End of hurricane season is "officially" November 30. However I heard at least one expert say "could be well into january" based on the major changes now induced by serious planet warming.
Wow, that is really poor...
Nope, they have been selling big into large runs, and we haven't seen one in a good long while now...
Please post URLs. Always.
Even more important when something needs to be tracked often.
Hope you're right TR. Actually I'm kinda secretly hoping that the merging co's lawyer will be at hand. Not holding my breath though.
One of the possibilities BTW for the merging co would have been that pipeline co but they are already listed... and look to be in far better shape. I can't see what they possibly would get out of ARETE... am I missing something totally obvious, tree/forest kinda thang?
TR one quick thought. FWIW this has to be one of the most confusing Qs I have ever seen (opinion shared by investors whom I consider far more expereinced than I am.)
Dunno if that was intentional or plain incompetent, but we better hope that they have a qualified laywer to represent them at the SEC meeting because THAT kind of stuff won't fly with the feds.
Not quite Todd. So far as I know National Storm subs operate in FL, MD and VA, three states that may not get the major-disaster-type-headlines but WILL sustain significant damage this time. As a result NSMG should get quite a bit of new business.
Roofing-wise, one only needs to take a look at the CRAP almost all new homes are covered with, and that includes mac mansions and mil-dollar homes. Heck, the vast majority of them do NOT even have the basic, clever and cheap hurricane-type-strapping ties that I understand HFH uses on all their FL homes.
That's one of the reasons I own this stock.
Only happens about two thousand times a day LOL.
Your condescension adds NOTHING to this board.
Nor do your constantly flip-flopping, bipolar-like posts.
Nor do the attacks and insults that have been nauseating many of your posts.
None of the above is appreciated here at IHUB, not to mention that much of it could get you TOS'd.
This is a reply I could have sent to litterally hundreds of your posts.
The font on Roc's site is legible and internet-friendly, unlike the company's site.
Thanks for sharing.
NSMG, hurricane ERNESTO, 2 great links:
At-a-glance view of hurricane's path:

Quick NOA summary in plain English:

Sure wouldn't want to try and buy NSMG on Monday.
Actually Tropical Depression FIVE could already be smack dab in the middle of the GOM by Wednesday night. Those waters are awfully hot, the chances that it weakens are very low...
See for yourself:
http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/refresh/graphics_at5+shtml/025435.shtml?5day
NSMG alert. Possible hurricane already all over main media.
"An upgrade to tropical storm status (named Ernesto) could occur at any time. The Air Force Hurricane Hunter Aircraft is scheduled to investigate the system this afternoon.
For now, it appears the widespread squally weather will remain south of the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico, but a few showers and thunderstorms on the outer fringes cannot be ruled out. While a westward movement still continues, the system is forecast to make a turn more toward the west-northwest within the next three days, approaching Jamaica. Environmental conditions are forecast to become more supportive for continued development, and a track threatening the Gulf of Mexico by early next week is possible. For now, interests along the Gulf coast states should simply monitor and be aware of the system.
This stock moves very easily on small volume, NOW is the time to load up, next week will prob be too late!
So do I... It's a scheme I've never liked but we got to live with it.
I had posted that August would be crappy for RMDG, it has been.
But IF Costonis is speaking the truth (unlike back in May) then we may be ramping up towards being a REAL company with true leadership in the industry, and a very bright future.
September/October will tell, either way. Watch the next few big runs. If we establish a new higher base, especially above a penny, all should be good. If we don't and we plummet back down to .001, you'll know...
David if it's just a negotiation tactic type of thing, no problem. IF it's bad faith and/or ill-feelings with Pasta then IVFH could be in for a long and costly legal battle to get their money back.
FWIW I do like the "record revenues " but I do NOT like that they are doing 90% of their business with one entity, even if that's been going well. Diversifying should be an absolute priority for the new CEO. They have the right idea as far as the CEO's forte is concerned, problem is these chefs are probably too busy to have time to SERIOUSLY look for a CEO...
I think much more patience will be needed here and unless they renew the US Foods deal early and PR it we have a good chance to get down to low-penny or sub-penny in September. Time will tell.
Oh, also, what happened to the Disney deals? Gone and dead or still in the works, do you know by any chance?
ARET would "get" about 4 miles of pipes out of PRB's existing 200 miles...
Huh?

Huh?
Can you clarify Party?
is Devries behind that spam fax crap?
Very sensible post.
Why not setting a very high GTC sell order for all your shares and move it up as the pps moves up if you are long? That's what I do with any stock which I have reasons to believe is shorted.
Simpler, isn't it?
That would be awfully nice as we really nee to be done with this, but I'd give it another couple weeks methinks.
Kuoi... I think it's fair to say that the vast majority of investors have made this mistake ("all eggs in one basket") at least once.
A couple more things I'd love for you to understand:
- Most chefs work an insane schedule. I'm not a chef but I've worked 70-90 hours a week, 7 days a week, for years on end in executive positions. I also have traveled a lot and I know it's hard for people in Europe to relate to this when the norm there is a 35-40 hours work week. Believe me, unless one is the CEO-scammer-type (there are plenty out there but I have NO reason to believe that it is the case with IVFH) there is NO time to really deal with other things, such as "what the stock is doing" especially when the business is alive and kicking, as is the case here. As an investor I don't like to see this, but I do understand it.
- August is a very slow month for ALL stocks. Yes, CEOs and upper-management go on vacation. Yes, they are human too. Many companies simply decide not to work on deals or release anything (aside from obligatory filings) until well after Labor Day, which here in the U.S. is a HUGE "barrier" from a psychological point of view.
Now, mon ami... don't go and do something stupid based on some deadline/schedule which YOU think the company should adhere to! Remember there are friends and family who love you, and I'm sure you love them, and THAT is more important than any money loss in the world. Remember also that at this point you are looking at a PAPER LOSS. Things do turn on a dime with pinkies and OTCBB, so if this happens, sell (even at a reasonable loss) and re-invest your capital in 5-10 stocks. You can then re-build from there.
Take care, and cheer up!
Irsih, couldn't agree more, I have wondered about this myself so many times! Seen so many companies fail as a result!
Welcome to Utterly Stupid America, land of the Big Dream LOL.
Nope, the idiot does this all the time, for no reason. This kind of childish stuff brings absolutely nothing to any board, especially when it's NOT related to anything concrete whatsoever.
One too many times for me...
luftbalons2000 on IGGY.
Nice. Thanks GZFX4ME.
Good point Eye... That might explain why my Scottrade acct had the change immediately instead of the usual, ridiculous multi-day wait.
I wasn't aware that Nas could "force" brokers to do such real-time changes though. And I still don't see anyhting official from them, am I missing it somehow? Hmmm.
Agreed hog. Anyone seen anything official from co?
Huh?!
Care to re-phrase?
deleted, wrong info, sorry!
No, Lucy flew right out to their CEO's office window and flapped her wings (she does wing... wing.. for wink... wink... of course) and asked the question FLAT OUT. He winked back....
It's Lucy IN THE SKY, remember...
I will second that Your Gambleness. Allinone, please keep posting and sharing, ignore arrogant and childish attitudes or if these people really bother you, do as I do, simply put them on iggy.
ARET, merger news leaked? up 75%, good volume, all out of the blue... Looks like this could be it this time.
Thanks Lucy, much appreciated.
Agreed 200% SoftParade.
I have been in this stock FAR longer than 6/20/2006, when you stated you got in. If you had bothered to read you would have noticed I stated being LONG. But you can't bother, can you?
Wow, how this board has changed...
Too bad.
The operative word is "services," it means little and probably can't be independently verified.
As my grandma says, we NEED MORE MEAT.
Long on this one but I don't believe this for a minute. I think you fell for the clever wording which was intended to make people think their SHARE of the national market is 14%. West Bend is a very small insurer compared to the big dogs, so their claim (pun intended) would seem to be a long shot, at best.
ATWT will drift way back down if don't get PRs on developments that can be verified and aren't fluff.
Thanks for sharing bone.... I'll second CorvetteMark's comment as well.
Chip, that would be very nice but it looks very much like THEY are in control, as they (almost) always are.
Let us not confuse wishful thinking and reality, this is the pinkies, and SLJB nees to get out of those ASAP if the company truly wants their war plan to work...
Art BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR ARUBA, be sure to set your sell order at .0014, RMDG just might explode... you don't want to miss that sale!
