I think it's a general malaise because we haven't received news in a while.
Also, CSTI has been on both bid and ask walking it down all morning.
Yep! Below is how you make money on GBSN.
Short after r/s
Wait a few months until it bottoms and the "news" to ride it back up
Sell
Laugh heartily when you see the notice of r/s
repeat ad nauseam
Yes sir! It can hang out in this channel for months if it wants to. This action provides ample opportunity for freebies.
Slow and steady makes for an early retirement.
It's gone. I think we will close above .005 today.
Agreed. L2 is really thin. It seems to be getting held up in this price channel. The upside to that is when we move it will be hot and heavy!
Mobile app?
Thanks. If I am wrong I will happily eat humble pie. I could not find a doc with that wording at all though.
Link to judgement? I must be seeing things differently.
The 10 day chart is looking pretty good right about now. IMO I think we are going to move into the 7's with a quickness.....
Thank you sir! Since I like your style and also since you are a fellow New Yorker I followed back!
I don't think not listing out every single random small fine and levies from a tiny podunk state agency that gives them out like candy on halloween would be considered fraud. Hardly sounds like a material event.....
Are the fines and noncompliance concerning? In a small way, yes. Let's not get ahead of ourselves though. No one cares about TRRC.
TRRC issues alot of these. If you are talking about the $5,031 fine from 4/25/17......Who cares??????
I am also enjoying this action. I have a core holding at sub .003 PPS and am flipping my higher price shares as the market permits.
This up and down action is providing lots of freebies!
They have been brutal all over the OTC today.
This just popped into my feed on TD....
Cardinal Energy Group, Inc. Acquires EOI Eagle Operating, Inc Assets
11:40 am ET April 20, 2017 (Market Wire) Print
ABILENE, TX--(Marketwired - Apr 20, 2017) - Cardinal Energy Group, Inc ("Cardinal Energy" or "the Company") (OTCQB: CEGX) announces the acquisition of EOI Eagle Operating, Inc ("Eagle") assets. The Company and Eagle formally executed the definitive agreement to acquire the assets of EOI Eagle Operating, Inc located in Frisco, Texas on April 18, 2017. The Company issued 1,000,000 shares of the Series B Preferred stock and a note for $250,000 to acquire the assets of EOI Eagle Operating, Inc.
Timothy W. Crawford, CEO of Cardinal Energy stated, "We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Eagle's assets as these assets will generate significant revenues to the Company. However, the jewel of this acquisition is the many years of experience that Paul Carlisle brings to Cardinal". Paul will be appointed by the Board of Directors in the next 30 days to the position of President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Paul will oversee all of the Company's day to day operations in the field and will report to the Company's CEO and Board of Directors.
Paul Carlisle, President and Owner of EOI Eagle Operating, Inc commented, "This is a very exciting time for all of us involved with the Cardinal Energy Group. I am proud to accept my new role as President and Chief Operating Officer of Cardinal. I feel the company is strategically positioned as the result of the addition of Eagle's existing leases and new equipment to fully develop all of the existing properties held by Cardinal Energy Group and the additional leases which will be acquired in the near future as the result of the Company's current capital raise.
Our focus will be to first re-establish production on the wells with the lowest cost of returning to full operation. The newly acquired leases from Eagle are located adjacent to proven oil fields with significant current production and have significant potential for increased levels of crude oil production.
Historically when crude oil and natural gas prices move lower the production of oil and natural gas declines due to the deferral of necessary remedial well work. This simply reflects the fact that while the resource is not going anywhere the cost to continue to bring it to the surface has increased in terms of constant dollars thereby reducing operating margins. Now that commodity prices have stabilized we expect to bring these leases back on line quickly. With our low development and lifting costs we plan to capitalize on this opportunity by bringing additional wells online to increase production levels and to extend the economic lives of these properties.
During this time period, we will also be performing infill development drilling to establish new production and proven reserves. Cardinal's acquisition of two complete service rigs will greatly reduce potential delays normally associated with completion work. These service rigs will also allow us to also begin to work for third parties as time and development plans permit. Working out of our centrally located yard in Graham, Texas we can easily service wells located within a 150-mile radius. With the numerous trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment being added to Cardinal's fleet we fully expect to hit the ground running and have the resources necessary to capitalize on the exciting opportunities at hand."
About Cardinal Energy Group, Inc. Cardinal Energy Group, Inc. is an environmentally responsible energy company principally engaged in the acquisition, development and production of crude oil. Cardinal's strategy is to increase reserves and production through the exploitation of oil and natural gas properties with a high emphasis on known formations with significant proven reserves remaining that can be produced economically. The company's properties and development efforts are focused in Central Texas. More information on Cardinal Energy Group, Inc. is available at www.cegx.us.

Nice slaps on 4's going on. Volume is up. Nice to see some life returning.
Slappa da bass man!!!
Very true. No stock is a good investment until it is.
Interesting action right before close. Did anyone else see that?
Let's all take a step back and let the man run his business.
The PR and/or 8k will be out and the market will adjust CEGX according to the information contained in it. I can wait, I won't be selling for a while.
I would disagree with that. Pennies are excellent for trading and usually not so good for investing.
I think as long as they are making progress there is no reason to get rid of this stock. I will continue to sell some on spikes and rebuy in the dips to increase my holdings.
I tried with TD today when it was around 9 dollars and was unable to.
Darn shame too! Would have been quite the payday. You can bet this thing is going to get shorted back to the trips!
I was able to get out. Was watching the FINRA list like a hawk.
Turned a %95 loss to a break even trade over the last week.
Sorry for all of those that are stuck in this one. GLTY.
GLTY as well sir!
AKA 500 shares on Monday.
I will admit that it's hilarious to watch NITE right now on L2. Some solid entertainment on my lunch.....
Exactly, It's on the FINRA list.... It was submitted and approved!
We are about to breakout. This chart is looking real nice.
I have been buying these dips. If they cancel the RS I think we could be in good shape.
Wait until the reverse split, short, make the money back. Spend it on college girls. #winning.
I love it! Burn shorties burn!
This is Ihub... I thought every one was a millionaire?
Amen brother! This pullback is very healthy.
We can add "less" in front of my name today. :)
Building the price levels up slowly and consistently is the best way IMO. Flying under the radar means we don't deal with as much shorting as some IHUB groups like to do.
While I am annoyed that we aren't having another crazy day I am happy for the pullback. These steps make this run more sustainable. Looks like .004 is a new support level.
NITE and CDEL trying to spoil the fun. Trading shares back and forth to bring the price down....
LOL, I didn't flip this at all. Not that I would even need to apologize to you if I did..... The point is that flipping can be a very profitable venture. This will go above .003 today so I wouldn't worry.
Take advantage of the highs and lows on the way up to get some free shares my friend. You will make a lot more money that way.
Your link is broken.
You can make pretty solid money flipping intraday movers.
Say you bought a million late at .0022 and sold early at .0026. Thats a tidy profit of $400. Fees at TD would be a grand total of $13.90, for an easy profit of $387.10. With an average of 252 trading days per year you will net out $97k. Even assuming a %50 win rate you are still looking at 48k ish. Not bad at all considering that most of us are trading when our bosses aren't looking. People bash flippers alot until they realize it's an easier and safer bet to make "beer" money every day instead of waiting for the next 100 bagger. YMMV, I do both.
1 day 1 minute looks nice. RSI is around 53. MACD is setting up to cross. We have had alot of action above the bollingers. Could be a pretty big breakout here.
