Lets get motivated up in here, CNOZ needs to put this product where the nightlife is in NY, MIA, and LA.. people coming out the club wasted will LOVE this product
I got 5 bucks back after they took 10 from the trade.. no they didn't do me a favor.. and I didn't ask for a transfer out to TDA, I requested it from TDA side (and that disclaimer has a box to check if I want assets liquidated and the account closed) , I just wanted all my WHOLE shares over.
I guess your right in the end I will most likely be SOL with them, because all these brokers do whatever the hell they want.
Anyone here know SEC rules behind sale of securities? I tried to transfer my HHGI stock and they sold it without my consent, I have been fighting with ING to get the paper shares instead they sold off my stake at .0001
(If someone can PM me if there is something I can do through the SEC to get these guys punished for this?)
this is the email they sent me:
From ShareBuilder Customer Service
Hi Moises,
Per our conversation, I am writing this email to give you an update on your account and that the HHGI security was returned by Ameritrade. It was sold to finish the transfer out request.
Additional Questions? I bet one of our helpful associates will be standing by with an answer.
You’ll also find a wealth of information (about this and many other issues) in the ShareBuilder Help Center: http://www.sharebuilder.com/sharebuilder/Help/Default.aspx

positive energy bro.. CNOZ will run.. just needs a little boost
btw they do have a massive inventory of cones and equipment.. its just via Kono Pizza whom they have a 25 year contract with. They have probably been trying to go around using Kono's distribution/equipment/etc.. but that doesn't seem to be working out.
Kono (not CNOZ) has stores all over the world EXCEPT the U.S.
http://www.konopizza.it/eng/home.html
25 year exclusive? (as per 10q) distribution of that product in the U.S. = $$$ because it is an internationally recognized product at this point, and poised to expand..
Something has got to give.. either Kono sues Cono or Cono begins rolling out U.S. shops in greater numbers (I would be pissed if I was Kono SRL and this U.S. company I sold rights to hadn't really moved my product)
all imo do the DD on Kono pizza and Cono Italiano that is where the meat in this story is
i'll have what your having $CNOZ lol
what *could* be the future of CNOZ in the U.S.
http://www.konopizza.it/eng/brochure_Konopizza_2011.pdf
to all those who feel bad about being stuckholders (I am a three time.. .21, .17, and .06) don't .. like I posted before, at the very least they are worth whatever the exclusive rights to this is:
http://www.konopizza.it/eng/konopizza.html
and that I can tell is not a scam company.. so for what its worth, a 25 year license to sell those precise cones which are recognized "worldwide" should be worth something.
problem I see here is a complete fail at the management level.. they need to do something or sell that contract to some entity that can.
btw notice that Kono Pizza has no shops anywhere in U.S. but a boatload of locations around the world.. which leads me to believe that CNOZ should have exclusive rights to their product (which from the website looks pretty hot overseas). If nothing else, CNOZ is worth money back to KP SRL simply because they are gonna delay U.S. expansion for 25 years..
now ask yourself how much is the U.S. expansion for this clearly popular product worth?
disc: pure speculation, all imo.. just doing some dd you should too
Interesting part of CNOZ financials:
In March 2006 Cono Italiano LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company, entered into an agreement with Kono Italia S.R. L., an Italian company doing business as “Pizza Hands.” Kono Italia S.R.L owns the designs, recipes and technology for the “Pizza Cono,” a food product for quick service restaurants consisting of a cone shaped pizza dough. Cono Italiano (Delaware), as the successor to Cono Italiano, LLC, holds a distribution agreement for North America from Kono Pizza in Italy. This distribution agreement grants the licensee an exclusive license to exploit this product in the United States, Canada and Mexico for a twenty-five (25) year term. The product is patented in the United States and Europe as is the cone production machine which is proprietary.
Now check out http://www.konopizza.it/eng/company.html
same company.. look at the equipment/franchise models ready to role out.. if CNOZ does have a 25 year deal with Kono Italia S.R.L then CNOZ might be in good shape.
+ they fired Masselli in January which means they have probably been getting down to REAL business lately.. probably as a result of Kono Italia's recent developments
disc:
all speculation, and all imo.. do your own dd etc
keep trying bro, your CNOZ bashing isn't going to bring that price lower for you to cover.. I would cover now before you end up squeeeeeezed

$CNOZ
btw guys CNOZ can go north easily, as soon as I put in my order it shot up -I think there can be a nice short squeeze if we get more buyers in at these levels.
I am just very happy my funds cleared today and I was able to average down.. I got caught at .21 =(
avg down now peeps..
Here is what I think of anyone shorting CNOZ..
CNOZ Shorters only
One more thing, what I find hilarious is that some fake lithium land claim is worth more than an innovative food product.
and hopefully aftermarket or premarket CNOZ news to stifle Freaky Friday
gogogo green close CNOZ

$CNOZ Cono Italiano Pizza Cones -- Taste Test

First there was Crispycones, than K! Pizzacones in New York City and now Cono Italiano brings us the next innovation in the pizza cone craze. Earlier this week, Cono Italiano stopped by the Slashfood offices for a taste test of their original, meatball parm, taco and breakfast pizza cone varieties.
Cono Italiano started in Europe in 2001 and made its way over to the States in 2008. Since that time, the company has been fine tuning the product, getting it ready for mass market. While there are only a handful of locations on the east coast where you can get the pizza cones right now, they'll hopefully be in more stores soon, and as well as stadiums, schools and the frozen food aisle at your local supermarket.
As we wrote several weeks ago, "it blends a lot of what's already out there -- pizza pockets, calzones, all manner of wraps -- into an even more perfect form. If you've ever stood in a crowded New York pizzeria and folded your slice in half for easier eating, you're liable to look at the pizza cone, slap your forehead and go, "D'oh! Why didn't I think of that?"
One cone will run you 220 calories, 4 grams of fat and 350 mg of sodium. Compared to the numerous fast-food items we've eaten, that's nothing. According to Cono Italiano, "The calories per cone are equal to or less than the traditional wrap, with 40% less sodium."
So how do these pizza look-a-likes actually taste?
It was a unanimous vote with the editors here that the meatball parm cone was the winner, followed by the original pizza flavor and taco-style cone. Our Cono Italiano friends said the cones are best heated in an oven, but for the taste test here at the office they used our microwave and zapped them on high for about 1 minute 50 seconds, which created a crispy crust and ultra hot inside. Because of the shape, it's difficult to heat them evenly -- the tip of the cone gets rock hard and brittle by the time the thick part is heated through. We left the last inch-and-a-half of the cone on the plate, but that didn't stop us from eating the rest of it.
The meatballs were reminiscent of something grandma would make, with a robust sauce. While we wouldn't choose the original pizza cone over a slice of classic New York City pizza, we'd happily to pick one up at a stadium and/or the grocery store. The taco-style cone won the hearts of several colleagues with its combination of spiced ground beef, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese.
The only one we'd skip is the breakfast scramble with egg whites, cheese and bacon. The egg whites were rubbery, wet, and bland -- it needed a condiment, salsa or hot sauce.
The best part about this invention is the drip-free cone, making it extremely portable and almost mess-free. We have no doubt that these will fly off the shelves like Hot Pockets did when they first came out in grocery stores.

ConoItaliano Inc. (OTC: CNOZ) shares skyrocketed more than 80% at today’s opening bell on volume of more than 4 million. The trading momentum stems from the company’s recent featuring on FoodNetwork.com and in a recent segment of Unwrapped called “Crazy Containers” by the Food Network.
ConoItaliano is licensed to distribute a food product called the Pizza Cono, which is designed to be a drip free, spill free cone-shaped pizza made of dough and filled with freshly selected ingredients.
Food Network’s Unwrapped show tours factories and other food-related locations to show the behind-the-scenes details of American foods and how they are prepared. The highlight of show is the unique way in which the common foods are showcased. Accordingly, the Pizza Cono, with its innovative composition, was featured on the show.
The producers of Food Network’s Unwrapped program mentioned, “Pizza does not have to be a flat experience and ConoItaliano, Inc. is changing the game by serving it in a delicious, drip-free cone.”
The company also announced its plans to offer the Pizza Cono as a microwavable product, in addition to its existing variations. The company and its licensor are planning to offer each cone in six flavors that can be easily prepared in a new microwaveable box. The ConoItaliano and RJM Foods, a food distributor for ConoItaliano will import the product to sell in the U.S. to convenience stores and supermarkets.
CEO Mitchell Brown sated, “The ability to offer an individual cone in a microwave box will afford ConoItaliano Inc. the opportunity to introduce the product to movie theatres, stadiums and arenas, and other venues with high traffic where food is sold in high volume. We have been in contact and had discussions with some of the largest food franchises in the U.S. who are interested in incorporating Pizza Cono on their everyday menu. It is anticipated that this product will be instrumental in the growth of the company and generate significant revenue in 2011.”

Albemarle to produce lithium carbonate with new discovery
Fri 2:23 pm by Deborah Sterescu
Specialty chemical manufacturer Albemarle Corp (NYSE:ALB) said Friday it has discovered a technology to extract lithium from brine, allowing it to produce lithium carbonate from its Magnolia, Arkansas bromine facility.
Using this new technology and brine from its facility, the Louisiana-based company has already successfully produced lithium carbonate in a lab setting, and is currently operating a pilot plant to optimize the process.
Commercial production could begin as early as 2013, Albermarle said.
The market for lithium chemicals is growing rapidly, expected to reach $1.2 billion globally by 2015, primarily from increased demand for batteries in electrical vehicles.
"Over 70% of the U.S. demand for lithium is currently met by imports," said VP of the company's chemicals division, Sharon McGee.
"There is certainly a need for more domestic production with the growing market demand and Albemarle is encouraged that we will be able to meet that need."
The company's shares rose more than 2% on Friday to trade at $70.35 as of 2:22pmEST.
