the best part?
"tens of thousands of active investors" : https://www.virtualinvestorconferences.com/
that's alot of ice cream eaters and late-night snackers!!
I think you meant "good-night"?
Agreed! love seeing how real consumers love the product.
Also, love seeing that MAJOR brands have also used Moms Meet like:
Vita Coco
Beyond Meat
So Delicious
Honest Tea
Pretty sure 3 of those 4 are valued over $1B...maybe all of them??
and there were some who said it was a dumb idea to use Moms meet. same ones who thought the ice cream was fake and whose algo is 10,000% bullish on NGTF now.
Thanks for indulging me. this is how I learn more about the industry.
Last one for today: Vita Coco. they did OK...but didn't get the seal:
https://momsmeet.com/review/vita-coco-kids-coconut-water/
I think we'll be fine with or without that seal.
In 2014, The WhiteWave Foods Company, which owned vegan milk brand Silk, acquired So Delicious Dairy Free--maker of plant-based beverages, creamers and cultured products--from EagleTree Capital for $195 million. In 2017, France-based food conglomerate Danone acquired plant-based dairy producer WhiteWave Foods in a $12 billion merger.
https://momsmeet.com/review/so-delicious-dairy-free-cashew-milk-frozen-dessert-pints/
they didn't get the seal either...
Another BILLION dollar company that didn't get the seal:
https://www.fooddive.com/news/the-honest-truth-how-a-tiny-tea-company-is-poised-to-become-one-of-coca-co/539008/
https://momsmeet.com/review/?brand=honest-tea
this is fun!
Great find!! look at another small company that didn't get the seal of approval: https://momsmeet.com/review/beyond-meat-the-beyond-burger/
I guess they'll never survive??
Can’t win ‘em all
They’ve got plenty of awards already this year and nominated for more
Seems the most common complaint among the moms was not enough flavors in their local stores and the price point
So, I think those are ok
Just my opinion. I think it’s a winner
You found 3 mediocre or negative reviews. Look hard and you can DEFINITELY find a few more among the 100 overwhelmingly positive ones
If your point is that “only” 85-90% of moms loved it, well done!
I think we can work with those percentages
How do you feel about those numbers and the overwhelmingly positive reviews?
Ice cream so good, even algorithms love it!
Algo prediction for 12/10 has increased 10,604% in just the last few weeks. Very bullish
Somebody must have given that algo some Nightfood!
over mom 100 reviews...overwhelmingly positive: https://momsmeet.com/review/nightfood-ice-cream/
Institutional investors buy ice cream too. So do retail investors. It's only a matter of time for this product and Company, in my opinion.
With the media attention, big time celebs, and a great product, it's easy to see them graduating to an exchange. Not sure how much revenue it would take, but I can see investors of all sizes getting very excited after trying the product, like so many of us have.
Check out these reviews I just found at the MomsMeet link: https://momsmeet.com/review/nightfood-ice-cream/
These are real people folks...real shoppers, with real families, and real kids. They really walk into real supermarkets and spend real money on real products. no reason for them to lie.
Of course, a few of them said they didn't like the ice cream, but overwhelmingly positive. have a look at the most recent ones (all from today)
This ice cream tastes like any full sugar, full fat ice cream out there. You wouldn’t know that it is actually better for you than the other options because you dont notice that you are missing anything. The midnight chocolate seemed to be the big hit in our house. Cookies and cream was excellent also. Two of my three kids slept better than usual after trying this.
The product itself was great! My kids especially loved getting ice cream before bed, and the grown ups commented on loving the texture and taste. Midnight chocolate was our favorite! Can’t wait til it rolled out to more stores!
I was skeptical before trying this product, I thought there’s no way it can be better for you and still taste like ice cream – but it did! The texture was smooth and creamy for each flavor, no gritty texture or weird aftertaste either. The four flavors my group was able to try were delicious and satisfied our sweet tooth. The calorie count on each pint was awesome to see on the front of the package, was a nice reminder and statement that this ice cream really is better for you.
Nightfood ice cream was amazing! The flavors had many different choices plus it tasted great. The calories weren’t bad and my group loved the protein content. Another plus we noticed was that the mint chocolate chip was not dyed a fake green – perfect! We will definitely be buying this in the future
Besides launching (if the ever did), much more is required to “corner the market”.
When have they shown an ability to launch anything with any modicum of success that would lead you to have that level of confidence??
Agree. Would be nice to have better funding but they take a lot of pain to point out they have been with the same lender for almost 2 years now and at the beginning the stock was around 5 cents
So that is comforting. And terms keep improving.
Most recent note is 30% discount
They said in the past that they raised money this way actually above market in many cases.
I guess it can go either way. If they hit profitability this year, problem solved. Even if they don’t but value goes up that’s less shares for the $
Here it is:
“During the presentation, Folkson will talk about recent developments in the national roll-out of Nightfood ice cream, including:
Introduction of Nightfood ice cream into a new top-10 supermarket chain later this summer “
In the news release from yesterday. I quoted it in one of my posts last night.
Let me find it
Already in TWO top-10 supermarkets and first pint manufactured just 6 months ago!!
To judge a start up company on profits right out of the gate makes no sense.
Profits coming in my opinion
Yup. Anybody can see there’s a real chance at something special here
Looking forward. Have they announce what the flavor will be for thr guy from 5 seconds of summer?
I know they said Richard Sherman will be butter pecan (can’t wait)
Understood.
And that investor probably would have said the same thing about halo top 5 years ago and 2 years later it’s at $2,000,000,000 valuation and everybody is like “what just happened???”
Including Nestle that owns skinny cow. Sometimes things just come out of nowhere.
Only the bullish algo knows for certain
Thanks. It’s funny because he will never actually address anything about the company
They could land Walmart and he would just move on to the next complaint
What a blast at parties. Wonder how his wife must feel about his brilliant algo trades
Wow, ANOTHER top 10 chain???
“During the presentation, Folkson will talk about recent developments in the national roll-out of Nightfood ice cream, including:
Introduction of Nightfood ice cream into a new top-10 supermarket chain later this summer “
I won’t say I told you so...
Ah yes. I see it
I like the news about that investor conference. This company has a great story and is on the verge of something awesome. Good time to show to new investors!
All my opinion
It worked for me
We talking about the article at https://www.rd.com/food/fun/craziest-ice-cream-flavors/
?
It took me right to the Nightfood online store
Great finds as always NSOS
When I clicked the link on the article at https://www.rd.com/food/fun/craziest-ice-cream-flavors/
It took me to the Nightfood store at https://buynightfood.com
Strange!
Cant wait to see the updated float numbers!!
They told us so that there were almost 4,000 moms. now, over 4k: https://momsmeet.com/program/nightfood-ice-cream/
looking at some of these comments, it's amazing!!
check it:
So delicious! and healthy too!! YES it’s possible! Have to try all the flavors. Best I’ve cream without any nonsense.
I wish these were sold locally. I would buy them in an instant!
I love Ice cream and am always looking for the next best thing. I also am a huge night time eater meaning that I get up in the middle of the night eating. The first things that I go for are always the sweets so I’m really looking forward to trying Nightfood icecream out. I love that it is kosher, and that all the ingredients that will keep me up all night like the excess sugars, have been taken out. Now I can be free to munch down on as much night time Nightfood as I want to, and still be able to go right back to sleep with no issues!!!
Positive reviews through Moms Meet is valid market feedback. Great to see
What other posters may dismiss as “social
Media hype” is just real consumers taking about real products they LOVE and the way 9 figure and billion dollar brands are built these days
It’s not 1986 anymore!

Oprah who? Really
Haha
Good one
Just like “Meijer who”? And when they get into Whole Foods or Walmart there will be people who somehow dismiss that as well
You don’t get in Oprah, The Washington Post, USA Today, Wall Street journal and all the others without real products. You don’t get into major supermarket chains without a real product.
Maybe you lost money a long time ago on some other company, but that’s no reason to keep taking weak shots at a real company making real moves
It’s understandable when people lose money to be hurt and embarrassed over what happened, but this is a real and growing company with a great product line
I thought I already Told You So before, but if I didn’t, the act is getting old. Open your eyes and you’ll see it
I read every review I can.
Have you seen what the moms are writing at https://momsmeet.com/review/nightfood-ice-cream/#comments
I think the product is a winner. Share structure is in good shape. Good funding should be easy to access for a hit product
All my opinion.
I told you so!
NGTF is fully reporting and is not on “the pink sheets”
Nightfood is fully audited and fully reporting and on the OTCQB which has many many more requirements than the “stinky pinky” stocks
I told you so!!
1. Rush didn't make snapple, and it wasn't 20 years ago. They were running national TV ads in the early '90's
SNAPPLE HAD OVER $100m IN SALES IN 1991. THAT'S 30 YEARS AGO!!!!!!
2. Just because one poster said "Rush", everybody is talking about Rush. It's nonsense. I could say Justin Beiber, Justin Timberlake, Dustin Hoffman, Dustin Johnson, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Rock Hudson, Henry Hudson, John Henry....what's the point of debating every name somebody throws out there. management said they're not going to solicit random "non-nightfood" people.
So, debate all you want, it's probably not happening, unless Rush Limbaugh contacts the company.
I personally think somebody as divisive as Rush Limbaugh, for a start-up brand with zero capital is a really bad idea. You want to pay this guy $MILLIONS you don't have in the hopes of what?? that he can rally up enough geezer listeners to go to the store and buy ice cream? I hardly think that's the target market they're going after.
If he'd do it for free, yes, probably worth the divisiveness. My guess is it would cost more than free.
here's from Wikipedia:
Snapple was known for a popular series of TV advertisements in the early 1990s featuring Wendy Kaufman (the "Snapple Lady") answering letters from Snapple fans.[6] In an effort to counteract the Coke and Pepsi challenge commercials, Snapple began running a new line of advertisements in May 1992, which featured its trademark “made from the best stuff on earth” line in ads that spoofed earlier beer and sports drinks promotions; the ads received low marks from advertising industry observers. In addition, the company used its $15-million-a-year advertising budget to pay for a long-lived series of live radio commercials featuring controversial disk jockeys Howard Stern and Rush Limbaugh. At the end of the summer of 1992, Snapple conducted a five-week search for a new advertising agency that could better convey its corporate identity in preparation for a wider national push. Later that year, Snapple also signed tennis player Jennifer Capriati to endorse its products. By August 1992, Snapple had expanded its distribution to every major city in the United States and it signed new contracts with beverage distributors. The company owned no manufacturing facilities, but instead made agreements with more than 30 bottlers across the country. In this way, Snapple was able to keep its overhead low and its payroll short. The company administration consisted of just 80 employees, 50 of whom worked out of a modest office building on Long Island.[7]
Thomas H. Lee, an American businessperson, financier and investor of Thomas H. Lee Partners (THL) acquired Snapple Beverages in 1992 on undisclosed terms. The three founders of Snapple, Leonard Marsh, Hyman Golden and Arnold Greenberg, said they would own about one-third of the new company and be involved in its management. Hellen Berry, vice president of the Beverage Marketing Corporation, a consultant in New York, estimated that Snapple, which had been for sale for more than a year and had $100 million in sales in 1991, sold for $140 million.Only eight months after buying the company, Lee took Snapple Beverages public and in 1994, only two years after the original acquisition, Lee sold the company to Quaker Oats for $1.7 billion. Lee was estimated to have made $900 million for himself and his investors from the sale. The Quaker Oats Company bought Snapple for $1.7 billion in 1994.[8] The company ran into problems and sold it to Triarc in 1997 for $300 million.[9] Triarc sold it to Cadbury Schweppes for $1.45 billion in September 2000.[10] It was spun off in May 2008 to its current owners.
I will post the full Oprah piece when I get to my computer (assuming I can remember how to pull the picture from Facebook
It’s like a Hollywood ending
#Ishtar
What money do they “lose”??
drawing very healthy salaries
Maybe I’m out of touch. How about The Rock?
He could do ROCKy Road?
Ha!
We would have to see if GoPuff delivers to the nursing homes??
