This whole document was a response to the defendants' request for change of venue. It does state that Treaty failed to produce documents during the investigation, but all parties possess them now. I can see why there was difficulty for Chris to provide documents for the previous management. Same way with the auditors. Information was needed from previous management, but the auditors now have what they need.
