Please, correct me if I'm wrong,
We are claiming approx 4 million, of this 35% goes to our attorneys, right?
and (from memory) we have 29,7 million shares,
so even if we win this it will be less than 0.1 USD/share, right?
Does this SCOTUS decision have major (than this 0/share or 0.1/share) implications in the rest of our litigation; if so, could you please elaborate ??
I'm concerned about our potential $ recovery
but I'm also glad we reached the SCOTUS
