Jerome’s salary is included the 145k and yes the Chicago TCCI consumer virtual office probably will only cost a few hundred dollars a month. So that will not have a significant effect on quarterly burn rate.

Yea you could be right about Halo revenue, my guess is around 20k.

The only thing I can see that might raise Q burn rate of 145k is marketing expenses.

If they had to build revenue for the VOS dongle I would be more concerned about cash.
