Maronti
Not to pump but Penske has announced pending deals with specialty auto manufacturers aside from the saturn thing which he was interested because of existing dealership networks. Sounds like he will be marketing several car brands through the network.
He has extensive manufacturing capacities and one of the largest truck fleets in the world.
Having done biz with rvgd one would hope that the two have some sort of relationship and might know what each other is up to.
Doug did say his next focus was truck engines did he not?
Speculation and wild wishing perhaps but also perhaps not so far fetched. Remember Peter was working on this for a few years and discussions toward a mutally beneficial future relationship might have occured.
Then again he might never have met Peter or Doug and could not care less except they are to be future competition.
Imagine the implication of a race car getting just 20% better gas milage when going round the track?
Hot air car has to be peters idea? That requires a lot of original thought and besides,I would bet there is an X-prize entry that does just that - compressed air. We know what happens when you compress air - heat....
I watched a show about the tech. advances in small air motors that at the time was geared towards utility carts for warehouses and such. I may have also read an article or two about commercial vehicle applications. Basically all you'd need would be a battery powered air compressor in your vehicle that you would plug in like a battery charger when you arrive at work.....
One thing about dropping out of the X-prize comp. is that while you cannot win if you dont play, but you also cannot lose....
Is there a reason WHY the engine and vehicle HAS to be put into production so soon? Perhaps locking in a contract or agreement before another superior and more GREEN tech like compressed air engines that get the "eqivelant" of a zillion mpg LOL. How much compressed air can you produce with a single gallon of gas and how far would all the compressed air produced get you?
A quick study of the tech. would indicate that it would indeed exceed Dougs FUEL powered engine hands down.....
LOL Pammy. Hey, I believe Maronti when he say the mustang emissons testing came out way less than conventional engines.
He just presents the facts as he finds them. Of course it does not specify whether the "conventional engines" were tested with regular gasoline or E85.
Its like I want you to taste test two choclate covered cookies. Of course your gonna like mine better, and you do which I then run through the streets screaming I told you so.
I just dont report the competitors was really just a chocolate covered dog turd.
Another example is the engine is "designed" to run much cooler. When I was in high school shop class, a teacher brought out a PLASTIC engine which he fired up and ran for a good while. Wonder what the fuel was? You know it couldnt be regular gasoline.
Another example is the latest pr. Clearly stated the X-prize is for X-perimental engines that need a capital infusion before production is possible. Peter and Pelmear disqualified themselves is what I suspected some time ago.
The other frightening thing is that we are now only to get the true picture of Doug and Peters relationship, and given that Peter needs Doug more than Doug needs Peter, it could very well be the past deceptions were NOT of Peters design.
Perhaps Peter wanted the engine so bad that he went along with whatever Doug told him to say. This way Peter accomplished his goals - THE ENGINE.
We could go on with all the usual stuff we love to rag on but the bottom line is, if the engine is not the magic engine we were told about, or the patents are not granted with the first submission, the patent process could go on for years and in the end fail. A recent example of a failed patent is TECA and their magic "Stans Rodeo Cream". TECA is toast.
If he has patent pending status, he better start selling the snot outta it while he still has the guaranteed protection of the law the patent pending status provides.
Not an easy or quick process as the engine itself is not patentable? - but the many specialized components that make up the engine are, and each must have its own patent. So while 90% of the patent pending parts may be granted a patent, the remaining ten percent means he should not and cannot diseminate trade secrets before patent is awarded.
The press will be even quicker than us to smell a rat and even more vindictive. It is one thing to deceive investors, and quite another to "snowjob" the press.
If the engine gets bad press, the VERDE is MERDE no matter what other engine they will stick in it.
If the engine does what it says, no amount of neg.press will stop people from buying it and the VERDE. The need for it is that great.
JMHO - P.
Not everyone has developed amnesia and overused the happy pills today Enamal. Dont make this about Peter personally. One need only read past pr's to just rvgd's performance to date.
True enough we could be looking at a VERY bright future, but ONLY because of the engine. Peters record is pretty dismal at best at aftermarket parts and sales, and worse with car production.
To try and suggest that we forget about all that, or that potential new investors should ignore all the red flags is pure lunacy.
The bottom line is that IF Peter did not out and out tell us boldface lies, then at the very least decieved us as to the true direction of the company and monies spent on the GTO parts and manufacture, the Ridgeline, and the GTM.
The shop is empty. There are no employee's at our company address to speak of.
Are we still selling GTO aftermarket parts?
Are we still selling Ridgeline parts or developing new ones?
How about sales numbers?
Was the company ridgeline and gto sold, and for how much?
Is the GTM sold and to who?
If when is it to be delivered (a non-event)
This is an open discussion board where all posts and opinions should be welcome as long as they are kept respectful is my belief. Censorship sucks and should not be encouraged in any form except hate or racist literature.
JMHO - P.
That said, GO PETER and RVGD!
JEDI - thats what rvgd would have to do. REPLACE. The big three are in trouble for the same reason STELCO STEEL in Hamilton closed down. Stelco is an OLD union company that collapsed under the financial burden of pensions and high union paying jobs.
In the end, over 71% of every dollar of profit went to feed the never ending and growing money pit called the pension fund. Over the lifetime of the company literally thousands and thousands of workers became pensioners.
Any company wanting to take over old GM Ford or Chrysler operations would inherit debt. IMHO eventually ALL union run companies must fail under financial collapse - its unavoidable.
Next door to Stelco is Dofasco (non-union) who remained profitable and in operation month after month year after year while offering profit-sharing.
While Dofasco was sold it still remains in biz producing steel as it has done for many many years...
PS - that damn free-trade agreement is another reason. Havent heard of any Mexico plants closing down.
LOL. I would support a three or four to one RS because it would add some volatility to the pps with positive news. RVGD stock will benefit from BOTH companies pr's, one building on the other.
However, IF the engine is what its claimed to be, neither company will have to toot its own horn. Pelmear already seems to be a media favorite and although folks dont really believe that kinda milage from a V8 is possible, many may be secretly rooting for Doug.
RVGD is the first real recipient of all the benefits and rewards of Dougs work. WE get the first engines, WE get the engines for retrofits. With a limited supply to expected demand...
Even if the VERDE was not on the table the exclusive retrofit contract is worth millions. RVGD satalite centres could be franchised off like a Micky Dee burger joint. As production of the engine grows, hundreds of centres will need to be installed across the country.
Even if the engine gets only half of what is claimed its still damn good for a 400 hp engine. The VERDE will still be a hell of a "green" tech. vehicle.
I would not be surprised if a number of VERDE are already sold to the UK gents who expressed interest in the GTM...
I would not be surprised if the white GTM was the first retrofit.
OUCH!!! General Motors down 31% to .77 per share. GM has UNDER a billion shares out...
NOw...which of the big three is gonna buy up ALLL rvgd shares to get a piece of the Pelmear pie??????
Pocket change for one the exec's or company.
LOL.
flipper...why dont you get in this thing BEFORE the pump. You gotta know its coming up soon. 2.5B is nothing with the right spin.
When the engine comes out in a few months and IF IT WORKS, there will be a bump in rvgd pps. IF IT WORKS as he says, Pelmear WILL walk away with over 5M in prize money. Another bump.
You notice I said nothing about the VERDE. Just a hunch there fella, but I suspect this time Peter will be going to market not to show but to sell.
The right hand drive doubles our chances of success, and old Pistol Pete has shook hands with more than just a few at those shows.
I've been in this stock long enough and have lost enough (am down) money for me to say its at its bottom.
When its all boiled down to basics its heads I win, tails you lose. Like it not, them's the pinks. A coin toss.
One of my favorite sayings is - just when you think it couldn't go any lower....
jimp - the verde should not be too far off the white GTM being as Peter had a boatload of custom rear glass panels with REVENGE in big print made. Should still be a post from Auntie Em on the FF5 site with jpeg.
The production of the VERDE should not be so hard considering alot of the work and custom manufactured chassis/suspension parts is already done.
The GTM body style is still a thing of beauty to me anyways, and if it greatly resembles the GTM my feelings would not be hurt too much.
I imagine Peter got a lot of feedback from those in the industry while attending the shows. Certainly Pelmear was impressed with it, and that was good enough to close the deal.
From what I understand, this deal with Pelmear came just a little too late or the VERDE body style would have been at the shows instead of the verde chassis wearing the GTM body shell.....
It should be clear enough to all that the GTM was a proving point to Pelmear and those backing Pelmear, as well as GM.
I dont believe it was ever Peters intent to produce and sell the GTM in any great numbers.
The VERDE already exists, just needs Colloraffi to slap the proper body on the chassis he designed, and then drop in Pelmears engine.
When you check out what the white GTM has under the hood cowling as compared to the setup for the F5 GTM, and read the comments from GTM builders, you get the impression the cooling system may also be for the VERDE.
Peters chassis design should allow for it to built with either left or right side steering and petals.
Lastly, remember that there is no real big market for the
GTM at this time and many top end custom builds sell for well under a hundred G's. If there is no market for a left hand drive, why build a right hand drive model?
If you guys think your gas bill is high, try Europe's petrol prices. The savings on gas over time could pay for the car LOL.
Anyone here have a larger monthly gasoline bill than car payment?
Its way too beautiful a day to spend inside, and I hear the bbq and a cold beer calling me eh?
Cheers.
P.
Yeah, Pistol Pete is finally slapping on the bodyshell the chassis was designed for methinks. The center hump in the GTM chassis (nec. for rigidity)is gone as it was designed only for left hand drive only.
I have no doubt that with the hundreds of thousands of folks who came to the auto show, some wanted to purchase, and the oversea's interest may have been genuine.
Pelmear, at the same auto show was bringing folks up to see the GTM. Its my guess that perhaps the interested buyers were let in on the Pelmear engine secret and opted to pospone the purchase to get the VERDE.
With the added cost of building both right and left hand drive cars, my guess is that some oversea's deals are already in place but not solidified at this point (or maybe they are?).
If the engine is all they say it is, my guess is that environmentally friendly hollywood stars will be ordering the snot outta them. Why else build "green" limo's?
There should also be many standing orders for retrofits of limo's everywhere.
Whats not to like about this situation as both Pelmear AND Peter described it to American press?
The pps is on the bottom and only two ways to move. Sideways and up. Either one dont hurt much at .0002 purchase price when pennies may be in the near future.
Back to lurk mode. GLTA - P.
jimp - this is my fav. part of article. Sounds like Collorafi will finally succede even if dragged kickin and screaming. Sounds to me like Pelmear just announced a partnership with rvgd in the Verde production. I wasnt sure if we were just gonna buy the engine and use it but it sure sounds like more.
"Pelmear said he's in talks with two other well-known specialty car makers about his engine, but right now he wants to get his partnership with Revenge Designs up and running.
"This is where we're going, and this is how we're planning on getting there," he said"
Pelmear is ensuring rvgd success first before working with other specialty car manufacturers, and hopefully the partnership is cemented in place. Holding my piddly 2m shares I guess. Might have to pick up a little more perhaps?
With the opening on Monday and with engine production not too far off (give them 90 days instead of 60) it could very well be the cheapies will soon be gone by end of June. Its good to see both companies in the same pr, and we can only eventually benefit from that.
Looking forward to Mondays mock up release pics of the "Pelmear Verde" by Revenge Motorcar Company...
GLTA - P.
OT: reply...
GM may not be a bad investment as rumour is they are looking hard at a new engine tech. Google Doug Pelmear and his 110 mpg engine. Penny stock rvgd has a deal or two with Pelmear, with RVGD having ties to GM also.
Good luck. - P.
zela - this is pinkyland. Only three ways this will go since we seem to be sitting on the pps floor.
PPS Up - the company releases news. No dilution has happened? Then we must be pulling profit.
PPS Down. Yikes is that possible? Damn right. We may be diluted like hell, company handing out shares to employee's a real possibility.
Further dilution, selling shares to raise money for whatever reason, or the dreaded RS. Capt'n Rodney goes pirate and decides to put company back in the hands of family. Does a thousand to one RS or whatever he wants.
PPS sideways - company does absolutely nothing different than it has for the past year. No news ever released. In this case .0002 and .0001 very real poss.
Pink history shows this company non-activity a pre-cursor to even worse things than no news...
will it hurt to sit on what you got? I can only say that ANY time I lose money uneccessarily it hurts....and especially if your investment is wiped out to just a few dollars by an brutal RS.
Cardial rule to pinks -dont invest in penny stocks - just trade them.
I dont know about that. This time Pete has DOUBLED new car production. We will have two prototypes to sell. LOL.
With the GTM prototype we hit .0004 briefly. So with two cars we should hit .0006?
No seriously after a successful launch at the future car show and even with the current AS and OS the right press could shoot over a penny.
The GTM-R had virtually zero press reviews or even a test drive report (by anyone!). We dont know if it even ran or was ever driven.
With the VERDE the press and press reports will be unavoidable an so will the automotive journalists clambering to be the amoung the first to drive and report on it. If Pelmear enters and wins the X-Prize, how could one fail?
Will the VERDE be the STAR of the upcoming auto show? If it gets only 60mpg it should still be a huge hit.
The only thing about e85 is that the ethanol production is not environmentally sustainable due to all the chemicals and chemical runoff from corn crops.
There is a huge "deadzone" in the Gulf of Mexico from such activities. From here it can only get worse with increased corn growing operations.
None the less the trend has been established and from all current accounts e85 IS the future, or at least until a new tech makes burning fuels obselete - advanced battery capacity in all electric vehicles...
Well, the pinks are a crapshoot at best but I do like the press this Pelmear character can generate. At some point the PUMP will be on and todays longs are situated nicely if such a things happens (like it wont?).
GLTA - P.
Maronti - good idea but I would concentrate on promoting Doug and the engine. I dont think Peter's track record on car building needs scrutiny. The GTM is Peter's second failed vehicle, but the first here in the states. Didya know Peter once owned Holden and build a "Ute", but I could not find out much more on that vehicle....
If the white GTM is still not sold why not just drop a Pelmear engine in it and grab a journalist or two? While the appearance of the VERDE maybe different, the performance should be quite similar providing the VERDE is not heavier than the GTM.
IMHO, rvgd and Peter need time more than any new coverage. The GTM did not even make it to production - the white GTM is the prototype.
Doug's engine on the other hand has LOTS of good press, and a lot more would not help. Nothing much good to say about rvgd yet.
Nonetheless, Im holding and may get a wee more only because of the Pelmear engine opportunity. A piece of all retro-fitting should be mighty sweet if Pete the Pirate can pull it off without wiping us out. Lets hope the funding apps go through and are approved. A few million shares at a penny a piece or better would make me more than happy.
Sure sucks it will take a good while to get there if at all, but hey, better than nothing. p
GLTA - P. Lets hope the "Verde" does not turn into "merde" which is the french word for "crap".
Biz - With your money Im quite sure the idea of first acquiring 100 - 150M shares, and then investing a million to a million and a half directly into the company...
That should bump the share price up to a penny plus and more with financial news. Your 150M shares are now worth about what you have invested in both shares and company...
A two cent plus pps would make you LARGE $$$. Sounds to me like you already have more than enough money for this lifetime and the next. It would sure help us little guyz out though....LOL.
Ahdio....someone needs to feed the dawg and let him out every now and then. The video showed the shop to be empty of vehicles, workers, parts, toolboxes etc. Just some old gtm parts and a rack of tires. Oh yeah, the white gtm...
Either the white gtm is NOT sold OR its gonna be the first rvgd Pelmear engine swap for rvgd? The car is built and ready to go, just swap out the engine. Perhaps Peter just cant part with his first build.
Anyhow....the GTM is dead, no GTO nonsense anymore, no Ridgelines, just the engine and the "new" Verde Supercar which is at this moment being built in a secret location with a secret moneyman or joint venture partner.
I love the fact a skeptical journalist could get ONLY about 60mpg and not the hundred. Thats not bad considering it was mixed driving with Doug having the show the performance capabilities and normal driving conditions.
Any Supercar that could get even 40 to 50 highway mpg would be great with 25 to 35 city...
If Tesla got 350M in loans,I see our chances should be good to get a piece of the pie.
Our pps it would seem is tied to the success of this engine and so far I like the way its happening X prize or no X prize contest.
Others may have their own opinion but Im happy with mine.
GLTA - P.
Okay Flippa lets suppose the X prize WAS on the table? Would any prize money go to rvgd anyway? Its Dougs engine. Dougs end of he deal is to build and SUPPLY rvgd with the engines which ONLY rvgd (or registered sat. centre)can install.
This agreement should be valid for any variations of the engines (ie - four cyl, 6 cyl. diesel)etc.
The big news is the engine factory and future AFTERMARKET sales already in place (backlog), and satellite centres. Seems to me the sat. centres would be a VERY hot "franchise"
to sell with rvgd collecting money from every engine installation. Better still if he can sell the sat. franchises.
When you consider Peter can stuff the engine into our existing GTO's and PEnske Ridgelines, those two vehicles suddenly look a lot more salable.
Dont forget that by the X-prize competition rolls around, the engine will already be in production AND eligible for gov. incentives.
IF the progressive auto X-prize does not let Doug in, the resulting publicity will be worth a million bucks. Rocket Ventures verified Doug's claim to milage, and only then sponsored him. There is a progressive auto x prize spokeswoman on a press VIDEO publically wishing him good luck on his journey to an auto show....
I dont know about other folks but I figure if you have a product everybody else wishes they had, things look pretty good for future sales.
Is it for real? Is it a scam? I really dont know at this point but the one thing I am sure of is that if it is for real, then those in on the ground floor will surely benefit from resulting publicity and future sales.
Oh yeah, building a selling a sports car or supercar that gets in excess of 50mpg is well worth considering, and for a supercar getting OVER 100 mpg is kinda mind boggling.
Will the aftermarket sales of the engine skyrocket if its all its touted to be?
Will people buy them? Im betting a thousand bucks on it. Just wondering how many engines a day they will be building, and just how many per day can we install?
The Verde Supercar SHOULD be able to exceed the 110 mpge equivelent because of the much lighter weight providing the Verde weighs the same as the GTM-R.
If you thinks Dougs Mustang gets attention, wait for the supercar - the worlds press will be scrambling to showcase it on the six oclock news.
Peter needs to stay focused on the task at hand. As well as getting the installation centers up and running, he has to contend with the opening of new sat. locations, and the hiring of new staff, dealing with funding issues etc.
Since Doug has NO need for secrecy and the press seems to love him, the futures potential pps looks pretty bright from where Im sitting.
BigTuna: The folks holding the X prize competition has a press release/video wishing Doug good luck on his journey to the auto show...from November 2008.
Using the trip to verify his milage claims he drove to the auto show where he won an award. He won the PRI award too.
I dont know if he uses squirrels in a cage for a motor but the milage has been verified a couple times. After listening to all the video's it seems Doug is the favorite to win the prize...which leads to funding....
hmhttp://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&VideoID=53668364
hmmmm....march 7th video addition.....HEY!!! whaddaya know, is that rvgd's GTM-R featured at the video start? Guess Doug kinda liked it eh?
Wonder if the car was built for Doug to test drive, rather than for CAr and driver magazine. Seems to me Doug would be the fella to please, not Car and driver. Gotta wonder who actually got to test drive the GTM R???
Wuz I Pistol Pete I'd be inclined to throw Doug the keys and say "Imagine YOUR engine powering that! Of course it would look a little different..."
- but of course I might have it all wrong, and the thousand dollars I invested in this evaporates. but if Im right?? I might survive the fact that I was wrong and lost a thousand - but what if I was right and lost a million? For peace of mind I believe I'll take the thousand loss.
maronti - I try to call them as I see them. I have always maintained there was something fishy in the lack of "marketing" of the GTM-R.
There was always questions I had the pr's never answered, or Peter or Emily. So I pushed the envelope to see what happened.
At some point in time it became apparent the GTM-R was not happening and would not.
Why the FFR forum was abandoned, why the challenge to get with the REAL GTM-R folks never materialized, why any deal with FFR never materialized, etc.
Its obvious now that there were developments that did not happen as planned (delays)and Peter had to adjust on the fly while waiting for this deal to close.
IMHO - we have already seen the potential of Verde Supercar with the unveiling of the GTM-R. I expect a new body style but similar performance and styling. I think our one-off supercar was actually a GTM body and GM engine in a Verde chassis and specially manufactured components....
Yeah, Peter pulled the wool over our eyes making us look in a completely dif. direction then where we were actually headed.
The result is a unusually pleasant surprise.
A "Verde" supercar disguised as a FFR GTM and using a GM crate engine to throw us off the scent.....
Crazy like a fox, or crazy like a "roo"?
It appears Peter has succeeded in getting what he was ORIGINALLY after - what he saw as "the future" way back in early 2008.
In closing I would have to say that rvgd GTM-R should be in the Guinness book of world records as the car that failed the most miserably in all of history. The shortest production run ever.....
No, all of my past criticisms still stand. That does not stop me from buying more stock if I so choose. The deal is inked and the dye is set.
Hey Maronti - one of todays buys was mine. Boetekernie can adjust my count to an even 2M.
FYI - I do not recant my former criticizms of Peter and lack of transparancy. I do however now understand his past actions (and inactions - building new facility). With the potential deal of the century in the works his past silence now makes perfect sense.
I believe the deal Peter signed is every bit a valuable commodity to the automotive industry as the Holy Grail is to the Catholic church.
We have the rights to build the worlds first genuine 100mpg production vehicle. The way I figure it is that position is very enviable to ANY automotive manufacturer facing possible bankruptsy.
IMHO that makes us a very good friendly takeover candidate. It also does not hurt that GM is looking very hard at this tech. and also has a working relationship with rvgd. (Remember GM helped PEter with NAIS display). That Peter had an existing relationship (and advantage)with Doug did not hurt either....
Maybe Pontiac will come out with a new screaming chicken with rvgd supplying the power plants? Bankruptsy is looming for the big three...
Yeah, a lotto play for sure. But, I already have a ticket or two to play. Cant win if you dont play.
P.
Remember the mustang weighs 2850 lbs. The GTM-R weighed just 2350 for a dif of 500lbs. In addition a 300 cube engine should weigh less than a 427.
Keep in mind the mustang might not have the same gearing as well.
Theoretically, our Verde supercar could get closer to 150 mpg. and shaving weight down to 2000lbs might make it among the fastest supercars in the world making the 0-60 time in under 3 seconds.
Im glad Peter is finally slapping our own body (shell) on our own chassis design(s). The GTM-R just could not escape the kit car beginnings. Anyone with 20 G's can buy a kit.
Remember that most of our design prototyping and manufacturing costs were for our own vehicle - not FFR. We still have everything needed in place to build the new verde car - just a different body and interior style. The GTM-R served to prove to industry and potential partners that he was up to the job - only using the GTM body kit. The rest was his. Remember that there was not a single article writeup other than the show events.
JMHO but I believe that if rvgd (Peter) was the specialty car manufacturer mentioned in an early 2008 pr, the GTM body kit was just to hold us over till this deal was inked. The fact that Peter has been working on the Verde prototype for three months kinda spells things out.
Don...your not seeing the big picture here. If the engine is for real, there will be a need for HUNDREDS of satelite centers.
The military alone is friggin huge.
Despite the glitches in the X-Prize competition, I see Revenge thinks the chances for success are good, planning to enter BOTH categories of the competition with the new four door model announced:
"Two categories of vehicles, mainstream and alternative, will be judged. Pelmear's mainstream car will need to reach 0-60 miles per hour in less than 12 seconds, have a minimum top speed of 100 mph, drive a minimum of 200 miles, have room for four or more passengers, have 10 cubic feet of useful cargo space, and have everyday vehicle features such as heat, air conditioning, an audio system, an enclosed cabin, windshield wipers, safety belts, rear and side view mirrors, displays for speed, fuel remaining, etc., and exterior lights "
- From an April 2008 pr, it appears that this deal is something Peter has been working on for some time. So, this pr is the result of planning and hard work, not pure chance or desperation...I would not be surprised if rvgd helped them with a few bucks here and there over the past year?
So from all accounts, we are building a NEW supercar AND a regular passenger vehicle (four passenger)that is set for production in 2010. Both vehicles will get over 100 mpg.
It may be possible that the sport car or supercar version may be available for sale even BEFORE the X-Prize competition. If so the car might set the standard that others will be judged by.
The new engine is slated for production as early as May this year, so new business may not be that far off.
Perhaps Peter ain't so dumb afterall. It appears that we MAY be building MP2E's X-PRIZE competition production capable car.
Not only that but it appears that it will be touted as a "Supercar". With car weight being a factor, the GTM-R with all the bells and whistles came in at just 2350lbs...here the idea was luxury - sacificing weight.
No one has ever argued that Peter was not a first class designer, and he HAS contacts already in place with GM who appears to have taken a shine to the tech.
Could we be gearing up to handle Pontiac performance vehicles?
In any case a seven point five million dollar prize makes me want to cheer like hell for Peter. So Im gonna forgive and forget his past and just hope this is for real...
P.
"
"About the Progressive Automotive X PRIZE Competition:
The goal of the Progressive Automotive X PRIZE, a project of the X PRIZE Foundation, is to inspire a new generation of viable, super fuel-efficient vehicles that offer more consumer choices. $10 million dollars in prizes will be awarded to the teams that win a stage race for clean, production-capable vehicles that achieve 100 MPGe. The race is set to kick off in New York City in September, 2009.
The Progressive Automotive X PRIZE will place a major focus on affordability, safety, and the environment. It is about developing real, production-capable cars that consumers want to buy, not science projects or concept cars."

Last but not least, dont forget about that sizable stimlus package....

Will Peter ever be able to succeed at something? I guess the odds say that sometime he will, hence the saying the "even a blind squirrel finds an acorn every now and then". LOL.
This last pr only serves to prove that he is very adept at pulling the wool over investors eyes, waste money on frivolous activities, and all past pr's were basically BS...
Perhaps this new partners pr's are real or is this just another miracle gas milage scam? It now seems we are tying the success of rvgd to the success of HP2E...
We can only hope the engine is a success and the two will eventually merge as I dont think HP2E trades? Havent checked that yet....
Well, good luck all, Im off to dd some more on HP2E.
P.
I said a LONGGGGGGG time ago that an RS did not make any sense until the preferred hit the street - one of the major reasons for my getting involved with rvgd after a horrendous year of other rs's.
Its also my guess that perhaps the buyer for the white GTM backed out and maybe why we have not seen a pr announcing delivery.
Still, even after the shows there is no more news of anything, no hint of a true marketing effort other than a few token trade show attendances.
There has not even been a road report or write up by either Peter Emily or any kind of car magazine.
There has been no follow up by Em on the FFR site, so that potential market has died of simple neglect (failure to act).
There does not seem any evidence to support the theory that we still have ANY kind of production or building of vehicles.
Winter is now just about over and still no news of any GTO builds, new ridgeline builds, or other things Peter mentioned in 2008 pr's.
There doesn't seem to be any proof that we are in the car manufacturing biz period (other than the appearance of the white GTM-R). Many guys have built one in their garage.
We seem to have little to no buyers even at the current price, so good luck to those trying to dump their dividend shares.
In a month or so, what is the share structure gonna look like?
Maxed out.
If someone can dispute this post, I'd sure enjoy hearing a little good news right about now...
WE NEED A $$$$ partner, cuz I dont see any other way to keep the front doors open.
FWIW - just got off the phone with Auntie Em. So...she is still working for Peter (and us)and claims "- it's business as usual".
She would not confirm that the mechanic's were there and working - but "business as usual, and that they were indeed "still in business.
To get an idea of what they are currently working on I asked how the hiring of NEW mechanics was going. VERY well she assured me...then she said she had to attend a meeting and really had to go.
Since a meeting takes two people we can account for at least two of the three vehicles....
- someone else can phone with new questions. We can get info. little by little? A pry bar might come in handy.LOL.

Okay Ahdioyoda - Forget the visit. How about just letting us know when all of our (5?) employee's return to work?
With no one building cars there, we are either out of business and just dont know it yet, OR, our mechanics and car builders are working out of their new location.
So far GTM car production is tied with Bubba the redneck and his beer swilling buddies from Hicksville USA, who are turning them out in the barn. They buy just the GTM body kits, mounting it on a old Ford Bronco 4X4 chassis.
Bubba says he woulda delivered the first high performance production GTM 4X4 but lost it in the woods somewhere during a test run out to the old moonshine still.
" I guess we shoulda painted it any other color than Realtree camo..." when asked about it.
ahdioyoda - why dont you just stop there one day, walk through the front doors and ask for Peter....
I'd be VERY interested to know that the shop has NOT been cleaned out, and that there are actually CARS in there to work on...
Can we guess that Peter owns one of the cars, and lets assume Emily still works there driving another one of the cars. If Buddy the shop dawg is 16 years old, he just might have gotten a driving licence.
Last question - what color was the Ridgeline? (one of ours?)
I would hope Peter and employee's are busy setting up the new dedicated GTM-R production facilities? Just a guess. I would think that each and every day we need to be building GTM-R's?
Staff training? Going out of business blow-out party? What??
Things that make ya go hmmmmmmm.......
Hoping something big a-brewin'.

Having insider info is not criminal in itself but what you do with it I believe. There is nothing to do if Mike did not use the information to buy or sell stock based on the information received.
I just received the ONE email - sent to me by mistake. I mentioned it more to show the character of JR - who knows how many more or who they were that received it (or multiple emails).
JR kept many different accounts (free ones), and SEC could probly find some interesting communications here and there with a little poking...
What he did (or didn't do) with usse truly sucks. Hoping SEC will award sstp back to usse shareholders - rightful owners IMHO. - P.
Guess it wouldnt hurt now the deal is dead. While doing some dd I came across a manufacturer of modular algae systems that seemed a perfect fit (should have been). I made a play to try and get the technology licencing for Canada striking a deal where usse would get a sweet deal (no cost)while I along with the algae system manufacturer would share a portion of sstp technology licencing rights for Canada.
We arranged a trip for the manufacturer to fly down and see JR to seal the (between JR and the manufacturer) I got cut out of the deal (licencing rights)but would receive compensation when the deal went down.
Since the purpose of attending the expo was to gain an interested party for Canadian licencing of the technology (ensuring Canada would have access to tech.)and I effectively accomplished that, JR and party mutually agreed the expo was no longer necessary. Thus it was cancelled.
In order to keep things under wraps and avoid questions to JR and company I agreed to take the heat due to cancellation of the expo space and event.
Apparently the financial investment by the Canadian company(ies)or investors did not come through...if it had I would be about a million bucks richer right now LOL.
There was a pr concerning a modular algae plant somewhere but havent heard anything since. JR seems to change the feedstock and business plans every few months so who knows...
FWIW - there are some privileged few who (or have in past)recieve advance copies of pr's or information from JR. I know because I received one by mistake. Apparantly it was supposed to head for Mike at Veego. I still have the emails complete with dates printed out and so does the server from that forum's private mailbox.
If SEC wants em they can have em. He sure scammed his usse investors but good (I was one of them). I can forward them directly from my account mailbox. Im pretty sure that JR might have been too lazy to close all his different accounts with different aliases and all his emails MAY still be there.
Investor Village....
- it also means .0002 may be served up again without meaningful news or information. Is Peter at the wheel or we on autopilot?
Peter could do a lot worse than heading over to Penske headquarters to talk turkey. Perhaps one of those foreign con concerns is a little greedy as Peter suggested and wants "a little Revenge". LOL.
If the money dont come from a bank or private investor, then it must come from the pocket of the investor...
Good luck to us all. P.
sstp was formed and funded directly out of the pockets of the usse shareholders, and should be a subsidiary of usse - wholly owned by usse and shareholders is what I figure is right.
To tell the truth I had almost completely forgotten about these companies, and mostly just stop by to see if JR ever followed through on production promises and see if the Baytown facility is up and running.
In anycase maybe the SEC will force sstp to return those shares and if so usse should spike sharply if not briefly perhaps.
If the Baytown facility does not produce, little else matters.

How many open lawsuits does JR or company now have against them, and is one from usse shareholders? I read somewhere that 90% of usse's company owned sstp shares have mysteriously disapeared?
Is usse still listed as a partner of sstp? Is there a suit by usse against JR/Cutler? Seems to me that there should be.
Hey Bigtuna. I kinda like the pps action right now - slow and steady rise as opposed to the wild price swings of a pump and dump.
More than anything (to me anyway) the pps and corresponding volume right now is more indicative of rvgd market sentiment.
With the company nothing much newswise has really changed with most seeing the RS cancellation, car shows, and potential sales to foreign concerns as a positive sign that all is not over.
When solid news begins to flow (good news that is)Peter will regain a lot of trust. Its great to know that there might be a bagfull of buyers out there, but to know that we do indeed have the means (money, qualified help, facilities, contracts)will take the company to brand new highs in due course.
In 2008 I sure had my fill of dilution and RS's from other stocks as Im sure a few other folks suffered as well. Still, I continue to search for a good brick and mortar start up that is investor friendly - could Peter have seen the light?
Time will time Im sure that over time my confidence in Peter and company (to not steal my money with outrageous dilution or RS stuff) will grow with every news release and so will the amount of money invested with this company.
I still wonder if we have enough operating cash on hand to continue operations
I still wonder where the factory assembly plant will be, all the employies we will need, and where all the money to make it all happen is gonna come from...
FWIW I still have every share I bought and will probly add more as time (and pr's)go by. The money for future ops has to come from somewhere and I just dont want that "somewhere" to be my pocketbook. So I will wait till I hear we DO have the money to go forward with expansion plans.

Yikes!!! Those numbers read like a trainwreck waiting to happen. I think I would buy more bllb first. At .0003 the worst you could do at this point is a 66% loss if it ever hits .0001 which I think it would have done by now.
Jux - the company's assets are listed as personal assets of management? Thought shareholders paid for that ticket....
Anyhow, 700M shares at .0003 gives us a market cap of just 210 G's. The family owned corner store down the street is worth more than that.
Perhaps our best chance for news is a buyout offer. Very fortunate company is making money and has had no need for further dilution. For that Im very thankful. 2008 was not a good year for my pennies at all.

Well,a few folks agree about the newspaper thing. Suggestions and votes for newspaper notice or advertisement. Post your message to print in a newspaper and we will see which is best.
We first need to know if the paper will print it, and then how much and who pays for the ad.
It is my suggestion that perhaps the best way to get a response is to address it to the CEO first and give the company time to respond. Perhaps one advertisement per week. If no response in one month, I suggest we appeal to the employee's of bllb to voluteer information about company (specific questions).
What questions can and should we ask that do not ask for insider info but rather information that SHOULD be available to potential investors and not conscrued as asking for inside info.
I also suggest we target multiple newspapers simultaniously so there can be no mistake or no employee who does not know about our advertisements.
Do we agree its time to do something? ANYTHING??
