Anyone here know SEC rules behind sale of securities? I tried to transfer my HHGI stock and they sold it without my consent, I have been fighting with ING to get the paper shares instead they sold off my stake at .0001

(If someone can PM me if there is something I can do through the SEC to get these guys punished for this?)

this is the email they sent me:

Hi Moises,

Per our conversation, I am writing this email to give you an update on your account and that the HHGI security was returned by Ameritrade. It was sold to finish the transfer out request.

Additional Questions? I bet one of our helpful associates will be standing by with an answer.

You’ll also find a wealth of information (about this and many other issues) in the ShareBuilder Help Center: http://www.sharebuilder.com/sharebuilder/Help/Default.aspx
Sincerely,
Joe Amato
