IMO the conversion rate may have been enough of a boost for some to sell and get out with or without small profits. It seems more common for news to come out after some time post merger/ticker change (a few days) to ensure everyone’s shares convert.

I was concerned from a competitive point of view when Cuban announced his pharmacy discount drug company a year or two ago. Didn’t expect to see RXMD as a partner in that venture. Good to finally see some news, but more exciting to see this collaboration announced.

Got a TD Ameritrade alert that RXMD price above 0.19…Unfortunately that was a pre-R/S alert I apparently set sometime ago. Probably be a few days to iron out the change over before we get news imo.
Looks to me that the PR will come after reversion back to RXMD ticker to avoid bringing attention to R/S.
Been here a long time with many of you. Post-R/S trading volumes aren’t big, so very few tranches equivalent to pre-R/S amount of 1 mil shares moved; my brain needs to operate at pre-R/S for a bit. Agree many are holding. Also, I was thinking that given the kinks in converting to RXMDD and the share reduction with many brokers that news drop from company would wait until that was ironed out and everyone had access to tradable shares. Hopefully some news before move back to RXMD ticker. Looking forward to seeing this crazy train pick up steam. Onwards and upwards!

I know that frustration! The good news is that although the price isn’t making us rich by any means yet, given the successful growth of the company over the years, most longs like me are still in the green. I’m still here lurking and reading to keep up with the facts and opinions on the facts. I too should have traded around a core position during those runs but held too tight. Sold a little to free up funds but repurchased those shares at a later time and patiently waiting because the path has been long and winding but there isn’t a doubt that it is moving forward and towards its goal!!

Thanks for the post stockforce. I was wondering what the issue was when I saw that notice to disregard in my news feed.
I did a quick search on Zillow. Only the empty lot prices for the LIGA lot and the blue house lot are shown. The grey house Zestimate is listed at $535k and the next one over (not the newer orange house) is listed as $332k. Honestly, I don’t know how comparable the house prices will be when the LIGA house is made of drastically different materials and eco-friendly. Does anyone know about the Texas builds LIGA is in on and how those buildings compare to similar sites made of traditional materials??
I lived in Nashville for 13 years and was going to be in the area again in a few weeks. I thought about driving by the Bella Serra area as well and snapping some photos like I did for he Panama City Beach home site. Did you happen to get any photos? I under stand there isn’t any construction going on yet but some nice “before” photos help to establish when progress has been made. Do you live in central TN?

The development site is located on private property, in a gated community, but thankfully it is right next to a road, so it was easy to grab some photos.

The same tall yellow building with a green, vertical stripe in the background can be seen in the LIGA tweeted images and in some of my photos. Admittedly, I was initially excited because I thought the blue house in these new images was the LIGA structure. I spoke with the gentleman working at the blue house and found out that he was actually the owner of the blue home and that I was actually standing in the open lot that was supposed to be a "green house," but essentially it "is still a pile of dirt." It was nice that he confirmed the lot was designated for an eco-friendly home. Since I was on private property, I didn't want to badger him with any more questions, but I'm guessing I could have asked a few more given that he was cordial. Notice that the grey home in the images tweeted by LIGA can be seen in the last image and since Oct 2017 there is a new orange home as well as the new blue home currently. So unfortunately, there is no construction progress on this site to report on.

When you talk about gaps, is that only for price action during normal market hours? It seems that sometimes the pre- or after-market trading covers gaps not apparent when checking the multi-day trends but you only notice that if you’ve been watching the pre-or after-market trading on that particular day.
Question for the board on price gaps in charts. Apart from a 1-day chart, charts only display activity from normal market times. The chart can show a price gap but what If the pre-market or after-market activity covers that price gap but it’s not displayed? Is that still a price gap?

Agreed. There has been a lot of re-investment in the company to expand and upgrade over the last few years to build both shareholder and company value. Thanks for the clarification on the technical definition of dilution.
My favorite part, simply because it reinforces some of the facts I pointed out earlier:
“This share issuance, at this time, was equal parts long overdue reward for past performance as well as long term incentive for future performance.”
“These shares were approved when the Company traded just above $0.01 per share. The shares were issued with vesting periods of 1 year and cannot be sold during that time pursuant to their restrictive legends. We had no anticipation of what the future trading pattern would be.”
The current thoughts around these bonuses need to be aligned with a few points:
1. The bonuses in 2018 are in line with the prior amount of stock awarded back in 2016.

2. More importantly, it has been TWO years since these individuals have received stock bonuses. You actually need to halve these amounts for these to be considered an annual stock bonus.
3. These bonuses were determined well in advance of the recent run. Considering that these were approved on Jan 5, 2018 when the PPS hit a high of 0.015 the 10,000,000 shares issued to Shital equated to a $150,000 bonus for TWO years of work. A $75,000 annual bonus is not exorbitant given that her base salary and total compensation falls within the bottom half of the ranges for these items for COOs.

LIGA - Thanks! I know the Brentwood, TN area well and just started a position in the company and I’m trying to catch up on the DD.
I noticed that section as well. Very exciting company and having lived in Nashville/Antioch for over 10 years, I know the Brentwood area well. However, Warren county is not very close to Nashville and is rather southeast of the city. It would have been more exciting if it was in Wilson county instead which is building out quite nicely these past few years and has many wealthy neighborhoods. To counter my point though, if someone wanted to live off the grid, he or she wouldn’t likely want to be living in Nashville anyways so Warren is probably a good distance away for him or her.
LIGA - were those construction site photos the FL building site or the New Jersey shore site?
Totally agree with you. That’s why I haven’t sold any shares yet either.
A good portion of the float has been locked up with longs for years but I certainly expect some churning and exchange of hands from old longs to (hopefully) new longs at around 10 cents.
