Go MCIG since all of my marijuana stocks are in the red. I love green!
bgrass1: I bought this morning for the first time buying this stock.
Landon Broil: Yes, retired Navy Senior Chief Radioman, retired August 1981 with over 20 years service.
Peacefulwendy: I live in the South and my state will be one of the last to approve marijuana for medical use because I live in the Bible Belt. Thanks for the very kind words.
caly1: Regarding Tounces! I thought and thought about posting this and decided that I just have to in order to do the right thing. I have known Tounces since 2004 and I can say without hesitation that he is an Honorable man, a man that I respect, and I have only known Tounces to always tell the truth, either Fact or his Opinion! Just for full disclosure; I am retired military and I am a person with Honor, Integrity, Family Values and I will always tell the truth! When it come to WLGC I know of no other person that is more informed/knowledgeable about WLGC company than Tounces is going back a very long time! When Tounces says something I pay very close attention to what he has to say, now this does not mean that he is always correct, just like none of us are always correct but he is an Honorable man! Sincerely, Senior Chief
GrundleHunter: If I may respectfully reply to your post. I am getting real tired of hearing about these 125 million shares from just a couple of posters here! I believe that if there was something to it that it would be public knowledge in some SEC filing. I also don't believe that these mysterious in the clouds somewhere 125 million shares will have any negative material impact on the company. Just my opinions for what they are worth and I just may be a committee of one which is okay. I'm currently long MCIG and 7 other marijuana stocks and I don't intend to sell any shares but currently looking to buy some more in a yet to be identified other marijuana company. I have never sold short a stock in my life since I've been in the market since 1966 but I have bought some Puts on companies ( e.g. bought puts in Value Jet Airlines that crashed a plane in Florida years ago ) that I believed their share price would fall because I don't believe in selling short and hurting existing shareholders. if Puts are not available then I just move on and look for other investments. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Peacefulwendy: I hope that you are correct and Moneyhungry is not because with my Agent Orange from Vietnam caused cancer returning the last 5 weeks with two new lesions in different locations this time from my February 2013 cancer surgery I seriously doubt that I have 5 to 6 years left. I'm just investing in these type of stocks recently for the heirs of my estate but I sure would like to see some upward movement. I've been in the market since 1966 but this is my first time investing in marijuana stocks and a stock like NVLX because historically I have been a Blue Chip stock investor. I can see some impressive profits to be made in the marijuana sector. Sincerely, Senior Chief
caly1: I have know Frank since 2004. He has always taken my phone calls and on occasion he has also called me on the phone. Like you said, and I can confirm because I have been told by other stockholders that Frank did in fact put everything that he was able to round up into WLGC to keep it going and to make it a success. I cannot be specific because I don't think it appropriate to repeat telephone/email communications without the approval of the person(s) that I have communicated with. I will say that I have the utmost respect for the other stockholders that I have communicated with and some I have known for a long long time and are Navy Shipmates that will always tell me the truth either fact or their personal opinions. At times I have been discouraged with Frank but since 2004 I have never been totally out of the stock ( I did sell around 120,000 shares in 2007/2008 ) and I intend to hold what shares that I currently have and see what happens with "Reach" and "iknowu" company software. Thanks for your post caly1, I appreciate your honesty in stating your opinion and articulating your past interface with WLGC employees. Sincerely, Senior Chief
GreenKnight: I also increased my position in TWMJF by 50 percent on May 12th at $2.65 per share. I still believe in TWD/TWMJF and I own 8 different marijuana stocks. I figure I will have some losers ( already have one that trading was suspended and they are now on the grey sheets but I will not sell at these levels and I will let it ride either back up or down to ZERO and take the tax write off. ) but I think the winners will make up for the losers plus provide an acceptable profit. At my age I don't need nor do I want millions of dollars in profits but something around $100,000.00 would be more than an acceptable addition for the heirs to my estate. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Yesterday I increased my position in TWD/TWMJF by 50 percent. If you want to make money in the stock market then whenever I buy a stock a the same time you short that stock and you will make money in the stock market! I have 8 marijuana stocks and every single one of them are down from what I paid for them! I sure hope that I have enough time left to see them in the Green but with all of my medial problems from being exposed to Agent Orange in Vietnam I have my doubts because my cancer is back from my February 2013 cancer surgery! But it is in my Savior Jesus hands and if he decides to call me home I'm more than ready to go! Sincerely, Senior Chief
DrContango: I knew most of what you posted in your several posts, not all, but aware of most of it. Obviously I can't argue with the documented court cases and wouldn't even think of doing so. I must say Dr. that it is not what you posted but how you posted it that leads me to believe that you are very bitter! I've been in the market since November 1966 and WLGC is only the second penny stock that I've invested in with a company by the name of Waverider being the first that went completely belly up and I lost my entire investment. Maybe just lucky but if you have read my previous posts here I did make a nice return on my WLGC investments from 2004 to 2007/2008. I currently don't have near the number of shares of WLGC that I once had and I don't have a large unrealized loss in WLGC so I will just ride with what I currently have and see if there is any company out here that may be interested in "Reach" or "iknowu." If you are real bitter like I suspect that you are, my hope is that you will find peace and comfort. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Company director leaving immediately not a good sign! I still have my PHOT shares and I will not sell at these levels and I will watch it go to ZERO first. Not selling but I will also not buy one more share.
Tounces, DrContango, Provest, and marc1958:
For obvious reasons I can't argue ( Debate ) the opinions that y'all have posted regarding WLGC. Like I have posted, I have been in this stock since 2004 and never totally out even after I sold 120,000 shares in 2007 and 2008 for $90,000.00 long term capital gains that helped us pay cash for our retirement home that we closed escrow on May 31, 2008. Not too long ago one gentleman on this forum that is a good friend and a Navy Shipmate flew down from CO to stay with us here in SC for a few days. I must agree with y'all that Frank can be real discouraging and I have become discouraged in how he is and has managed the company. With that being said my son is a manager in the computer industry and has been a computer tech for 23 years and he really likes WLGC's "Reach" and "iknowyou" software and has told me that to the best of his knowledge there is nothing like this software available. He was so impressed with "Reach" that he recently bought a significant amount of shares in WLGC. For sure I don't intend to purchase any more shares of WLGC and I will be content to just sit on what I have and hope that something pops with there "Reach" and "iknowyou" software. I am aware of the $5 million that WLGC received but I don't believe that this settlement protected all of the companies that are infringing on WLGC intellectual property rights. I wish y'all the best for profitable investments in 2014. Sincerely, Senior Chief
Increased my position by 50% today at a share below $2.65 per share.
DrContango: I hear what you are saying, however, I'm impressed with Reach and iknowu plus it is my understanding that the $5 million that you refer to was not a forever settlement for all patents for all companies that are infringing. Yep I have some problems with Frank but I think there can still be some potential for the company. May I ask and obviously you don't have to answer, do you still own any stock in the company?
Tounces: Pathetic is right! I have been thinking about this since I saw it. I will be checking with WLGC investors that I have know for a long long time and unless someone that I trust tells me that the company did not pay for this to be posted I'm going to seriously reevaluate my investment in WLGC and how many shares that I own and consider reducing my position! Here we have a company with knock your socks off patents, just about everyone is in WLGC space and infringing on their patents including some very large companies, and the stock pps flounders and flounders! If you are reading this Frank I started purchasing WLGC stock in 2004 and I researched my past positions in WLGC and I find that I had 120,000 shares at one time and I still have shares today. I have never been totally out of the the stock since 2004. Yes Frank I would say that I'm a loyal stockholder! I even purchased several your product (five licenses if I remember correctly) for the company that I worked for as the VP of Operations for my administrative employees to use and I did this to save the employees time, that you product did do, and to also support WLGC, how much more loyal of a stockholder can you ask for Frank! Someone posted here that it is not prudent to file litigation against companies that are infringing upon patents because WLGC may get a licensing agreement with said companies which is understandable, but heck Frank how much time are you going to let pass by before you start enforcing the intellectual property rights that the company has? Like I have said before Frank, you could get the financial resources to go after at least one infringing company if you offer the financial backer(s) 75 to 80 percent of any infringement award which is better than just letting the company flounder year after year after year. Come on Frank, seriously think about where you are leading this company and if something significant does not happen in the next 6 months consider some different avenues because having knock your socks off patents are useless if you are not going to enforcement them! Sincerely, Senior Chief
I bought for the same reason. Please post if you are able to find the true number of O/S.
Hi Tounces: Compensated Awareness Posts, geeeezzzzzz does that ever send a bad message that things are not going well at WLGC if they have to pay someone to come on here and post such things. Shocks me that Frank would do such a thing! I hope that you are doing well!
That would really be wonderful and would also be prayers answered.
grorate25: Some photos of the current employees, corporate offices, and product distribution facilities would be a positive. The packaging that I have seen of their products MCIG/VCIG is really impressive IMHO and displays that the company executives did an excellent job in not only designing the actual product but also the packaging!
lesgetrich: You are right, however, I have know businessmen over the years that when they had a cash flow problem they took the Purchase Order to their bank and the bank lent them 70 percent of the total amount in a short term business loan. I can see that this may repeat may be possible for MCIG if by change they would get a large retail purchase order and have a short term cash problem.
ProCannabis: If I may respectfully state my position just to be clear. I am not anti-MCIG and I have just made some recent critical ( critical maybe too strong of a word and questioning is a better word ) their slow delivery of product and lack of communications to some customers. My statement about when the pps falls to some levels that some shareholders will in fact sell which just puts further pressure on the pps. I believe eventually marijuana use will be legal in all states in the U.S. I won't be around to see it but it will happen. In another post I think It was you that said that MCIG is a multiyear investment and I think you said 1 to 2 years and longer. Personally 1 year maybe 18 months would be fine with me if I could see MCIG pps hit $1.52 because I have so many medical problems caused by my exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam I don't have much more that 18 months left, maybe not that much, and my investments in all of my eleven different equities including MCIG are just for my heirs anyway. This is all fine with me because I'm ready for Jesus to call me home and I have been ready for sometime now since my February 2013 cancer surgery. If marijuana was not illegal in my State ( South Carolina ) I sure would use it or at least try it to see if it would eliminate or at least reduce the daily pain that I've had since June 2005. I just will not try it because I absolutely will not break the laws. My very best regards to you "ProCannabis" and my hope that MCIG will be very profitable for all of us investors in the company. Sincerely, Senior Chief
I sure hope the red is over soon!
A point in time will come when a percentage of the stockholders will just say the heck with it and sell their shares because of the continuing drops resulting in more downside and more pressure on the stock.....this may have already happened. When this percentage of stockholders are done selling the pressure will ease up. I'm hoping this has already happened!
mrgreenjeans: I'm trying to hang in there. Thanks for your concern.
ProCannabis: Understand.
ProCannabis: I'm not advocating that there is a better play, just saying get your supply chain fixed and better communications with your customers.
MD-420: Yep Customer Service.
MD-420: Yep and in the short term I will give the company the benefit of the doubt that very soon posts about product delivery delays will disappear. If one of the posters here is correct that the company reads this board there has been enough said about this issue with sound answers to fix the delivery problem that it should be corrected soon.
hobowilly: Right On! If they are having trouble shipping orders in a timely manner now they should not be getting any celebrity to increase sales that they can't fill. Get the supply chain fixed first then promote the product!
Privileged: A logical thought process.
JimmyG1: I'm 30 percent invested in stocks and 70 percent in cash and don't want to invest much more right now due to economy and world events.
AllBus: I can't comment on the advancement process in the military today but hearing about people being discharged with 12 to 17 years of service does not sound good. I retired in 1981. I was in for a little over 20 years and I made Chief E-7 in 8 years and made Senior Chief E-8 in 15 years.
hobowilly: yep I hear ya!
Dr PeteRose MLB: I don't know what percentage of the orders are having such problems but as you clearly demonstrated in your post it does not take many for the company to lose orders/business and they have already lost a 100 unit order from that friend of yours! IMHO the company should not even consider doing any advertising/celebrities endorsements until they get their products adequately stocked in their warehouse. My last employment I was the VP of Operations for a Resort that included a Restaurant, General Store, Bait and Tackle Shop, Marine Repair Shop, Vehicle/Watercraft Gasoline stations etc. so I'm well aware of Customer Service and how important it is! Have a great day Dr. Sincerely, Senior Chief
hobowilly: I sure do join you in your post and your feelings! Sincerely, Senior Chief
JimmyG1: Judging from your post, you can count me as a committee of One here that has not made any money on MCIG and my average price per share is $0.6201. Bought my first shares 3/24/2014 at $0.80 per share and have been buying, and buying, and buying on the drops! I am positive on the future for the company (short and intermediate term future because I will not be around for any long term future) or I would sell my shares and take the maximum $3,000.00 Capital Loss on 2014 taxes and carry over the remainder of the loss. I don't know when the company next quarterly financial report is due to be reported, I read once but can't remember now, I sure hope their sales are excellent with a nice profit to the bottom line! Sincerely, Senior Chief
marc 1958: Agree! Frank, this company is not going anywhere without revenues! More patents, more software, more software improvements are useless without sales!
thnikkamax: Customer Service is Number 1 for a well managed company because it is the customer that pays the employee wages and results in increases in company pps. I do hold stock in this company and I don't intend to sell in the near term but posts like this clearly indicate a lack of customer service and a lack of on-hand product that does concern me and is an indicator of poor management! Sincerely, Senior Chief
Let-it-rise: I agree with Gottahavfaith reply to your post that NVLX Cell-in-a-box is not a drug in the context of the article but a method of delivering the treatment medication so although the article was very informative, and I'm glad you posted it for us to review, it does not apply to NVLX. I do own stock in NVLX and I found the company by doing my DD on marijuana stocks to purchase. The more I researched NVLX prior to purchasing any shares the more I liked the Biotech aspect of the company over any marijuana prospects for company success. I also believe that their cell-in-a-box treatment is a very risky investment on that basis but if successful I can see where the profits to the investors in NVLX will exceed our most far reaching profits expectations which is why I decided to make NVLX stock 1.42 percent of my stock portfolio. I'm currently 29 percent in stocks and 71 percent in cash because of this risky market, current economic conditions, and disturbing worldwide events. Sincerely, Senior Chief
