 each, it’s $500K.
This is a good question looking at similar products the price point would be around 2 to 3 thousand per GX500c with antenna.
The dongle is a shiny object, but being a re-seller puts the actual reva pretty low on each one. How much per unit will be generated? $25? How many would need to sell to make a difference?
I do not know what Compal and Tri Cascades agreement is but if they are reselling (Which seems likely) 10 to 20 percent is average profit margin for resellers, each Dongle will likely retail for $400. So, let's say conservatively $50 per dongle. I have not been able to find a 5g dongle for sell in the US yet (let me know if you can find one) so let's say they sell 10,000 in 2023 that would be 500k net profit and 4mil in revenue. The data rate plan and recurring data connectivity revenue under Tmobile will also contribute to cash flow.
https://www.amazon.co.jp/APAL-2-52Gbps-Microsoft-Ubuntu14-04-3-14%E4%BB%A5%E4%B8%8A%E5%AF%BE%E5%BF%9C/dp/B092D9XC2Z
How many BC66’s were sold in the past 3 years, with exposure on the TMobile website?
0
How many dongles will sell with no exposure?
More than 0 because I will buy 3. LOL
What is revenue potential for 2023, when it appears Halo and Dongles will be the only sources to generate cash?
I really do not know, a large piece of it will be what percentage they are making off the data rate plan with T-Mobile and how many dongles they can sell to increase devices on data plan and recuring revenue.
What is Savior’s salary?
Other staff cost went up 35k, I do not know how much of that is allocated to which employee.
And what is the salary of the Sales and Marketing Manager they advertised for, which many were so excited about seeing?
Unkown at this time but yes this could add to quarterly burn in Q4 if this position was filled.
And since you now state the Chicago office is VIRTUAL, something I said immediately after the PR came out,
I agreed with you from the beginning it was most likely a virtual office.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=169999350
I would also ask if the PR announcing a Sales and Marketing OFFICE in Chicago, was a bullshit pump?
No, not at all. That is all they need at this point.
Jerome’s salary is included the 145k and yes the Chicago TCCI consumer virtual office probably will only cost a few hundred dollars a month. So that will not have a significant effect on quarterly burn rate.
Yea you could be right about Halo revenue, my guess is around 20k.
The only thing I can see that might raise Q burn rate of 145k is marketing expenses.
If they had to build revenue for the VOS dongle I would be more concerned about cash.

I received an email back as well, reserved me 3.
I am unsure of the exact details they have made with Compal but honestly, I hope they are reselling it and would make since how they are able to release it without much capital. Not having to invest in substantial inventory but let Compals sub Apal manufacture and take the risk of holding inventory. Reselling substantially reduces risk and will allow them to increase cash flow without a major investment. Yes, it also will substantially cut into profit margin but for them to build up capital it is their only play right now IMO.

It's not a buy button yet but this was updated on VOS dongle webpage.

I believe the reason for the delay was the 5G network was not reliable enough at that point to support their autonomous vehicles.
But agree it seems to be a lofty goal but am hoping they can get close to that number. I guess we will see in 14 months.
It looks like they plan to have 1000 on the road by end of 2023.
Done took the link away and just the agreement is showing.
Please let me know what is fictional from the recent DD and I will make sure to remove it.
LOL, I think you have the failures of SRMX documented very well.
