And another poster here said back in 2019 that this was going sub penny within a few months. They had found an algorithm they fell in love with that proved to be very very very wrong (I told you so)
But that didn’t happen either
There’s a difference between talking about what somebody thinks will happen in the future (and being wrong) than of making false statements about PAST events (and being wrong)
Do you think they’re the same?
You’ve been throwing around this 200 “shareholder” claim for years
Do you really think they haven’t gained any shareholders in all these years?
Please explain your logic
Also please feel free to discuss the information posted the other day about the difference between “shareholders of record” as defined by the SEC, and beneficial owners, which, according to the SEC make up the “vast majority” of stock owners. Since you’ve acknowledged the existence of 200 “shareholders of record, which can be understood to be “the vast MINORITY” of the owners of NGTF stick, how many TOTAL shareholders do you theorize they have??
Surely you can’t think the same 200 people have been trading this stock around for years, right?
I mean, right?
Right?
wait, so you brought up the number of "Registered Shareholders" from the TA to address profitability?
can you clarify?
at first blush, this makes about as much sense as having paid actors manufacture real ice cream in a fake factory
classic stuff
Hahaha
So why bring up a red herring?? Typical
And then if/when they ever report profits you will go back to accusing them of manufacturing real ice cream in a fake factory
And then if they prove the factory is real you’ll accuse them of some other made up thing (maybe that they use brown eggs instead of white, or white instead of brown).
When you said we should focus on the share price, and it quadrupled, all of a sudden you were on to something else
Classic
Pointless.
what's the relevance of the number of "shareholders of record" of NGTF?
Why the 2 exclamation points?
Taken from the SEC official website for investor info
https://www.investor.gov/what-registered-owner-what-beneficial-owner
as you can see, there's a BIG difference between "registered owners" and "beneficial owners"
Here's an example of language from TSLA filing at https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1318605/000156459020040987/tsla-defa14a_20200922.htm
it states:
Great. Now that you know the official number of Shareholders of Record, can you let us know when you find the number of Beneficial Shareholders
Of course you know those are two separate things
Brb
To clarify, the report says that’s the number of owners of more than 100 shares. So I guess it’s possible there are others that owned between 1 and 99?
We’ve been through this with him a million times.
It’s a waste of keystrokes
Maybe he’d be surprised if he contacted the transfer agent for GameStop or amazon or whatever. I have no idea what those numbers would be exactly but like NGTF and probably every other public company he would find a very very small number from the TA as a percentage of the number of actual owners
Some people only understand what they want to understand
Suspected something like what would happen?
You guys have computers right? You’re not checking the local newspaper??
It was filed yesterday, which was the due date:
https://www.otcmarkets.com/filing/html?id=14714463&guid=kKkaUHAsneYrEth
Mintel mentions Nightfood along with kellogs and Pepsi:
https://www-mintel-com.cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/www.mintel.com/blog/food-market-news/pandemic-stress-awakens-the-need-for-night-time-food-and-drink/amp
Says it’s time for night nutrition to break through
This is from Mintel who bills themself as the “worlds leading marketing and intelligence agency”
Any thoughts?
Thanks!
Nightfood ice cream has been adding lots of distribution.
I do remember hearing that yeungling was in Walmart and some regional stores.
Do we know if they’ve added more?
I think ice cream is a tough market to try to break into
In particular, NGTF has paid tons of slotting fees which really cut their revenues down if you look at their public filings
But they’re carving out a new category so I think they have a good shot
Oh yes there it is
Let’s see about four in a row
Does anybody know when the new packaging will be in stores?
Hasn’t the 52 week high been every February or something for the last few years?
I’m more focused on the long term and see a big future here, but it sure is nicer to be at $.18 than $.08 and it sure would be nice to get back up to the $20s and $.30s and whatever
NGTF doubled this month on massive volume
Crazy
Maybe we spoke too soon?
Hahaha
That’s why I’m not a trader. I just think the prospects for this company are very good, and the stock will go up and down along the way to building a strong and successful brand
What are you seeing in the L2?
It’s fine if somebody does’t want to ride a rainbow but it’s a whole different thing if somebody were to make accusations of fraud and deceit with no evidence
What are your thoughts on that?
You mean you’ve made millions on this stock and hired actors to make prop ice cream in a fake ice cream plant?
Where did all the volume come from?
Any ideas?
Haha. Anybody shorting this stock must be nuts. It spikes every year at this time
Don’t say I didn’t tell you so
What did he say about the production facility that concerns you? Facts please
I don’t remember him ever taking about them
Please provide links.
Thank you
Looked like a prop? What does that even mean?
They moved pallets of real ice cream and half a dozen people into a “movie set”
Get real
Do you listen to yourself?
The company reports slotting fees
What about your accusations of them faking/lying about production ?
And the accusations that the founder pocketed millions by selling stock when the filings refute this?
What are you basing these accusations on?
You’ve accused this company of faking ice cream production, of bribing supermarkets, and now the CEO of pocketing millions of dollars when the filings clearly show that would not be possible without some sort of criminal activity
What are you basing these claims on, for which you have provided no evidence when posting, and no evidence when evidence has been requested?
in 8 minutes of research, it seems this theory is about as well thought out as your assertion that there are real employees making real ice cream in a fake ice cream factory.
also about as good as your theory about the stock going to zero back in 2018.
nice work. you should be proud!!!
haha, great find! how did you uncover these TOP SECRET documents??
Master sleuthing!
so I just read that Folkson started out when they went public with under 16M shares. he now has over 16M. I don't see any reports of him selling.
looks like the stock started trading in August 2015 if I'm reading this right. volume was nothing until 2017
there's no way he could have made that kind of money that a certain poster is claiming...
maybe the money is fake like the ice cream factory is fake. in that case, yes, he could have made fake millions. it all makes sense now
His agreement pays him $6k monthly. How could he have made millions?
Please provide the link to these filings.
Or are they in the imaginary ice cream prop factory?
Getting renewed in all their stores is a major step in my opinion.
I also think the new packaging will really boost sales a lot
Because of that, and because of major new distribution they have now hinted at multiple times I’m expecting good things
Your wild conspiracy theories are something else
So, where are we at today?
The ice cream is real, but the factory is fake. Those are real employees, not actors. They’re making real ice cream in a fake factory. Am I right so far
Then when asked about this, you shift focus to saying that it doesn’t matter what pregnant women eat or drink, and it’s all a scam by “Big Vitamin”
Does that about sum it up?
The ice cream is delicious
Available in Kroger and Albertsons divisions
Renewed for another year
Let’s see
Yes I read it
Maybe you need to up your dose
Seems you’re still impacted by something that happened 30 or 40 years ago??
Agreed. Why would anybody take $.30 warrants and lock up all his stock if things weren’t looking up?
And he hasn’t disposed of any shares in over 5 years!
Can you provide your proof?
