lolol...insignificant in every way...that's why you're trying to marginalize the points I make...which aren't predictive...they're facts in bmgp's past...
I don't care about last week...two years ago? Yeah...I care about that.
again one had served prison time for criminal securities fraud PRIOR to being hired and the other was involved in a +$100M scheme to defraud hundreds if not thousands of persons....
Nothing has changed on my 'story'....and it isn't my story...it's the persons bmgp 'hired' via issuance of shares....
One had LONG SINCE been convicted...jeffery stone...in fact he had served one year on a three year sentence before being hired if my memory serves...
As for lloyd dohner it is a true statement that he was not yet convicted when....hired....yet he was indeed a felon and the investigation was in full swing at the time of his 'hiring'.....the company he had helped to steal over $100MM from had long since filed bankruptcy and asked for help from federal investigators by the time dohner was 'hired' by bmgp....

And it's so much easier to dump millions of shares in a pumped dumped pinky than it is to dump thousands in a pumped dumped $4-$16 stock...???
Is that what you're saying?
Even higher meaning 1/3rd of a penny?
No..that won't bother me.
You can imagine anything you want...I couldn't get more bitter than I already am...and I don't begrudge anyone an honest dollar.
Yeah..I sold at much higher prices and a return to those prices would require at least 2000% from the present level.
A few days ago pps hit .ooo7...I don't think it'll ever hold a penny ever again although pumpers/manipulators may work it up there....
But that's a big maybe and a long way from the current bird dropping sized pps and market value.
Shares issued to convicted felons?
And not just any ol' felons...securities violations and stock fraud type felons...one whose co-conspirator testified in court that he ran what they called 'the program' and claimed to have >1000 people in the USA and abroad in his network to pump the message boards and provide trading volume to engender an appearance of legitimate demand and volume? millions of bucks fleeced they from people....
Or how about the guy the SEC refers to as 'recidivist offender' and 'felon' who refused to pay fines disgorgement and interest in an SEC Admin Proceeding...he just up and moved his operation (and person) to Japan....said 'we did nothing wrong' in reference to the litigation? more millions fleeced and less than zero remorse....
That's fact, not bashing.....
BMGP..promotion/pump dump underway...
Chintzy obscure non-producing chinese deals...
Wakabayashi Fund issued shares in 2011...
Lloyd Dohner issued shares in 2011..
Magna Fund LLC issued shares in 2011...

"Shareholder value" important to CEO?
It's a no-value dump'n for dollars shell with an unknown SS which is associated/has associated with at least two convicted stock fraud felons and has a dismal record of ever following through on any guidance or stated goal.
6.5MM shares total now? or did you mean you would buy 2MM twice making for 8.5MM?
This one is particularly odious...
They sold some shares for the next stage in their 12-Jul-12 08:59 am deal. We should see something surfacing now. They weren't filing on time just for something to do. They created some very low priced shares. With some money in hand, and current filings, this will start to become what it once was. I have called, and others have called. So let anyone say whatever they want on here. If you talk to them and ask about the business, you will see what's negative on here isn't all it seems with them. They too, know this is going to recover on their efforts. Don't buy or sell on anything in this post. But many bought up those shares the last two days.
Soon, Vmax and Tempe wont be the only daily posters.

It seems I sense a 'barometric pressure' shift on your part...or maybe not?
A 'stop-frame' in the stampede for the door? I'm not so sure I go for dilution as a sole culprit here...even the readily manipulated mfi money flow index chart has shown a change of character in these past few high volume days...
'Texas' connections rising in prevalence per suspensions/admin/litigation etc?
Seems to me that more and more of these types of things come out of Humble, Houston, Spring, The Woodlands, Austin Texas and others these days....
I've always 'publicly confirmed it'...that I lost a chunk o' change here...your statements as to my motivation for posting are at best speculative.....
As for the volume lately?...it <could> be someone 'wanting out'...that would be an intelligent person...but it's more likely dilution...
A yahoo poster stated that she had spoken to paul and that there were 12 million dilutive shares on the way...
Of course, years back, when money was pouring in with pps over ten cents not enough seemed to find it's way to development of the IOBS...and then the chinese junk came along and pps went south. Shareholder value, alright.
I was taken in by the pump...I've never tried to hide that.
that's truly sad...pps of .oo3 is a triple from here...
and you think it's great...
I sold x .o6 and .o3 for a heavy loss...
Guess that's what I get for drinking the kool-aid...
I didn't think they would use Los Alamos National Security/Laboratory to dump shares...
Call me stupid for that...I do.
Ah! Consultants? Investment Banking Services providers? Investor Relations? Public Awareness promoters?
Lots of pie lovers to be sure.
By 'both sides' I assume you mean to say that 'shorts' are playing it too?
I don't know...I'm not a 'playah'...but I do read and this guy 'BigBake1' has had a lot to say about...here's just a short post...

Re: A deleted message Post # of 28352
Shorts? There are no retail shorts playing penny stocks, the day that people research each broker and figure out that all retail brokers have minimum a PPS of $3 to $4 and or ridiculous margin per share ($2.50 per share) the myth can be erased. Further, quoting the Daily Reg Sho as an actual short position report is purely out of ignorance, as that report is based upon settlement rates not positions. Only the naive, novices and spoon fed buy the typical tout line of 80% of today's trading volume was shorts... The true culprit is those spouting shorts and then quoting the Daily Reg Sho as support for their statements, such misleading and in some cases purposely makes it clear who has the agenda for fleecing others.

Solar Firm Matinee Energy is Full of Hot Air
A A A Comments (24) By Ray Stern Thursday, Apr 12 2012
...continued from page 1
No agreement has been made yet to hook up Matinee's potential electricity to existing power lines. The 120-megawatt solar farm site is 10 miles from a transmission line that could carry the power, and the firm hasn't begun the process to construct new power lines. Laying new lines would cost millions of dollars and take years to complete — not exactly a "cost-cutting" plan.
If Matinee were backed by heavyweight investors, its claims would have to be taken seriously.
One of Matinee's websites displays stock photos of solar panels instead of its own alleged projects.
Images from Metroby's website, tout a deal with Matinee Energy, but other alleged partners, including J.P. Morgan, deny involvement.

But Matinee has no visible financial backing and won't talk about what major investors, if any, it has.
Matinee also refused to comment after the company was accused of lying by a major U.S. investment firm.
Ironically, for a company that claims to deal in sunshine, Matinee Energy prefers keeping the public in the dark.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
These are the Wild West days of solar power.
With the public focused on renewable energy to ease the threat of climate change and reduce dependence on foreign oil, generating electricity from sunlight never has been more popular. Governments around the world offer significant financial incentives to solar projects of all kinds, and recent drops in prices for solar panels have helped make the technology more affordable.
The industry is going through a high-tech gold rush, as highly competitive companies jostle to provide a range of services, from residential rooftop structures to large-scale power plants.
Matinee is in the latter category, trying to position itself as a big-time player that will create jobs and bring enough sun-powered energy to power tens of thousands of homes.
Clearly, the firm, incorporated in Nevada in 2006, has invested several years and tens — if not hundreds — of thousands of dollars in its Arizona proposals. Dozens of people have been involved in the plans, including — at times — representatives of well-known, reputable firms in the United States and Asia.
But Matinee hides the kind of information that other solar companies brag about. Though its officials claim to have built many solar plants it still owns, little evidence could be found to back up the company's bold claims about its capabilities, experience, and financial stability.
Information in records and from interviews with people familiar with the firm reveal — with a couple of notable exceptions — that Matinee has little hope of pulling off large-scale projects.
In early March, Matinee announced that it had teamed up with another low-profile company, Zentric Inc., to build the Benson solar-panel farm. The joint news release said Matinee had "awarded" Zentric an engineering contract that would have a construction budget of up to $444 million. The first 20-megawatt phase was supposed to be built entirely by Zentric in the next 12 months, with Zentric expecting a payment of $72 million from Matinee.

I also edited it to see if he was just hoping for a trade or if he had some other reason to be long that many shares.

I've posted that info myself on yahoo...
As for calling Clayton Hardman I've done that...he told me...paraphrased...'if I had to do it again I wouldn't have gone the pinksheet route'...or something pretty close to that.
I'm far more concerned with what was provided via company press releases in the past than what I can be told via the telephone in person...and I've said it before but here it is again....
I am not an officer of bmgp...I am not affiliated with them. If reposting past press releases/guidance is bad for 'investors' then 'investors' need to call the company, not me.

Who's dismissing it?...uhm...you are?
oh, so there is pretty much nothing to worry about concerning mdgc. So many said that the 'caveat emptor' would NEVER be removed and they were WRONG
Quote:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Getting rid if the CE is pretty much automatic if you file the right stuff with OTC Markets. Wasn't a surprise. The fins were unaudited and don't get verified by any reg body or OTC Markets themselves
"oh, so there is pretty much nothing to worry about concerning mdgc."....because caveat emptor was removed....is that what you're saying?
As stated ce is a pretty low hurdle...and the fact that it was removed has absolutely no bearing on my sentiment per mdgc...if there were some magic bullet which would attract the attention of sec or other regulatory/enforcement entities I would use it with great liberty and not-quite-reckless abandon.
It happens that I've known of one of the posters with whom you have taken issue for at least a couple of years now and I have been watching mdgc since just after yuan moved along...
I'm glad you're unbiased and neutral and that you lost no money here...as it happens I didn't lose any either but I'm not in the unbiased and neutral camp.....
I'm waiting for 'signs of concern' from sec also...and I suspect the sec corner is not the only potential source of attention here...
JMHO.
It's a fallacy of logic to dismiss all concerns per mdgc due to a single prediction, even by multiple posters, being incorrect.
The CE removal does not remove concerns...it's a pretty easy bar to pass.

you sound like joe noel, wayno..
Joe once (at least) posted in defense of his promoted junk stocks that one 'could have' bought one or the other at some date and turned profit at another....
Never mind that the tout was long term and based on an actual product/technology...not a 'stock trade'...
Any number of persons could have turned a trade on any of joe's chosen pumps...what was touted was long term value...not short term profit taking....
One could say..."it's a pinksheeter..what do you expect?"....and they would be correct...
But the CEO of bmgp touting $1..$1.50..$10 per share in reference to what would be developed via chinese reverse mergers to fund the IOBS development was what most people bought into...including me...and I think I have been victimized by promoters working with broker-dealers and others to relieve me of my cash...
Which is what happened...
I was stupid...no doubt...but I didn't use my training and skills to rip other people off....
It was the Los Alamos National Laboratory/Los Alamos National Security connection which drew me in...sank the hook...
I didn't thihk they would use US Govt technology/CRADA Cooperative Research and Development Agreement to run a pump dump scheme...
I was wrong...imo.
I hope you're right...I've been hoping a long time...
William Yuans tenure needs to be studied for discrepancies also...
Long history here ch...ever heard of netcert?
Netcert evolved into mediag3.
They once shared an office at 2680 bayshore blvd in mountain view ca w/a guy named won-gil choe...one of his schemes was ttcm china.
Norman J. Birmingham was involved w/netcert also. He and Choe were officers of another pump dump outfit named ISE Blu Equity ISBL...a guy named Rick Papaleo was in on that one as well.
MDGC has long been used as a pump dump scheme...I'd like to see past participants taken down as well as present but that ain't gonna happen....the crooks have long overwhelmed the enforcement/regulatory entities ability to keep them in check.
