Dr PeteRose MLB: I don't know what percentage of the orders are having such problems but as you clearly demonstrated in your post it does not take many for the company to lose orders/business and they have already lost a 100 unit order from that friend of yours! IMHO the company should not even consider doing any advertising/celebrities endorsements until they get their products adequately stocked in their warehouse. My last employment I was the VP of Operations for a Resort that included a Restaurant, General Store, Bait and Tackle Shop, Marine Repair Shop, Vehicle/Watercraft Gasoline stations etc. so I'm well aware of Customer Service and how important it is!
