I like the odds of this play coming through and all signs point to commons staying intact. Nobody will know anything "official" until it's spelled out to us by the NEW owners, but the fact that they went through all the trouble and headache to not only purchase the company, but to buy and now own roughly 120 MILLION shares tells me they have BIG plans...and its HIGHLY unlikely those plans are to cancel their shares that are currently valued around $2.5 MILLION alone. Not when they can easily turn this around with their deep pockets and at JUST .50 cents have their shares valued at $60 mil...and that's just the commons alone.

Bottom line IMO, they didn't do all this for nothing....they are much too wealthy to just play around like that lol

From all the DD dug up thus far, there's zero reason to believe anything other than they will be saved. Generally, in situations like this, the Judge will specifically state that shares will be cancelled, it would be in the docs. In this case, there has been zero mention of cancellation...in fact the Judge ruled that she would only accept the sale if it were in the best interests of shareholders.

Not gonna lie, there's still a TON of questions to be answered here and I don't believe ANYONE honestly knows the end game....but as it stands now, the new owners own around 120mil shares of the common stock and I highly doubt they bought the company just to lose all that money. They have DEEP pockets and could do all kinds of things with this company now that they officially own it.

Time will tell, but commons should stay intact according to all DD done up til this point....there's been nothing to state otherwise

Are you serious? Have you done any DD here? Wealth Colony, the hedge fund, is behind the buying of this no longer bankrupt company. The old company/management are now gone. Today's 8K was all repeat info and put out by the OLD soupman team.
