I held as you advised. There was too little nastiness! People are frustrated their .004 orders did not get filled.
Yeah man! My friends & family would gobble some up. They know what they own. They know it's just a matter of time & that time coincides with the release of the 1st Q report of 2017. Long & Strong SFOR!
If the DOD/CIO's office chooses SFOR's Mobile Trust version 3 to help solve their mobile device COMSEC problem over other contractors solutions it would mean something BIG for SFOR or WHICHEVER other competitive bidder is awarded the DOD contract to address that issue. Without passage of H.R. 5293 DOD Appropriations Act, 2017 there is NO money for ANY of the competitors to provide this.
I'd be delighted if our CEO Mark Kay mentioned me in his next "to clear the air video" he has already thanked me for as he put it
"raising product awareness" with the DOD & USCG!
We should know which contractor has been chosen to provide DOD with military-grade cyber defensive software for COMSEC of mobile devices at the end of the 1st Q. IF SFOR was the selected provider there would be a large amount in the accounts receivable part of the ledger and an NDA about it. Uncle Sam doesn't want hostile intelligence services to know just how the military is enhancing its COMSEC due to security considerations. When I had the additional duty of Wing OPSEC officer we never gave potential enemies a "heads-up" so I fully expect an NDA IF we secure the contract.
You know as well as I that the "big time" increased revenue will not be public knowledge until the year-end 10-K report (which captures holiday sales) hits the wires in late March. That's when we'll "Look at her rocket up".
Please reread my posts about H.R. 5293 DOD Appropriations Act, 2017. It has yet to voted on in the U.S. Senate and signed into law by the POTUS. These things take time. Until that happens there could be NO deal with ANY vendor of military grade cyber defensive software such as SFOR. Federal Government deals as listed in #7 of ZPaul's sticky post did not "fall through". The DOD is simply without funding to cut a contract of any great magnitude for ANYTHING with ANY vendor for something new that was not already approved, and in the pipeline funded by last year's appropriation. That's how it works!
You asked where you could go to learn of SFOR products (I assumed geographically). I simply gave you your nearest location.
Yup, rock solid support at .005 It should remain so then head to penny and silver land once any of the 8 major catalysts mentioned by ZPaul in sticky post # 120091 come into play IMHO.
Sure, your local Target store! Engage the store clerk in the computer/electronics section in conversation. They would be happy to tell you about the SFOR products their retail store offers.
I know the DOD procurement cycle. You don't. They will follow Congressional law, rule making and regulations. Last year's revisions now give small businesses an equal chance to compete for a slice of the DOD pie. SFOR by SBA definition is a small business. Their DC based Government distributor made a sales presentation to the DOD/CIO. Consequently, their military-grade cyber defensive solution to the DOD mobile device COMSEC problem must, by law, be considered along with others. Once H.R. 5293 the DOD Appropriations Act of 2017 is signed into law the DOD will be able to make a large scale purchase of the chosen vendor's defensive software to fix the problem. SFOR is competing for that DOD contract and now has a fair chance of being selected as do their competitors. It is now, by SBA initiated law, a level playing field. The dots are pretty obvious to me!
Think again & read # 122102 where I state "considering the offerings of ALL cyber security vendors". SFOR, by SBA initiated law, MUST be considered by the DOD for a contract. Of course we have several competitors. But, at least we are in the race and our military-grade product Mobile Trust version 3 will be fairly evaluated to see if it adequately address the DOD mobile device COMSEC problem. If it doesn't then a competitors defensive software will be chosen. That's fine by me because I believe our troops deserve the best.
In a way you can join in the fun! While stationed overseas with NATO forces I served alongside your very professional Canadian Forces members. We work & play well together with similar toys.
Consequently, your military has the same mobile device COMSEC problem ours is now considering how to deal with. Please consider approaching your MP and military as I did mine. Even go as far as I did writing the POTUS. Write PM Trudeau and suggest SFOR's Mobile Trust as the solution to Canadian Forces mobile device COMSEC problem.
Hey, it can't hurt & just might help your military. Now, in the sprit of the 40 year anniversary of the perfectly outrageous movie Network. "I want you to get up out of your seat. Open the window and shout. Mobile Trust can help save Canadian Forces lives!
Good question! As you are aware H.R. 5293 the DOD Appropriations Act, 2017 passed in the House and was sent to the Senate. According to NPR that Senate vote is scheduled for this week AND
the bill is expected to pass. It will then be sent to POTUS for signature into law. Until that bill is enacted the DOD does not have the funding to make any new large purchases that were not already in the pipeline to be paid with the prior appropriation.
Consequently, I ask readers to contact their US Senator and urge them to vote yes. Only then can things even start to come into fruition. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but that's how it works.
At my Congressman's senior staffer (a retired USN CPO) urging I contacted the JCS regarding the mobile device COMSEC problem highlighted by Lt/Gen Ben Hodges. I thought I should also include the USCG as the issue applies to them. So, I wrote their Commandant, Admiral Paul F. Zukunft. He first tasked his Chief of Business Ops at his C4IT section then his CIO, Vice Admiral Marshall B. Lytle III to respond which they did. ZPaul was kind enough to post those responses in full, with their appropriate letterheads, for me since I had computer problems.
Yet Wrong Again! Why do you think the DOD/CIO's office talked with SFOR CEO Mark Kay and arranged for a briefing by ACS (our U.S. Government Distributor) on Mobile Trust Version 3? We were the fourth briefing the CIO took. His policy guy told me my letter to the WH got to them at the right time. They had two presenters that week and one scheduled next to address their mobile device COMSEC issue. They are considering the offerings of ALL the cyber security vendors large & small who gave sales presentations. This is mandated by law. Last year the SBA lobbied and got Congress to pass a legislative rule making that DOD MUST consider the products offered by small businesses. That was to make a level playing field out of what had been too long tilted in favor of large defense contractors.
That is law which would now be in DOD procurement cycle regulations. How do I know? I was a USAF finance officer for a year until cross training into the operational side of the house.
Wrong! "I appreciate the referral to products developed and offered by Strike Force Technologies. This information has been provided to our information technology and cyber security communities for evaluation"

What part of the word evaluation don't you understand?
No Guarantees, but at least DOD/CIO & USCG/CIO is considering SFOR's Mobile Trust as a solution to their mobile device COMSEC problem. That's all that can be said, for now. Long & Strong SFOR!
12/5/16 Amazon's Most Wished For List in Networking Security:
#1 SFOR's Guarded ID, #2 SFOR's Mobile Trust I like those numbers! Don't you?
You and we know there were two concurrent lawsuits. Blank Rome extracted $9.7 million from Phone Factor as a settlement AND
got a licensing agreement for Microsoft's use of SFOR IP with a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Then you state it's not in the Q.
No Duh! What part of Non Disclosure don't you understand?
You not understanding if ANY details of the NDA came out in print
that SFOR can be sued big time by Microsoft is what's "unreal" here.
Not joking! Dear President-Elect Trump,
Congratulations on being elected to become our next Commander in Chief! I beseech you to help our troops!
As a retired USAF intelligence officer & EUCOM member I was alarmed when I read Lt/Gen Ben Hodges AFN interview in Poland during NATO’s Operation Anaconda field exercise in June. In it he stated “Neither (unclassified) radio communications nor email are secure” and “I assume everything I write on my BlackBerry is being monitored.” I believe he’s absolutely right! This COMSEC problem can become an OPSEC one with dire consequences in the near future by helping enemy targeteers to put munitions on American targets.
As you are aware, the U.S. Army is switching from Androids to the I-phone 6. In July my (relationship withheld) & fellow unit members deployed to the Middle East in support of operations against IS with their personal mobile devices. These and issue I-phones have inadequate protection against cyber-attack and exploitation by hostile intelligence services to find, target and kill them preventing mission success.
This winter I became concerned about protecting my personal information & financial information from hackers. I found out that the anti-virus programs out there fail to protect against the zero day attacks, key loggers and click jackers use. I wanted multi-layered defense & anti-screen capture capabilities. I read that “Silicon Review” recognizes Strike Force Technologies as the world’s leading provider of patented, military grade keystroke encryption, out of band authentication and 2 factor authentication. I purchased on-line & installed their Mobile Trust product on my mobile device. I also encouraged family and friends to do likewise.
Mobile Trust is now being sold in half of the Target stores nationwide. It was easy to install, costs $30 a year for two I-phones, does not slow things down or cause any other problems. I did this only after Strike Force Technologies settled with Microsoft over patent infringement in January. In full disclosure I was so impressed I then bought 2 million shares of SFOR sub-penny stock. Now that I have initiated contact with you and current government officials using my retired rank and specialty I am forbidden by the honor code to add to that position. Please consider getting our troops something to fix this tremendous COMSEC problem. I don’t even care if it’s Mobile Trust! They just need something better than the standard consumer encryption Apple provides its I-Phone 6. It is nowhere near the level of protection they need.
Your predecessor, referred my first letter to the DOD/CIO office for action. However, no defensive software was provided our troops due to the Congressional budget impasse. Please help! If I can be of any further service to you or our country in this matter please don’t hesitate to call or mail me at (Phone number and address withheld).
I am still your officer,

I read of the Army's requirements in a MSN article this summer dated Tuesday, July 19, 2016. The title was "U.S. Army is switching from Android to I-Phone". It was written by Curtis Moldrich. The exact RFP I believe should be available in the Federal Register. Hope this helps.
Thanks for your learned opinion but I'll rely on the DOD/CIO's USCG CIO's and US Cyber Command to determine which military-grade (like SFOR's) defensive software is best for our troops.
You're entitled to your investing strategy & opinion and me to mine which incorporates the fact a settlement could be announced at any time.
No need. President-Elect Trump and his National Security Advisor Lt/Gen Flynn have already been sent letters via USPS priority mail. I'm confident they will do what is best for the troops.
With the release of the year-end 10K and 1st Q report of 2017 history will be made. SFOR transitions to a profitable company enriching it's patient investors then IMHO.
Any AMCIT can at: The White House 1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW Washington, DC 20500. If you believe America's troops deserve the best cyber defensive software on their mobile devices, SFOR's Mobile Trust version 3 write the POTUS today!
You do realize that the DOD specified in it's RFP that the security software must be preloaded on all those new I-Phone 6s they are going to buy once H.R. 5293 the DOD Appropriations Act, 2017 is signed into law (Senate vote this week)? You do realize that SFOR's Government distributor ACS made a sales presentation to the DOD/CIO? You do realize that Mobile Trust version 3 is, at least, being considered as a possible solution to the Mobile device COMSEC problem highlighted by Lt/Gen Ben Hodges during NATO FX Anaconda in Poland in June? Go ARMY! Go SFOR!
You do realize that more than "a few" people bought SFOR's security software on Amazon or it wouldn't have been listed as #1!
Dragons never sleep! The Singapore Telecom dragon merely rests atop that $92 Billion pile of treasure always guarding it. It trusts only the CEO Ms. Chua Sock Koong to approach on behalf of the BOD for funds. A mere 1/92nd greenmail offer to purchase SFOR would be hard to resist and outclass other offers
IMHO.
We will know with the release of the year-end 10-K and 1st Q report of 2017. I have patient capital invested here. I know what I own. I am not under the pressure short term flippers are who focus on day to day pps fluctuations. Let's continue this conversation after those reports come out and see whose right.
Not an insider but someone who knows what they own and whose confidence has been bolstered by the FACT SFOR is #1 on Amazon.
I stand corrected. The day we will know is in late March if SFOR follows it's standard operating procedure in accordance with SEC mandated release dates. Thank you JoBro for that information. My family & friends will appreciate the extra time to accumulate even more before the word about the SFOR success story gets out in print.
SFOR has been #1 for more than one day and you've seen it as well as I and many others. Nobody can downplay the significance of this or ignore it. Long & Strong SFOR!
Yeah, and Blank Rome are not a bunch of village idiots! Have you been to their site? One of the best hired guns out there for IP protection. Mark picked a winning team IMO.
I'm betting on Singapore Telecom. They own 97% of Trustwave and are on the hook for a settlement or treble damages. With $92 billion in assets they can easily afford to outbid Duo and Centrify. Then they could reinitiate the IP litigation against them to recoup the SFOR purchase price. Having SFOR's US patents & soon an international one would put them in the cat's seat. In October, on Cyber Security Day they rolled out their OOBA mobile banking program for their customers (sound familiar?). They have a lot of customers being Asia's largest Telecom provider. Why stop in Asia? They (as of 2015) have a US subsidiary, Trustwave and US offices. With the US and international patents the world would be their oyster. Singapore Telecom planed well ahead IMHO.
P.S. I got this info directly from the SingTel Dragon so take it with a grain of salt.
The Klondike gold rush is a good analogy. We early investors have endured the hardships to get to Dawson City. Our DD was panning the streams and following the flakes & nuggets until they got rough & angular. We followed that golden crumb trail to it's origin on the eroding hillside and staked our claim on a promising site by purchasing SFOR shares. We are in the process of removing the overburden. With the release of the year-end 10-K and 1st Q of 2017 we strike the mother load. There's gold in them thar hills! Go $SFOR!
SFOR is selling boxes of Guarded ID and Mobile Trust hand over fist! We have a continuing revenue stream from ACS of $25K a month for licensing fee. Microsoft & who know who else is going to add to that. There were reasonable raises approved for a small number of people. A settlement could be reached at anytime. You're worried? I'm not!
Oh alright, I'll come clean, it's me. Sorry. (LOL)
With the release of the year-end 10-K and 1st Q of 2017 people will see they deserved those raises!
Right now I appreciate the depressed (suppressed?) pps. That's because I'm encouraging my friends & family to do exactly as you, accumulate, NOW! Enjoy your first class world travel. Go $SFOR.
The gold mining has begun in earnest! That revenue stream combined with sales figures from both on-line and brick & mortar stores will be revealed in the year-end 10-K which should hit the wires around 2/14/17 (correct me if I'm wrong). This will be one of the best Valentine card SFOR investors will ever get!
Are you speaking of a prime-time major network TV commercial? I know those don't come cheap. We only have $1.2 million for operating funds currently.
