Although the countdown is entertaining and continues everyday, the auditors will release them when they are 100% ready and not by any deadline. Shareholders would prefer they take their time to make sure they are 100% accurate. It has been confirmed the auditors have all the information they need and have been paid. It's just a matter of time now.
If the reliable source said two weeks initially, I guess it would be some time next week. I highly doubt it will be exactly two weeks though. I'm sure that was an estimate. It could even be sooner.
Yes, they should close the case on Treaty. I expect that will eventually happen. Treaty has, and continues to be cooperative with the SEC.
So by that logic, one could say that since one sub penny stock went to 50 cents, it is possible Treaty could do the same thing.
Yes, the filings will show Treaty continues to cooperate with the SEC and will give the SEC reason to drop Treaty from the complaint and deal with the Fab 18 individually.
Treaty is cooperating with the SEC according to Jennifer Brandt. It's common sense except in the ridiculous zone. Just read between the highlighted lines (which used to be highlighted).
"Which all parties now possess" was not highlighted this time, but that does not take away the fact that it exists and Treaty is cooperating with the SEC according to Jennifer Brandt. It just took some time since the time period the SEC investigated was before Chris was CEO. The same for the filings and now the auditors have all the information they need. The filings will soon be complete and Treaty will be back on the OTC.
Thank you for pointing out that Treaty is cooperating with the SEC. There were documents that Treaty failed to produce during the investigation, but now all parties possess. Once Treaty has their filings up to date, the SEC will likely remove Treaty from the complaint and deal with the Fab 14 separately. Very good news. Thanks again for your DD.

Well I guess there's no need for a trial in January 2017! The outcome has already been decided! LOL!
Yes, 386 shares traded is a real indication of market trend.
Yes, yes, yes!
The temporary suspension was over on January 6.
Between now and January 2017, there is plenty of time for discovery. The SEC will also have to provide many documents to Treaty.
That's referring to change of venue.
It was posted here.
No, it is not confidential. It is public record.

No, the BOD meetings were produced during the investigation. Other documents have been produced since.
This whole document was a response to the defendants' request for change of venue. It does state that Treaty failed to produce documents during the investigation, but all parties possess them now. I can see why there was difficulty for Chris to provide documents for the previous management. Same way with the auditors. Information was needed from previous management, but the auditors now have what they need.
What's the date of this highlighted document?
Treaty's portion dismissed because the entire complaint was based on previous management.
Treaty has no where to go but up!
Quote " Generally, when an auditor is privately employed by a company they should not discuss anything related to that audit with any outside party. Auditors work under strict standards of ethic and rules that govern every aspect of their work. They should not disclose to a third party that they are performing an independent audit for the ABC Company. The client has the right to expect confidentiality on that level and that confidentiality would likely be set forth in the letter of engagement and/or contract."
Who cares about the rear view mirror, the FORMER officers have civil complaints filed against them, NOT the current officers... Charges against Treaty Energy will be at some point dismissed... The current officers and BOD have no connection to those with civil complaints. There has been no communication since last October... The longs are elated, everything looks great from the windshield prospective...
I would be happy to share it with any interested shareholders.
That's hearsay from an anonymous source. Proper DD will confirm the auditors do have what they need and are working on the filings. It's really not that hard to confirm this.
With the proper DD, my statement would be easily verified.
Where are the facts that prove the financials are not being worked on? Nothing but hearsay & speculation, because in fact, they are being worked on.
Hearsay & speculation don't change the fact that the auditors have the information and payment they need to complete the filings. The filings are in the process of being completed.
That's already been reported.
And they have been working diligently to get the filings complete.
Speculation that Treaty will not file delinquent filings does not change the fact that they are being worked on as we speak.
That simply is not the case. The auditors have everything they need now.
When benz posted the auditors had what they needed, I did my own DD and it was verified.
Fact is, the auditors now have everything they need.
That's been answered. They have the information and have been paid. Will take about two more weeks to complete.
I figured the story about the auditors revealing information was all bullshit. Below is part of the carefully worded post that talks about the auditors. "It looks like" and "Seems" really mean speculation. It never says the auditors revealed anything, just that they were called. Since then it's been reported the auditors have everything they need and should only take about two more weeks.
"1) It looks like the audit is going to be awhile. Seems Treaty has not even given the auditor the documents to complete the audit. After the receipt of the documents, it should only take about 4 weeks to complete. Of course, that is after delivery of the information to the auditor.... And yes - I called the auditor to get the story. Due diligence."
The SEC likes Treaty's chances? I guess that's why they have been offering deals.

Yes, and if she is their big pitcher, I like Treaty's chances.
There's already been enough speculation about that. The auditors know, but they won't tell anyone but Treaty. When they are filed, everyone will find out shortly after.
