Five days ago, this POS hit .023 and one week later it's at .011...
U-G-L-Y this ain't got no alibi, that's ugly, you mama said it's ugly.
Just like other days, quick UT and then headed down down down.
Dilution capabilities + pump firm paid in shares = bad times ahead
Looking good for what? LYJN has been on an impressive decline for months upon months.
Can't imagine anything will change that.
Looks like that bid support at .041 was not very supportive...bid to .035
Took off like a rocket!
The only reason to do this would be to sell shares and DILUTE. Let the pump campaign begin...and let the company sell shares.
Are you suggesting that with dilution, there are no buyers? If that's the case, what happens to the shares?
Volume is massive here today. The amount of money people are spending is out of control!
First hour, four trades:
$50
$60
$90
$250
WOW! MOMO GALORE!
EDIT:
New trade, groundbreaking money!
$12.50!!!
Pump firms get paid in shares. They pump while the company dilutes. Then the pump firm dumps. Lemmings hold the bag.
Company with ability to dilute? CHECK
Pump firm? CHECK
Bagholders ready? CHECK
We'll see how it goes today.
Please disregard everything I've said. Please keep buying the stock. The company and that pump (and dump) firm have plenty of shares to sell.
No need for me to state what everyone already knows.
No need for you to listen to me.
Keep buying in! The company has plenty of new shares to sell to you...so does the PR (aka PUMP) firm that has been hire to send the PPS skyrocketing (while the company and the PR firm sell into the run).
"With the assistance of these companies,
Heritage expects to continue
its growth and hopes to
move from the Pink Sheets to a
national exchange by mid-year
2006."
Guess they've been fooling investors for a while with this tired old pinky tale...
It's a PINKY! The only DD that matters is the share structure and the MOMO.
Doesn't matter in the least bit what the company does.
Doesn't look like any reversal to me. Looks like a downtrend that is being fueled by dilution!
Look at what happened on Friday. It shot up at the beginning of the day and then the dilution arrived and it dropped dropped dropped.
Downtrend? Dilution?
Avoid this pig.

That's the last time that FLFG website was modified.
I'm not positive, but I don't think that company has ever done anything...let alone secure billion dollar anythings.
Are they still in business?

TOTAL DILUTION HERE.
SELL IF YOU BOUGHT FOR THE LOW FLOAT!!!
Freudian slip? I think so.
This company is diluting, and I am sure they will continue.
Anyone who bought this pig with the low float in mind should get out quickly!
Who has any clue what will happen in 17 years? 17 years ago, we didn't have the internet. If you are buying this stock based on what might be sold in 17 years, you have a lot of waiting to do.
Maybe not, though, as Techlabs probably won't even exist then. This diluted PIG should be cut loose as soon as possible, my friends.
My guess, and it is 100% a guess, is that something was supposed to happen, but didn't. The site says "non-binding letter of intent" which means they can get out of it at any time with no repercussions. They haven't update the RELM site in over a month.
As for the person who is supposed to be selling it for $600MM, here is a possibility...He gets someone to agree to pay $550MM, he calls the GSR and offers them $300MM to walk away (double your money and be done). He keeps $200MM+ for himself. Happens a lot in real estate.
This will probably put an end to all of the HCPC and/or RELM buying the GSR talk:
http://www.nnbw.biz/ArticleRead.aspx?storyID=11074
This page shows "GSR LLC". The casino itself matches the description of what they are trying to acquire.
http://www.relmholdingsinc.com/id1.html
HOWEVER, the "through another wholly owned LLC, has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a 27-story 1995-room hotel" statement shows intent on purchase, but does not say it was purchased.
That the Grand Sierra is still available for purchase makes me think that they tried to buy it, but failed.
I'm guessing we'll find out all of the facts we need before the month is up.
I'm not sure if it's all BS or not. I know that many believe the GSR in Vegas is part of the $672MM loan, but I don't see how it can be considering that loan is closed and the GSR is still for sale.
I think we've been looking at the wrong property. If not the GSR, then where and what?
Can't wait for the financials to clear everything up!
If the GSR is still for sale, as someone who spoke with them directly has claimed, that means one of two things. Either the $672,000,000 loan was not for the GSR or it didn't close.
If the $672MM is for the GSR and it is closed, the GSR is no longer for sale.
I wonder if we've been chasing the wrong property all along?
Techlabs is a joke. Adult resorts, cigars, super water and organic foods? Oh, and BHUB too?
lol
On which other boards have you seen chatter about this stock?
Thanks.
Could you please explain what you mean by "breakout confirmed"?
Doesn't seem like a breakout to me.
I think the answer to this question is in the first post you every posted on IHUB.
I wish you would take your own advice.
Don't make fun of the pumpers!
lol
As soon as the symbol change happens, this one will go higher. Don't expect a $1.00 PPS, just be happy if it happens. Until then, we're looking at ups and downs and ups and downs.
People are so short-sighted. Nothing is going to happen for weeks. Sit back, enjoy your shares, and when the end of the month arrives, we'll all smile.
Why would the MMs be scooping up shares?
Bid drops to 66, ask doens't move.
Bid to 72, ask doesn't move.
love it
These trades are huge compared to recent days. Maybe something is happening?
I'm holding my shares tightly. I hope you are too!
Embarrassing.
Why is the top of the candle at .098 used, but the bottom of the candle a couple of days before (at approx .05) ignored?
176,000,000+ is pretty good volume...
Why is the top of the candle at .098 used, but the bottom of the candle a couple of days before (at approx .05) ignored?
GoldenZ did that with his "triangle" chart as well, and I'm just trying to understand.
Thanks.
The big obstacle I see is shareholders here selling into the run (see: anotherboat). If people would just hold onto their shares, we can run this almost as far as we want.
Manipulation? NO!
(Anyone else catch the 50K trade at .72 when the b/a was .08 x .085? I bet Captain Jim went through the roof!)
Well, this is different. It used to be the "channel". Now it's the "triangle."
lol
Can't wait for this to blow up.
Don't get me wrong, I'd be thrilled for .01! I'd rather expect a little and get a lot than be looking at the new MB's with millions of dollars dancing in my head.
Sure, you can easily bring up a few that have done it, but I can produce 100's that have put out fantastic PRs and have gone nowhere.
I truly hope this gets to .00? but I cannot for one second suggest that I believe that it will.
Either way, there is a tremendous amount of money to be made here if she starts going...
