Dead cats can do more than bounce these days.

Don't forget the Big, Bad SEC...
...as they have also been trumpeted as the bogeyman of impending doom. Despite confirmations from AOAC, NAMSA, USDA, OSI, etc, we are still warned daily that no good can come from MMTC, that yea, all manner of pestilence shall rise upon the land, and hordes of locusts shall descend upon the shareholders, and then frogs, and murderous wildebeests with huge pointed teeth! Run away! Run away!
See you in the winner's circle. Go MMTC!
That listing is from January...
...and MMTC has been off the list for some time now. Nice try.
Yep...
Volume coming in, higher lows all day, someone wants in. I almost bough back my old shares at .0016, but held off, as I already have a serious pile of freebies.
Of course I'm sure someone is willing to tell us why higher lows and increased volume mean the end is near. Wait for it...
"...no thanks we don't need any more money..."
If this is the case, it's a big heads-up to Duchess that they might be smart to hang on to any remaining shares.
There are other changes there as well.
LBSR no longer has a message board on Yahoo, which is unfortunate, as VP used it and his/her posts are worth checking out. Hopefully it's temporary, but most of the micro-caps there seem to have no message board.
Truthfully, Yahoo seems to be about the most poorly-run enterprise on the planet.
I loaded .0016's last time...
...and I imagine I'll start picking up shares in the .001's again. It's too easy to add freebies or flip a nice position as MMTC coils up for another run.
Wait for it...
"...40% export tax on all of the ores..."
Indonesia wants to position for the currency "correction", and retaining commodities through tariff/incentive makes sense (for them, not FCX). All the better if they take their 40 points up-front in USD, as it will hedge a bit against the imminent trashing of the Euro.
Either way, it's a great incentive for Freeport to JV a domestic that's already in the district. Also, you made a great point earlier regarding Phelps-Dodge being willing to offer a 50/50 JV back in the 90's, with gold prices a fraction of today. Once the current disparity between metals and producers starts to correct, some real valuations can be established in the market.
And real valuations for the LBSR claims will be good for the shareholders. Wait for it...
"...Pebble gets approved, big mining entities will line up..."
And what will be the odds of buying shares for .02 at that time? Feeling very glad to have stuck to my guns. I have friends who bought this on my tip, so I want to see LBSR prove out the true wealth at Illiamna, and on the claims that best serve to coexist peacefully with local flora and fauna. Win/Win is always good.
Thank you, Belgian!
Good info, to be sure. It takes serious cojones to stick to your guns, but the real enterprise value is in PM and IM commodities.
I like the REE surprise, and it may make quite a difference in the way our little junior is perceived in the market. BCSP has Mo and trace Re, so finding REE's in porphyry geology is not unusual. That said, finding a large domestic supply in AZ could be a nice catalyst.
Go LBSR!
It's the prognosticators that are broken.
Time for a hay(mountain)maker. Go LBSR!
Golly...
...You might think the big, bad SEC would need to review the O/S, A/S, insider holdings, proper disclosure and current status before approving such a registration. Funny, since we have regular contributions claiming that a trading halt and indictments are looming, all of it typed in the voice of Boris Karloff.
Yet we are DTC compliant, approved to issue, new members in place, and I have dry powder waiting for these dips. MMTC is still well above my original average, but looking tempting at the moment. I took my cash off the table long ago, but another nice run seems likely at this point. Wouldn't mind riding it with double the shares I currently hold.
Apparently our new management doesn't think the news is bad, as they timed it for market open. We might also get news regarding who the new shares are for. Maybe I'll get lucky and the skeleton crew will shake loose some stink-bid padding for my nest before the next round.
Oh wait. The next round of news is the big, bad wolf coming to raid the MMTC picnic. Be afwaid; be VEWY afwaid!
There is plenty of outside-source verification that MMTC is an actual company and not an elaborate scam. How the company is run and the timeline of their pending revenues are still in question, but I invite anyone to explain to me how MMTC has managed to get the USDA, AOAC, NAMSA and OSI to participate in the scam, as all are on record as having dealt with MMTC and their technology.
A patient review of the linked documents below should be enough to convince a rational person that MMTC has been making regular progress toward their goals.

"This is how you know what you own"
It seems we think alike.

"Rosenbergs got many projects in the pipeline."
What he really needs is a boot up his "pipeline"...SO-O-O-O-O glad I didn't buy this one.
"Sprinkle in activity and awareness of BCSP..."
And consider that while Pebble is parked in a holding pattern, BCSP can easily offer another massive deposit right over the ridge and farther from Bristol Bay, with a choice of large targets, including one that will likely be the best compromise for creating massive wealth in Iliamna while offering the most ecologically sensitive alternative to Pebble.
BTW, ZTEM likes northern latitudes, with deep and directional polar magnetism to provide strong imaging. Briscoe's claims are logically sound targets for world class claims. I'll buy more as PPS tests the .01-.02 range. Nobody will leave trillions in the ground in the long-term.
All that red yesterday and no bounce...
B'dit-b'dit-b'dit...that's all folks!
Minus 98.5%...
...There's your PSA from the SEC, plus a link for CEO Rosenberg.
Funny...
...The dirty D has reared its ugly head via S-1, the CEO has resigned, yet no blood-red stampede for the exits, just a few points south. A few million trade at the beginning of the day, but there is no avalanche of free-fall shares driving us into the dirt. It's almost as if the market thinks MMTC can easily absorb the new shares. One might even surmise that strong hands see that operating funds will be in place, that business will continue toward the stated goals, just as one can imagine reasons for Brennan to step aside that might be very positive for the shareholders.
I'd rather hear that the new shares were restricted and issued via private placement to the new board members, but there's likely still news coming and some of it may explain why we need the funds. No guarantees, but anyone saying this ride is over might miss one serious run.
Or maybe they want you to miss it.
And that's why you post after midnight...
...on a weeknight, no less. Thanks for the PSA, 0fficer Friday, but my shares are free, and they can ride. N0body here is buying b0l0gna...
"100% chance we will know the actual direction"
And a 99% chance that someone will try to bury the PPS with the recent news. Rust never sleeps...
Don't forget...
...if the financing went through, the new directors may already have someone in mind to run the company. Brennan could have seen a top-tier suit ready to make his shares fly and realized the smart thing was to hand off the ball.
I'm not saying any of this has transpired, rather, that it might explain the recent event(s).
GLTA!
"the next 'surprise' PR will be bankruptcy."
That won't be a surprise; you've been telling us about it for two years...
Go MMTC!
Semolina outbreak?
People are being infested with Italian wheat paste?
Agreed...
...My friend is a surgical tech who sells surgical instruments as a side business. She sold Solos products and said they get good marks from the doctors that buy them. Add some breakthrough cancer detection technology and a CE mark approval and we're off to the races.
Great info! Thanks for posting!
"one prerequisite for Ztem is electric storms in the area"
Actually, I think there just needs to be a certain amount of atmospheric electrical discharge on the planet at the time of the scanning. The lightning can be in Siberia and Chile as long as enough strikes are feeding the charge at any given time.
Too bad the funds aren't there to launch...
...'cause some folks could probably use that vodka right now, with or without the patented herbal therapies.
That's wonderful...
...but it's just syndicated content re-linked to the station's webpages, not the station(s) actually reporting on Herborium or the new product.
And being a company with less than a 2M market cap, they don't have the cash to start a major ad and distribution campaign. Their prospective partner is only a 6M cap, still not enough to put HBRM and their Hypermia-Frost brand vodka on many store shelves, not to mention the necessary start-up, product development, ad campaign, etc.
The market saw that the vaunted mega-news was a boondoggle and acted accordingly.
"She handled the sell off like a champ."
Every dollar at yesterday's pps is now down almost 43%. I believe you misspelled "chump".
"Can't believe the number of TV stations carrying this."
Name one please, and a link would be nice as well.
(*crickets*)
Concur...
I rounded out a position today, getting to a number I'd never have acquired if we'd blown past .019 and never looked back in 2010.
So now that I have my position in good shape, the run to dollars may commence. Sorry for the hold-up.
=-)
I agree...
...I've been watching this for a while. Glad I didn't buy in anticipation of today's news.
In your opinion...
...or do you have a filing to show it?
Fun facts for Investors.

Must we refute the lies again?
There is plenty of evidence, as you have been shown before, but for those who might happen upon your post and believe such nonsense, I will again post this supporting documentation by independent, official, and verifiable source.

Here's a nice tidbit from page 255 of this official government agency document:
"Results.—A perfect 18/18 score was recorded for the User
Guide-specified 1 h test for all bacteria. L. seeligeri also
scored perfectly (6/6) for all four deviations. B. subtillus
scored perfectly for 8 and 48 h deviations and 5/6 for 2 and 4 h
deviations. P. aeruginosa never scored above 3/6 on any of the
deviations, and L. monocytogenes had scores as low as 4/6 on
two deviations (Table 8)."
"you should sell before it drops to .00000001"
I think you can still trade at that price on the Frankfurt exchange!
Over 24M traded and we close even...
...Whazzup with that? The volume that precedes the run...?
Nice...

"The first production MIT 1000 Systems delivered from OSIO recently passed all evaluations tests with excellent results and are now in daily use in the MIT laboratory," stated MIT's Chief Scientist David Haavig, PhD, and added, "OSIO is the perfect company to fabricate MIT's Systems for our initial food safety applications and planned future expansion into pharmaceutical and clinical diagnostics requirements."
Again, an independent source publishing legally-binding statements by MMTC principals concerning the very real, and apparently delivered, MIT-1000 systems. I submit that I'd rather listen to independent published sources than anonymous agendas in public stock forums. At least it's a source one can cite and reference.
