Kenneth Eade speaks out about Supatcha:

Attorney Kenneth Eade Has No Involvement with Supatcha Resources, Inc.

Attorney provided legal work in the past but has no involvement with Supatcha or its press releases.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) February 2, 2011

Securities Attorney Kenneth Eade announced today that he has nothing to do with Supatcha Resources, Inc., whose stock trading was recently suspended by the SEC, and has cooperated and participated in its investigation by the SEC's enforcement division. "There is a lot of speculation on the Internet about my being involved with Supatcha and am behind the scenes in its press releases, but the truth is that I was hired by Supatcha as an attorney for a limited amount of legal work in 2010, that was paid for in cash, not stock, and I do not have now, nor did I ever have any ownership interest in the company, either directly or indirectly, and had nothing to do with any of its press releases," said Eade. "Nor have I ever met or had any dealings with Dale Bernhart, Edwin Solano, Cannon Exploration, Inc., Welwind Energy International Corp., Primegen Energy Corp., or Caliber Energy, Inc., either as an attorney or otherwise," he added.

The speculation has led to a flood of email and telephone inquiries to Eade's office about his alleged involvement with a company whose trading was suspended. "I simply have none," said Eade. "At times I have worked for companies whose trading has been suspended for one reason or another, and have even helped them bring their disclosures up to date and get reinstated to the pink sheets or bulletin board, but it doesn't mean I am guilty of a crime-I'm just doing my job. I consider the postings implying I am guilty of securities fraud or behind "pump and dump" schemes to be defamatory and libelous, and the bulletin boards who have moderators should think twice about whether they can hide behind The Communications Decency Act because recent case law holds that editing content makes them a publisher," he said.

Kenneth Eade is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California and is good standing to practice before the Securities and Exchange Commission.

I wonder where the Cannon Exploration, Edwin Solano, and Welwind stuff came from? Also where was it ever printed that he had anything to do with Primegen or Caliber? Also who ever said that he owned shares of SAEI or was involved with the SAEI press releases?
