Yes there are expansion plans. Per June 30, 2015 Quarterly:

Note 4 Going Concern
"The Company does not believe that it will need additional capital to operate over the next 12 months but additional funding will be necessary to complete planned expansion initiatives."

Also, IMO the Tarpon debt had to be paid off bc the creditors took RXMD to court and this 1.8M was the negotiated amount to pay off. The remaining liabilities ("debt" of which you speak) include monies loaned to RXMD by individuals (including Armen). Recently, $150k of this debt owed to Michelle Liptak was satisfied by issuing common shares to her (Material Definitive Agreement: Note Amendment Aug 03, 2015).

I did have a question about the fair market value of the Tarpon debt as being listed as $2.4M in the quarterly supplemental. Does this mean that in the PRs when the debt of $1.8M is listed, that they are describing the principal on the debt? Does this suggest that the amount of remaining debt in the PR was higher then many thought bc more of the money raised went to interest and fees then people expected?

Awesome find. I don't know how people find some of these things. Someone needs to update the intro here or show one old image to acknowledge the upgrade in space. I see a lot less retail space and the rest must be space for compounding medications. On par with the information the company has released in the past about renovating. IMO the company saw a larger, longer term gain to using finances to upgrade their space rather than pay off the debt. Not really sure, but along the lines of being shuttered...you did happen to notice that the adjacent series of doors and windows have their blinds open and that there is a person hold a stack (or piece) of standard 8.5 x 11 paper in May 2015. Looks like work being done. April 2014 shows delivery vehicle without decals and the shuttered 2015 windows have a poster of DME up and have the shades open. April 2013 doors that are shuttered in 2015 have a sign that reads "Use main entrance around the corner." Also, at what pps are you estimating the issuance of 430 million shares? Does not seem like you have considered the fact that the remaining debt owed has been significantly reduced since then. The Q2 financials has more up-to-date info

Rxmd has been performing well. Debt is decreasing every day, even if it is not fast enough for some clowns posting on the board. Revenues are increasing every day as well. The goal set forth is to incr scripts filled another 25% in the coming months! By then they will be refilling their drug inventory at a cheaper rate with the 340B. To recap: less debt, more revenue, less expenses

Good question. I noticed in an earlier post detailing the name change of the company that the previous company also was delivering copper to that same recipient. It was a 2013 pr I think.

As of 8-13-15 PR: "total issued to 242,823,237 shares" and total repurchased 95,750,000

As of 8-24-15 PR: total number of shares repurchased to date 131,384,860, a difference of 35,634,860 shares from 8-13-15 PR

Therefore, 242,823,237-35,634,860 = 207,188,377 O/S before market opened 8-24-15

This sticky is wrong. The number of common stock listed here is the total O/S after considering the 77M buyback. See Aug. 13, 2015/PRNewswire PR:

You r right on many levels. Brain exercises, like crossword puzzles, don't help reduce or prevent AD. However I recall coming across the fact that physical exercise appears to be helpful in preventing/reducing/minimizing the likelihood of developing AD. So there could be ONE lifestyle correlation with AD development and progression. However, I am not familiar with this literature and can only say that others should look up this info for themselves.
