btw they do have a massive inventory of cones and equipment.. its just via Kono Pizza whom they have a 25 year contract with. They have probably been trying to go around using Kono's distribution/equipment/etc.. but that doesn't seem to be working out.
Kono (not CNOZ) has stores all over the world EXCEPT the U.S.
25 year exclusive? (as per 10q) distribution of that product in the U.S. = $$$ because it is an internationally recognized product at this point, and poised to expand..
Something has got to give.. either Kono sues Cono or Cono begins rolling out U.S. shops in greater numbers (I would be pissed if I was Kono SRL and this U.S. company I sold rights to hadn't really moved my product)
