With the CEO still holding all of his shares and then actually buying more? Something is missing.
Aren't pump and dumps companies that aren't actually doing anything other than selling shares to pump up the price and then dump them? If that is correct, then how is nFusz that when the company's execs haven't sold any shares and they are continuously doing things to add value to the company, such as hiring 2 successful Board of Directors, acquiring another company to add value, partnering with huge CRM companies, continuously upgrading their software to get into other markets? Maybe I am misunderstanding what a pump and dump is.
I disagree completely, but if that's how you really feel, sell and buy something else. People cut their losses sometimes. Why would you expect V1 to be perfect and never need upgrading? That's disillusionment on your part. Anyone who knows anything about computer software knows there are always bugs and needs for upgrading. Do you not update your apps on your phone or do Windows updates on your computer? If not, you really should. And you're upset because the training with Oracle didn't go as planned. Is that really all nFusz's fault? You have no idea. Some other things didn't go perfectly as planned, that's just part of life. I think you have unrealistic expectations on a company that is doing something no other company has ever really done. It's going to take time. I'm willing to wait, but if you're not, please sell.
I'll be honest, I'm torn about what to expect with the uplisting to Nasdaq. Logically, I can't see how a stock sitting around 60 cents can just jump up several dollars when they have had $8K in revenues 2 quarters in a row (I know I'm helping the bashers here, unfortunately). You've listed the share prices of Oracle, Hubspot, Salesforce, etc., but I'm assuming they all have millions in revenues (I haven't checked). However, I agree that doubting Rory doesn't seem like a good idea. Like I've explained to a co-worker who I talked into investing in Fusz, Rory is already a multi-millionaire, who could be retired sitting in a rocking chair, so he's not doing this because he HAS to. He's doing this because he wants to, and I believe what he likes is the challenge and I believe he wants to prove that he belongs with the likes of Bezos, Zuckerberg, Gates, etc. I really believe he is going to make this ultra-successful. How long that takes, I don't know. My personal feeling from watching his "Insight" video is that the CRM part will just be kind of an afterthought in the long run and what is going to be the Main Event is the backbone software with the data collection in notifiMED, etc. I'm very excited about the future. I just don't know what the uplist price is going to be or how long it's going to take for the price to shoot up. Sorry for rambling, but I haven't posted in a while.
You are being way too critical. Every software program has glitches. Apple is now a Trillion dollar company and their iPhone software has issues sometimes. I deal with software glitches every day doing tech. support. nFusz is rushing to get stuff on the market and it's not perfect, but once things slow down, they can go back and fix bugs. No software company has made the perfect program. That's why there are always updates.
Right before he told about buying Sound Concepts, he said "here's the transformational stuff", which to me meant that was the reason for the quiet period. He did say not to expect many more SHACs because they are pretty busy making stuff happen and if there is news, it will be in a regular PR.
Thank you. I figured that was the case, since Rory is all about helping his shareholders, but I just wanted confirmation, since this process is all new to me.
No one has answered my previous questions, so I will ask more directly. When they buy Sound Concepts and uplist to Nasdaq, will we keep our same number of shares we currently have? I tried to read the S-1, but it was like a foreign language to me.
Thanks.
Again, I'm confused. So, does this mean the share structure will stay intact and move to NASDAQ at the price they set? Where do the shares going to Sound Concepts come into play?
I assume by the way the longs on here are reacting that everything with the S-1 and what Rory said is good. I just don't really understand it.
I have to admit I'm a little confused. So, if we move to Nasdaq, will our shares just move over and leave the share structure the same? If we are buying Sound Concepts with $10 million in shares, will those shares be added to the the number of outstanding shares and will it happen before or after we move to Nasdaq, assuming the price would be higher on Nasdaq?
I just recently bought DRUS and this is the first I saw of this. Have the additional authorized shares already been added or will they be added after the name changes?
Do you have any idea of what kind of margins they are getting in countries like the UAE and Oman? I don't. And Disney products jump off the shelves, so that certainly isn't a bad thing.
If I understand it right, I believe the switch was from them being a wholesaler themselves to being a retailer, which means instead of selling products from manufacturers, like a Nabisco, Keebler, etc. to grocery stores, they are actually starting to make their own products to sell to grocery stores. This should substantially increase their profit margins. Then, I also read that they are trying to get other manufacturers that want to get into the GCC countries, to use them as their wholesaler, so they aren't getting out of being a wholesaler completely. This is probably a great strategy, in case their own products don't take off.
I agree that we will get to Nasdaq or NYSE, but I'm not sure it will be by Jan. 1. I only say that because time is running out to have a $4 share price for 90 consecutive days. I'm thinking it may be March or April before it happens. I would love to be wrong.
I really like that nFusz is branching out into so many different areas. If one doesn't take ahold, then one or 2 others might. I'm not really holding my breath on notifiTV, but I could be wrong, but I do think notifiCRM, notifiEDU, and notifiMED are going to be big. I'm really hoping they get into the pharmaceutical business, because that's a huge area.
I like the fact that Rory has ran a successful business before and he's not too arrogant to bring in other successful people such as LHA and Donohoe Advisory to help. I have very little doubt that they are going to grow substantially from where they are now. I don't know how much, but I'm sure quite a bit. Even if they don't reach the heights of Google, Amazon, or Microsoft, there is plenty of room for success without hitting anywhere near those heights.
I don't know a ton about stocks, but it seems that you are jumping to a lot of conclusions. Where are you getting the A/S of 10 billion? You have no idea what they're going to give a lender. If you get some evidence, please let us know, but don't just make stuff up.
I do have questions about the backlog orders, so I'll give you that, but the other stuff seems made up.
This is what I said in my e-mail to them. Personally, I wouldn't have wanted something so similar to something that's already out there. Maybe they felt the same way. Whatever the reason, I'm really happy they did it.
Hi,
I'm a shareholder with the company and I just watched the SHAC video. Rory mentioned that you were thinking about renaming notifiHealth to notifiMD. I did a search and found that there is already a notifymd, which I know is slightly different. https://www.notifymd.com/ What do you think about notifiMed? He also mentioned that you were thinking about renaming notifiTeach to notifiEdu. What about notifiLearn?
Just a couple ideas I had. Feel free to do with them what you want.
I think they changed it from notifiHealth to notifiMD when they changed Teach to EDU. I think the change to notifiMED is much more recent. Actually, at the beginning of the video in the bottom left, in the weekly e-mail, it says notifiMD, so it had to have been really recent. It doesn't really matter. I just think it's cool.
Hey, when did notifiMD change to notifiMED? I actually suggested that to them in an e-mail. I don't know if that's the reason they changed it, but I'm happy they at least liked my idea.
I have an honest question, not bashing at all. I keep seeing about the huge backlog of orders, which sounds great, but since these orders, I believe, are 1 or even 2 years old, is there a chance that the companies that placed the orders could cancel them and buy from someone else, since Verus Foods hasn't been able to fill the orders? I hope that isn't the case, but it's just something I've been wondering about. I'm hoping when they do put out a PR that they say that they got financing and are starting to fill the orders or have already filled the orders.
Do they need to PR something they're NOT going to do?
Wow. I like that he was honest and up front about having to do a reverse split to uplist. He could have avoided that until later, but he put it out there now.
Hi Thoth. I followed Sheepwolf to this from FUS*. I bought shares a couple weeks ago. I've been reading your stuff here and on Twitter. It's been really helpful. I have a question. You say that you think RBIZ could uplist to a major exchange, but from what I understand, the minimum share price for Nasdaq and NYSE is $4. Do you think that is realistic at the current share structure or would there have to be a reverse split or some other share reduction? That seems pretty high to me with the current share structure. I am kind of a novice at trading, and I really have no idea how high to think this can go and in what time frame. I've seen estimates all over the place from .01 to $3. Thanks for your input and anyone can feel free to respond. I'll take free advice from anyone.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it was you, Pearsby, that said a while ago that nFusz needs to be on par with Microsoft in creating software. I got news for you. That bar isn't very high. I've done tech. support for 20 years and Microsoft is constantly putting out updates. They even put out updates to fix problems the previous update caused. This has just happened at least 3 times with Windows 10 in the last couple years and Windows has been out for over 30 years. Microsoft Office is also constantly being updated.
There are always going to be bugs to fix or things to add or change. No software is ever perfect, especially the first version.
Are you new to computer software? Every successful program comes out with updates constantly. Do you know how many versions of the Apple OS and Windows there have been? If a company doesn't continuously update, other companies will pass them by. I would rather a company do updates, than remain stagnant and think what they have is good enough.
I hope this is notifiEDU. If it's not, it should be.

There are 8K's for both of them.
I believe they have copyrights on what can be copyrighted. They are making deals left and right and getting into a bunch of different categories. How much faster can they go?
Plus, the fact that they have contracts with Oracle and Marketo. I don't think a big company like Amazon, Microsoft, etc. is going to do a partnership like that with a big CRM company. They could do it for themselves, but that probably wouldn't affect what nFusz is doing much.
He probably did it because everyone has been complaining about him being silent. The PR was probably LHA's idea. I thought it was nice to hear generic updates on things they've been working on, even though he didn't give any specifics on anything new. He's damned if he does and damned if he doesn't I guess.
No idea.
I just watched the SHAC and want to give my 2 cents. First, a couple things I was a little disappointed by were the fact that I clicked the Full Screen button and it didn't work and the last couple icons he put on the screen were in different places than he pointed to. Both very minor issues.
Now, what I did like. I'm sure some will knock the fact that he canceled the show with CEO Money. Personally, I like the fact that he wasn't satisfied with the quality, so he cut his losses instead of sticking with something he didn't like. That's the conviction of a good leader. Hopefully, the new show will be even better.
I was very excited to hear about the program they're going to do with the pharmaceutical industry. That could be huge. I'm also excited about NotifiEDU going to other countries. NotifiMD sounds like it will be big time.
Very excited to hear about the progress with NetSuite and Marketo. I think those will both be great.
Overall, I think it was great. No, he didn't give specific details, but if it's really something good, then he can't. I think it sounds like they are really on fire and things are progressing. I don't see the share price going way up over the next few months, which I'm kinda happy about, because I may be able to buy more fairly cheap, but I believe in my heart of hearts that probably after 10 months to a year and a half, things are going to take off and they will never look back.
That's my 2 cents. Take it for what it's worth.
People that aren't currently longs, but are interested in FUSZ and saw the PR about the SHAC will probably check tomorrow before the market opens and watch it then. They're probably not sitting at their computer clicking refresh like some of us (including myself).
Didn't it say after the market closed? I'm hoping that means around 4:30 or 5:00 EST. I'm thinking it's probably either already been recorded or will be tonight and then they will release it tomorrow. I doubt they wait until tomorrow to record it.
Rory has said numerous times that it is not in his control. It is up to Oracle. I'm sure they are waiting until their staff is all trained and up to speed and they know it is working correctly and then they will put it out. Realistically, I also doubt it is on the top of their priority list. They are a huge company with a lot of things going on.
Since LHA put out the PR for it, my guess is they will have a big hand in writing the script he reads in it. I'm not sure if this is going to be big news or just LHA's way of introducing him to the masses. I don't care either way.
For those of you that watched wrestling in the 80's, some of the people on here remind me of Paul Orndorff and Roddy Piper. I can't tell if they're for us or against us because they keep switching sides.
Did somebody flip your switch?
