Okay Flippa lets suppose the X prize WAS on the table? Would any prize money go to rvgd anyway? Its Dougs engine. Dougs end of he deal is to build and SUPPLY rvgd with the engines which ONLY rvgd (or registered sat. centre)can install.

This agreement should be valid for any variations of the engines (ie - four cyl, 6 cyl. diesel)etc.

The big news is the engine factory and future AFTERMARKET sales already in place (backlog), and satellite centres. Seems to me the sat. centres would be a VERY hot "franchise"
to sell with rvgd collecting money from every engine installation. Better still if he can sell the sat. franchises.

When you consider Peter can stuff the engine into our existing GTO's and PEnske Ridgelines, those two vehicles suddenly look a lot more salable.

Dont forget that by the X-prize competition rolls around, the engine will already be in production AND eligible for gov. incentives.

IF the progressive auto X-prize does not let Doug in, the resulting publicity will be worth a million bucks. Rocket Ventures verified Doug's claim to milage, and only then sponsored him. There is a progressive auto x prize spokeswoman on a press VIDEO publically wishing him good luck on his journey to an auto show....

I dont know about other folks but I figure if you have a product everybody else wishes they had, things look pretty good for future sales.

Is it for real? Is it a scam? I really dont know at this point but the one thing I am sure of is that if it is for real, then those in on the ground floor will surely benefit from resulting publicity and future sales.

Oh yeah, building a selling a sports car or supercar that gets in excess of 50mpg is well worth considering, and for a supercar getting OVER 100 mpg is kinda mind boggling.

Will the aftermarket sales of the engine skyrocket if its all its touted to be?

Will people buy them? Im betting a thousand bucks on it. Just wondering how many engines a day they will be building, and just how many per day can we install?

The Verde Supercar SHOULD be able to exceed the 110 mpge equivelent because of the much lighter weight providing the Verde weighs the same as the GTM-R.

If you thinks Dougs Mustang gets attention, wait for the supercar - the worlds press will be scrambling to showcase it on the six oclock news.

Peter needs to stay focused on the task at hand. As well as getting the installation centers up and running, he has to contend with the opening of new sat. locations, and the hiring of new staff, dealing with funding issues etc.

Since Doug has NO need for secrecy and the press seems to love him, the futures potential pps looks pretty bright from where Im sitting.
