Vix is reaching for that high of the day.
Finally seeing a little bit of movement here.
Ok so,
Has the company established a date for these commons to be canceled or just 'soon'?
Slow and steady wins the race.
That does not mean that the common are canceled. Cancelation comes from a court approved restructure plan. Of which is in development.
This just states that the 'funds from liquidation is assets' are not ample enough for a distribution to shareholders as there are other debts. Relax.
They grabbed a partnership with roundy's supermarket: a regional super. But since September, no new information. Low volume on the OTC equals lower share prices.
I would expect, from a bake shop, that the holidays are a solid boost for sales. Enough to allow for further partnering or sellout
There is no August release.
Wait until entire homes go off the grid and run on fuel cell energy.
OTC is dangerous!
Seriously. No grammar = no credibility.
Oh please
Right, it just depends on what those secrets are and how much of an impact that may be to Apple.... If they can mitigate or not. We will see.
Not necessarily, simple cost-volume-profit-analysis dictates Apple should continue to outsource. By in-sourcing (buying GTAT), the manufacturing costs become fixed costs and reduces the contribution margin income and reduces the margin of safety for profitability: Angering Carl Ichan. My bet is Apple will continue to outsource and find a new supplier. GTAT will have to find a new apple.
On Track Innovations and ABnote have launched a 'major' NFC mobile electronic payment trial with financial institution
8:35 AM ET, 09/23/2014 - Briefing.com
The pilot program pairs oti's WAVE device with ABnote's secure provisioning and mobile wallet, and represents the first NFC deployment under a business and technical collaboration the companies formed last year. The WAVE has received certification from major payment companies, including Visa (V) and MasterCard (MA). ABnote's mobile solution is managed by its MasterCard- and Visa-certified Trusted Service Manager.
Ok.
You have the established the "who" and the "what", however no "why" or "how". Thank you for wasting all of our time.
0.0001
What's wrong with you?
No, neither. Most received about 1oo- 5oo shares in the spin. Securities registration states only 2,200,000 million available to trade. Don't be surprised if it slides up to $10 as people establish positions.
Supply and demand.
I think this will settle somewhere between .78 and .83 cents until there are new developments that drive the price one way or another.
Whenever they file with the sec.
Technically they are opportunity cost shares.
Will you pay 6 today?
Gold moving up
Let's see a move to $3 today!
I think we may need to wait for the company to make the next months options purchases before this price jumps any. Sheesh.
I'm amazed at how well this is holding above 1.00 after that sprint
Wish ISR would do this...
Hell no
Something's going on here. Big.
Absolutely, at least 20 cents worth
Yeah this is a disgruntled former CEO dumping shares.
460,000 on the bid at $1.02 and 525,000 on the ask at $1.03. Someone wanted a bunch... Something is up, this goes much higher than $1.20. Dare I even say $1.70? That was the last time there was significant daily volume-over 25mill.
Going to have to wait on the earning release Thursday. That should shake things up - good or bad...
See if it holds through tomorrow.
You won't find a controlled substance without FDA approval. Advil is a drug, vitamin supplements are drugs. They are not controlled though. Big difference. I don't think the FDA would every approve of an inhaled substance - like cigs come with a warning - nor do I think the FDA or FTC would approve without potency issues resolved. It is similar to if Toyota we're to keep selling cars with sticky gas pedals. NTSB would revoke certification.
Yes there is. FDA and FTC have requirements on all drugs and food. That is why CO is addressing a dosage issue. That is why many pot shops have been raided and shut down in CO.
Wait, they never announced it?
I hear ya
