Thank you for pointing out that Treaty is cooperating with the SEC. There were documents that Treaty failed to produce during the investigation, but now all parties possess. Once Treaty has their filings up to date, the SEC will likely remove Treaty from the complaint and deal with the Fab 14 separately. Very good news. Thanks again for your DD.
