No reason to even speculate on delisting NOW - because mid march they can apply for a 6 month extension... and I see absolutely no reason what-so-ever why they would not be granted that.
Six months in the life of an emerging biotech can be transformational.
Just as it has gone from $3+ to 60 cents... it can as readily go from 60 cents to $3+...
Furthermore... everyone here knows that, which is why they are still here... or they would be gone!!!
Thanxs Fabius
Have numbers plugged in... but need sale #s also for the below.
last numbers I have on the TRX numbers are Dec 8th @ 639 and Dec 15th @ 648
need Seroquel XR Weekly Sales TRXs - since December 8, 2017
I have absolutely no idea how generic marketing works... nor that MNK is not doing well marketing Seroquel because of locked in contracts.
I'm only guessing but it is a possibility that MNK has interest in IPCI and by dragging ass on Seroquel they are driving down possible takeover price... amiable or hostile... but again just brain farts.
At one time when IPCI expressed some interest in possibly becoming a distributor themselves I feared they would have to dilute and incur much expense which would push back break even point.
Now I wish they would have issued 10 million shares when stock was $3+ and gone that route.
In case anyone needs link to Conference Call

That should do it
There's constant talk here of reverse split.
I see no reason for a reverse split as it does absolutely nothing.
It would bring the share price to over $1.00 to meet compliance... but the Market Value would still be under the $35 million minimum requirement... and IF market value creeps up to over the $35 million minimum, the share price will be above the $1.00 requirement.
I'm calling for a late day rally to close at 83 cents.
%@&*in RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!
.7778 BID ------- .7779 ASK
10 cent difference on 1,000 shares... and they can't come to a compromise???
GIVE ME A %@&*in BREAK !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Don't quite agree with where you're going with this.
I'm not a lawyer... but I don't believe a CEO of a company can set up another company for his and his benefit alone... I have to believe that any fruits of his labor while I'm paying his rent is TOTALLY for the benefit of intellipharmaceutical.
When did he open/form this new venture... while on his vacation time???
Just as any patent derived from his labor at IPCI may be under his name... the patent itself and all fruits borne from that patent belong to IPCI which was paying his salary at the time.
What you are implying I'm sure would lead to a massive class action lawsuit... and it would not be directed at IPCI but at the Odidi's themselves... and I would certainly join in on that.
Again... I'm not a lawyer... but I believe any profit derived from this new venture would be stripped in full from the Odidis in any court of law... so I believe the venture is a fully owned subsidiary of IPCI with all profits passing through to IPCI.
It's getting crowded up in the intro section... for those who don't know it, you can HIDE that section so as not to have to continually wade through it.
Here's how: just click >>>Intellipharmaceutics International Inc. (IPCI)<<< link at top left to take you to the top menu and then click the "Hide Intro" option located at the top right of the web page.
I'm going by memory... but one of CFO Patient's accomplishment with his previous company was him bringing it from a couple of products marketed locally to a dozen products marketed worldwide.
I take it we are seeing the fruits of Patient's labor in this China deal.
So I guess no sitting on his hands with him.
Very informative post... Thank you fisherman.
Slowwwwwly it turned... and penny by penny... nickel by nickel...
Oh Jack... you always post the sweetest things on this board.
thought that was you - I will eventually provide a list of links that I think will be of help to have at our finger tips.
