Tokyo, the World's largest and densest city, has had 93.
NYC is locked down.
Tokyo was never locked down.
Both have had the virus for the same amount of time.
Why is NYC's death rate 250 times higher than Tokyo's?
Something fishy here.
Has anyone asked yourself:

Why does the U.S. represent 4% of the world popupation,
But 28% of the World's deaths from Coronavirus?
Is the U.S. Medical system 7 times worse than the World average,
Or is someone in America manipulating numbers?

Makes 100% sense Tanjazielman
do you have any timing for this, in other words, deadlines for waiting or taking action??
TIA
If true, they have done this to ALL their clients holding UWBKQ, and they wouldn't like that media/press makes this public , right?? ;)
If neccessary forget attorneys (for now) and first go to the press (and mention SCOTUS...), IMHO
GL
Good Luck with that, I hope you get your shares back
Good Luck with that Robert, I hope you get your shares back
I believe potential monies, if any, to former equity holders (who voted in favor of POR 7) would come from the same "container(s)"; in this case, the less retail gets would mean more monies for Hegde funds; so yes, we can get robbed again (actually there is a huge incentive for that to happen) if we don't follow the right steps we will be robbed again IMHO
Very efficient, current and constant "against future recoveries messages" makes me very firmly believe that :
1) We can be robbed again (but also that)
2) Very big recoveries will come to retail if retail acts properly
3 ) UW ain't stupid and they have a 100 million piece in the Class 19 cake
Is there any way that retail has acceess to the sealed/confidential documents?? Are these documents sealed for ever (or do they become public after some time)? This would really help
Is retail free now (that chapter 11 cases have been closed) to do the next "move"? Which should be this move? on a contingency-fee basis ;) ?
Merry Christmas
Sir,
you might me 100% right, I think you are, from that standpoint
Are those above/behind the FED/FDIC the same ones who made Brett kavanaugh's (and his family) way to the SCOTUS a hell one?
I don't know, and I don't know who reads what or not either
Sirs
disappointed or not...
do we know who (SCOTUS members included) reads this board??
Please let's write accordingly ;)
Let's see what they do with our case
Just my 2 cents
......WE NEED TO FOCUS ON CLOSURE OF THE UWBI BK..........POL and BK CT FINAL ORDER...............................and then the payout by the paying agent..............new horizons...................
DITTO
Fingers crossed for the deserved outcome in this case
Sir,
thanks so much for fighting the FDIC criminals as good as possible
Please Take Care of yourself so you can keep the good fight till the end
The End (and not getting "burnt" before) is all that matters
All in this board appreciate and fully respect the tough job, at least that is what I think
I hope u believe me; if u dont u should coz I'm ALSO protecting my investment ;) and I know (this) u will believe :)
PS: I wanted u to like the colour as well LOL
Thanks so much for your contribution Hewhocantrade :)
Please, correct me if I'm wrong,
We are claiming approx 4 million, of this 35% goes to our attorneys, right?
and (from memory) we have 29,7 million shares,
so even if we win this it will be less than 0.1 USD/share, right?
Does this SCOTUS decision have major (than this 0/share or 0.1/share) implications in the rest of our litigation; if so, could you please elaborate ??
I'm concerned about our potential $ recovery
but I'm also glad we reached the SCOTUS
Thanks in advance for your help
Split T
My pleasure :)
I will gladly do that
Robert,
I think you are on a very good point here:
why destroy documents if there is nothing to hide?
We don't need the SCOTUS to answer that one, right? ;)
Fingers crossed for a very deserved po$itiv€ outcome in both WMIH and UWBKQ cases

Zulual,
from memory:
Hedge Funds received a large amount of newco (wmih) after BK reemergence
then, Hegde Funds also participated Big Time in the KKR deal (those 600 million dollars of convertible debt, which was converted into WMIH later)
my point is that ever since/after that, David Tepper's Appaloosa has been permanently beeing a Big seller, now only holding less than 700k shares
so, in my view, big monies, if any, aint related, connected to CURRENT holdings of WMIH (COOP)
JMHO, I might be wrong, time will tell
