Hope you're right TR. Actually I'm kinda secretly hoping that the merging co's lawyer will be at hand. Not holding my breath though.

One of the possibilities BTW for the merging co would have been that pipeline co but they are already listed... and look to be in far better shape. I can't see what they possibly would get out of ARETE... am I missing something totally obvious, tree/forest kinda thang?
