Yea. Seems like an upgrade.
Even with Peters’ endorsement, and the claim by VirTra that over 200 law enforcement agencies use their line of simulators, no Valley police departments have purchased one of the company’s products and it’s not because they’re not advocates. Lyle Mann, executive director of Arizona Peace Officers Standards and Training, told the Arizona Republic last year that it’s the price of the simulator which keeps police departments from making the purchase, even if they were to rely on grants or seized assets. In short: “They are very, very expensive.”

almost a million shares traded on no news. That's unusual.
some big chunks going thru.
when will arbitrage start???
Given the success in Oslo I wonder if people sold today on otc to buy back on Oslo.
Don't any shares available for sale on Oslo have to be transferred first?
I mean, if someone in Sweden sells their shares today they are selling them to someone else correct? And those shares will still be listed here in the U.S.
Dumped at these levels for a loss? Could be an institution decided to sell all Chinese companies they own.
could just be real bad timing with Shanghai going to crap.
same thing happened with the ECAB news a year and a half ago. Some profit taking in the 50 cent range then a nice march up from there for a few weeks.
every BID at .13 got hit so many times I wonder if a MM is short a bunch of shares.
They've dangled lots of carrots to support the stock price.
A lot of Long term investors that sold are probably on the sidelines waiting to get back in.
They had record earnings. Then announced a +1M dollar deal and +3M deal
I see 10,000 at .1275 bid. Two ask at .13. 40,000 and 5,000.
you're really not contributing anything worthwhile to this message board.
200 mad is around here.
Sounds great. The guy they hired has a lot of experience with these types of venues. Virta should make a decent amount of money just from the installations.
Based on your posting history you don't own shares.
Plus Modern round should open soon. Not too impressed by the stuff on Facebook but really can't tell how it is until it opens.

Nasdaq not wanting another Chinese company makes sense. And since they own FN it is likely that was the problem.
Oslo seems more likely, especially with Arctic securities on our side.
He also said Nasdaq approval by dec 2013 I believe it was.
Come on jay. You're the most transparent poster here. Just recently in this post I replied to you were whistling a very different tune.
1,026,414 BID at .078
Uplisting has been such a failure but with arctic securities in our corner it has to be time for Oslo....
Maybe this is why the CC was delayed. To let this dumper do his thing before all the good news. Fingers crossed lol.
More like up 100% over the past year. We were mid 4's mostly for a while.
Fingers crossed that they're finalizing big news.
Looking forward to modern round opening. Not sure how much money VTSI will make off it but it could be huge for corporate outings.
Probably some people hit with margin calls forced to sell out at a measly 9 cents. Only showing 30,500 under 12.5 cents on the ask now...

Historically this stock needs some time to gain traction and move. After the six million deal it took a while to move up a lot.

i own a small position of SIAF in tradeking. Just discovered that my $7.48 dividend from them cost me $20 in fees.
And they also claim that SIAF has no transfer agent so they charged me $20 a month the last three months. They're going to refund that but they still say there's no transfer agent for them.
AAPL has had a crappy PE cause there is literally not enough investment capital to get it a higher PE. Every mutual fund, pension fund, index etc has their fill. The market cap is just too big to get bigger.
