TR one quick thought. FWIW this has to be one of the most confusing Qs I have ever seen (opinion shared by investors whom I consider far more expereinced than I am.)

Dunno if that was intentional or plain incompetent, but we better hope that they have a qualified laywer to represent them at the SEC meeting because THAT kind of stuff won't fly with the feds.
