thnikkamax: Customer Service is Number 1 for a well managed company because it is the customer that pays the employee wages and results in increases in company pps. I do hold stock in this company and I don't intend to sell in the near term but posts like this clearly indicate a lack of customer service and a lack of on-hand product that does concern me and is an indicator of poor management!
