as I stated, it is irrelevant. once someone filed it was a done a deal. so who would you rather have driving the bus? someone who really doesn't care nor understand the company or someone who does?

My mistake... not being a lawyer I did not realize that there is a "gentler" term for "bending you over"... it's called "driving the bus"

The sign of a good lawyer is that he can get you to believe he's whispering sweet nothings in you ear... while he is behind you... "driving the bus"
