First of all, no one holding gun at anyone's head to purchase.
Secondly, compensation at this company is modest. I know that will raise criticism but I've seen plenty not doing nearly as well where CEOs reward themselves much much more handsomely.
And thirdly, I don't care what a CEO does with her/his money. If they want to take great vacations, more power to them.
That's where I'm coming from.

This is what I believe: They are in the right sector. Stem cells are going to prove to be the way we attack all the intractable diseases mankind faces today. I like the business model, with a strong international presence, and a state-of-the-art storage facility in Las Vegas. I think the management team is young, aggressive and this is their life, which I think is important. I think the DTC caused this year to be horrible but I believe CBAI can rise from this.
By the way, what Matt does on his vacations (I don't know and I don't care) has to do with what? He can spend his own money as he pleases. He puts in long hours and enormous effort and has built this from an idea on paper into a very real power. Check the financials.
That's what I believe.
And, boy, did I hate junior high.

DTC frequently asks for legal opinions, other paperwork, I'm told. But having said that, they don't tell you exactly what they are looking for, what scratch needs to be itched.

They are the only entity that moves stock electronically. They did not move CBAI for up to 6-8 weeks following the reverse. Citing policy, on-line brokerages and discount brokerages refused to allow CBAI shareholders to trade.

Ever since this all started the DTC people have been given out statements that say "call the company" and "blame the company."
Obviously they want to get you off the phone as quickly as possible. That's what this is.

The stock price fell once the words "reverse split" became public.
A certain number of people don't believe any reverse ever will be successful and headed for the exits.
The RS news was up there a long time and up there again for a time before it became operative.
I think we survived it (I saw $0.50 intraday) and could have moved on until the DTC did not do its job.

I can read charts. I also am a shareholder.
But I also took literally thousands of calls and e-mails during the period after what look liked a successful reverse fizzled.
The company lost an enormous amount of credibility during the r/s "chill."
I believe it is going to take time and accomplishments to build back this credibility and that's what the company is trying to do.
There never was a reason given by the DTC for their inexcusable inability to do their job. My personal opinion is that the DTC is overwhelmed and the request just sat there.
As to comparing us to other "penny" stocks, I'm just not going to go there. I believe this company has the strength, the achievements, the management and is in the right sector to survive and (hopefully) eventually thrive.
"Don't diss unhappy shareholders"?
Okay, maybe I should blow kisses to those who tell me to rot in hell, call the co-founder of this company all kinds of vicious sexist names, accuse us of taking their money and stealing it. And those are the nicer people on a good day.

The DTC has not told us about any sort of "infraction."
If they did, we'd fix it. Immediately.
Regarding the "chill" and the reverse, there never was an answer given asto why the delay.
My personal opinion (for what it's worth) is that DTC was and is overwhelmed and the request just sat there.
Remember, the DTC is accountable to no one but the brokerage industry and doesn't have to tell anyone anything.

Here is the way it works for this company and every company.
I (or someone else) is hired to assist with IR/PR.
Assist is the operative word.
I don't make up the answers to your questions.
There is consultation with management.
Management with this or any company with a pulse can't and should not spend lots of hours answering board questions, etc. I want them running my company and spending their time constructively moving that ball forward.
