OK.
Factored in: Costs reduced by 17%
Not factored in: Costs reduced by 30%
However...
Sales were cut by 35%.
"Spend more, earn less"
People shouldn't be scolded for not properly reading P&L, Balance sheets, and financial reports.
Remember - I'm only focusing on one particular, but important, point. Shall we go further? The arguments being used against those simply pointing out basic facts are pretty lame.
In what relation to its "Sales"?
Take it a step further. Data into information; information in knowledge!
And when we take out that one-time, non-recurring moving and disposal expense, how much did their expenses increase by?
It's still a "Spend more, earn less" scenario.
Overnight success isn't defined by five years in the making.
Bit exagerated.
Again, WNBD expenses continue to spiral out of control, substantially increasing their "Accumulated Deficit" with high velocity!
Eric shows how he cannot control expenses, and continues to plummet shareholder value.
WNBD needs more than "some luck"...a miracle is more like it!
Excuses, excuses, and more excuses.
Why do people continue to provide excuses for Eric?
When is WNBD considered out of the "early growing phases"? Another pass/excuse for poor management! "Early growing pains"...LOL
Here are factual numbers:
The numbers provided can produce some magnificent data mining opportunities.
The acceleration of deficit spending only scratches the surface.
Shameless; more like troublesome!
Shorter's Paradise - Can't wait until all the smartphone manufactures sell their own protective coatings for pennies on the dollar!
Have any indictments been handed down yet?
Some don't "crunch the numbers" enough to understand the velocity in which WNBD is increasing it's deficit spending.

When you increase the rate in which you dig your hole, the deeper you go more quickly, making recovery beyond the realm of reality!
So when WNBD is earning their $1M in revenues, will it cost them $4M to obtain it?
The numbers show how Eric has been incapable of managing his business, controlling costs, and increasing WNBD profit margins.
Earning millions of dollars is great, but not when it costs you tens of millions earning it!
Let me try and understand your logic!
Take a look at page 9 of WNBD's 2011 Q2 Unaudited Financials:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=53792
Last year, WNBD spent $459K to earn $159K in sales. To make it easier to understand...
In 2010, for every $1 earned, WNBD spent $2.88. DEFICIT SPENDING
In 2011, for every $1 earned, WNBD spent $3.67. DEFICIT SPENDING got WORSE!
To summarize, Q2 of 2011, WNBD made 35% LESS in sales by increasing their costs by 27%, compared to last year!
Can you please explain how increased deficit spending is a GOOD THING for a public company and its investors?
Please explain away the accumulated deficit, wise one.
I'm sure everyone would love to hear how you spin it and exude your prowess over WNBD's finanicals and balance sheets!
Sure it doesn't. A public company that can turn a profit...that's a great investment!
I realize this isn't OWED to anyone, but it sure shows how WNBD loses money year over year, quarter over quarter.
Maybe you should read a little closer yourself.
It's not deficit, it's "Accumulated Deficit"!
Does this help? It's NEGATIVE Retained Earnings!
Why wouldn't Zecco let me short this!
I'll try elsewhere. Wonder is Sykes is sniffing for blood!
You're right. Not $6M...$7.6M and GROWING!
Taken from page 10: http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=53792
Maybe the Eade vs iHub case in Califorina will come to the same conclusion: "Fishing Expeditions" should not be accommodated!
Just trying to understand why the world's population statistics are being discussed in the first place.
I say WNBD has poor market penetration and Eric is a complete failure. 5 years of nothing; spent 10s of millions of dollars, and only thing he can show for it it $6M in debt!
Monk Speaks from the beyond:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=64917754
How are all of Monk's FLDs?
EIGH - SUB PENNY
CDIV - SUB PENNY
SRGE - SUB PENNY
See a trend???
Luckily for remaining stuckholders GRNO (Down 88% from Monk's Pump) and PNTV (never really a FLD) are still hanging on...question is "For how much longer?"
My guess, right up to the indictments!
JMHO
And Eric can't even make it a national brand in his own backyard!
Rather pathetic after 5 years of trying and bilking investors millions of dollars worth.
What does the company have to show for it? $6M in debt!?!
OK, let me put in perspective of world population numbers for you.
At BEST, WNBD has what 4,000 investors. Multiply by ten for the supposed ten people they've told, so 40,000 people know of WNBD.
40,000 people /6 BILLION = 0.000667% of the world's population knows about WNBD!
I'll even sport you an order of magnitude, and speculate 400K people know of WNBD. In World Population Terms: 0.006667% of the world's population knows about WNBD!
How about 4M people? 0.06667% of the world's population knows about WNBD!
Yes, I am one of the UNLUCKY ones that stumbled across this POS!
Here we go again...if and only IF!
No one knows about WNBD; how do your propose people will even have the wherewithal to locate and purchase WNBD's 1000+?
He apparently has more information pertaining to those behind the SAEI scam than he's letting on.
What's he hiding? And why is he hiding it?
Even worse, when the diluting CEO states
Here's where he admitted to accepting payment, in cash:
http://www.prweb.com/releases/2011/02/prweb5021714.htm
and reprinted here on the message board

Notice, I stated:
Just think, every other manufacturer looks to do the exact same thing.
Doing the "numbers game" is ridiculous considering WNBD's situation.
Can they even sell $250K in a year? Can WNBD even be profitable?
No...I actually think every man, women and child will purchase at least, one bottle of 1000+, but most likely TWO!
12 BILLION BOTTLES SOLD!
6 Billion People are now posed to purchase their first bottle of 1000+ (according to some people here).
Imagine, at $10 a bottle, WNBD will have $60 BILLION in revenues!
Here we go! GO WNBD!
What does the world's population have to do with WNBD?
Yep. Eade admits he accepted payment for legal services. He must have some record of "who" it came from and "where" it came from.
Waiting for him to set foot back in the US. Maybe there's an arrest warrant or APB out for his arrest. I wouldn't be surprised.
Careful Winthorpe...
You are risking being kicked out from "The Den"
LOL
When do the indictments get handed out?
Any indictments yet?
Yep. That's why it isn't going anywhere. Lots of shares on the "Ask", hoping the naive, noob investors jump on board yesterday's WalMart news.
Still not enough awareness...
Well spoken! Entirely true.
Eric has yet to EVER deliver any of the "goods". (#s, cash flow, substantial or significant revenues).
Until then, WNBD is still the "stinky pinky" that it has been for years!
Sad -
Eric feels its necessary to blog about his part time employees.
Surprised he didn't press release it!
Just goes to show you the level Eric is really operating at!
Drew
Can you spell T-R-I-P-S?
Nope...none at all.
But I thought this was such a "GREAT INVESTMENT" and .18c is no where near 1.2 cents!
So, are these idiots stupid for taking profits at such a low price? Only hundredths of a cent?!?
504s! Welcome back! We've missed you!!!
