Again, I'm confused. So, does this mean the share structure will stay intact and move to NASDAQ at the price they set? Where do the shares going to Sound Concepts come into play?

I assume by the way the longs on here are reacting that everything with the S-1 and what Rory said is good. I just don't really understand it.
