Very true... Most of those funds went into MOBL...
Good Luck to you and all others...
LOL...Well, I would still own a lot more than I do now! Thing is, I was waiting for funds to transfer and when they did, the pps was just starting to jump. Instead of buying right then, I waited...and waited..hoping for a pullback. As you know, none came!
Oh well...such is life sometimes.
GLTA
Just a thought...IF NEOM was going to align w/ MSN AND if MSN is aligning w/ Sprint, would MSN want NEOM to be making licsense agreements w/ Virgin.
Obviously, I have no idea as to what is happening. All I know is that I am kicking myself for not buying two boatloads down at .2!!
GLTA,
Dino
Joel,
I thought you were contracted by them for pr and marketing? In any case, you suggested that the RS was done in order to attract new investors. In order to attract new investors, the company must have something to attract them with besides a HIGHER pps! Also, how are "new" investors going to receive information about the company? There has not been any press releases for MSNC? Are they hoping that people will buy just b/c "MSN" is in the symbol!
I hope you can have some influence because at this point, they are doing a pathetic job.
Regards,
Dino

Hi Dino,
I am not on the management team of Malers, so my influence on their activities is minimal. However, the company is very aggressive in implementing its long term strategy. As you know, building up a business takes time.
Regards,
Joel
Obviously, this company is inept at pr and investor relations. Are only hope is that they actually are not a scam and will actually have some products and revenues to raise the pps. It may take a long while! Hope I'm wrong, but so far, they have been totally inept! They claim the RS was done to attract new investors yet how will anyone know about them if they don't do pr's!!!!!!!!!
JLHY...Any thoughts on where this might go?
TIA,
Dino
FWIW, here's Joel's reply to me:
Hi Dino,
For your sake and that of the other shareholders, I hope you are wrong. Also, there should be some nice contracts with well-known companies in the near future.
Regards,
Joel

Joel,
It will be interesting to see what happens. FWIW, without financials AND an effective pr campaign (hopefully that will include verifiable contract agreements), I believe the post RS share price will drop like a stone. If you disagree, I would be interested in knowing why.
Regards,
Dino
SBWL...What is the cause of recent spike? End of S8 or CD or ????
TIA,
Dino
CMCY....What's up w/ RS rumours? I missed the boat the other day, and if there is no RS, starting to look interesting at these prices.
TIA,
Dino
It was almost a year ago when it was at that .01 level. I hope it goes there, but I don't think it will happen soon.
IDVL..was anyone able to buy more this morning?
Oooops....I mistook your $50 for 50 cents! My bad!
LOL...I would think "long" meant over a year. Now, selling off at highs and buying back at lows in awesome...though very hard to do!
If management continues to perform like it has, I will hold this stock for years.
GLTA,
Dino
LOL...didn't think you were, just curious as to what you thought might happen.
Good Luck
CWIR What's your range for a final high and when do you think that occurs? Day, weeks? Also, do you expect it stay up (at least until the next "dilution")?
Good Luck,
Dino
PS...I may have to sell early to cover other pos picks...:( Should have sold off junk yesterday for CMCY...oh well..
MOBL....Any chart masters have a guess on new support level? Tricky business getting out and buying back cheaper, though wish I had sold my NEOM at .7 and bought back at .5!
TIA,
Dino
Without financials and verifiable pr's, my guess is that it wil sink like a rock.
GLTA,
Dino
MOBL moving up again...
CWIR...Any thoughts on where this may go? I was out this morning, so my shares were still sitting there w/ a .006 limit LOL I wouldn't mind selling them at some point, just don't know where that point is! LOL
GLTA,
Dino
FWIW, RS would be stated as 1:2000 as in "you get 1 share for every 2000" 2000:1 Means you GET 2000 shares for every 1.
I'm just relating what they told me. I have wired funds to them before. You can print out all of their instructions. Possibly the person I spoke to misstated something. I did not try to buy any "non-marginable" securities when my wire hit, so I can't say. My point was, someone opening up an account should just verify.
He has not yet added NEOM to his ChangeWave Stock List. It is still only listed on the MicroCap List.
They may have just misinformed me. I was told there was even a wait for wired funds for non-marginable securites.
It was not a teaser, it was an alert for subscribers...
As noted, it appears to only be an issue when you first open the account. I guess you could do that w/ your bank, but you should probably ask how much they are going to charge to make the trades and do the transfer of the securities.
Lucyinthesky.....Any news????? What's going on???
When I opened my account w/ Ameritrade, I was wiring money so I could buy NEOM before it went ballistic. I called them and was informed that even for funds that are wired, there were some stocks that you could not immediately purchase w/ the wire proceeds. These stocks are called "non-marginable securities". This is a moot point if your stock is "marginable" or if your funds have been there for a certain amount of time. I believe the wait period is 5 days even for wired funds if you are trying to purchase a "non-marginable security".
Hope this helps.
From Ameritrade Help:
When can I start trading?
For all deposits, you will be able to buy marginable securities as soon as your account is funded. However, there is a ten business-day hold placed on all checks and money orders before you may withdraw funds from your account or buy non-marginable securities. Examples of non-marginable securities include options, IPOs, Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board stocks (OTCBB), and Pink Sheet securities. The hold period does not apply to funds wired into Ameritrade accounts.
Purchasing non-marginable securities with funds deposited electronically is not allowed for five business days.
No, I've received alerts in the middle of the day before
I use ETRADE Pro for a retirement account. ETrade delivers the stock to the bank that handles the retirement program, so I don't know how Etrade handles regular arrangements. I do know that on one occassion they did NOT send a transaction over! Make sure you reconcile every night! I recently opened an account with Ameritrade. It could be b/c I'm more familiar w/ the ETRADE interface, but I do prefer the ETRADE interface. I also have an account w/ Options Express and like them also.
NOTE!!!!!! W/ Ameritrade, depending on the penny stock, you might STILL have to wait to trade even if you wire money. I can't remember which stock it was, but either MOBL or NEOM was on the "wait" list. Make sure you check with them.
I hope this puppy pops! I bought an additional 200K shares in the past week. I'm sitting on WAY too many total shares. Like everyone else, I believe we have hit bottom. However, I'd be ecstatic if we hit 14 cents within a few weeks. Of course, hope I'm wrong and we skyrocket to 30's!
GLTA,
Dino
Actually, I just got off the phone with Tom. He claims that along w/ the filing of the 10K that they will pr some additional good news (better than today's 8K).
GLTA,
Dino
I think I will try to call Tom tomorrow (I don't have time today) and suggest that he put out some darn good pr's explaining how this will lead to profitability. The 8K and 10K which will come out (and should look horrible) are not enough to get the pps really hopping. Just mho....but it couldn't hurt to put out some good pr's. Anyone else that talks to him might want to also suggest that he get some good pr's out.
GLTA,
Dino
I will confirm that TS has upped his buy up to price for NEOM to .75 He said he wants more people to be able to get in. His buy up to price was at .50
GLTA
Dino
PS...I am confirming what has been said, not reporting it...don't want to loose my subscription! LOL
CWIR...They have had some agreements w/ Bottom Line Advisors. Has anyone received any flyers? Is this the pps jump just due to some marketing pump job as opposed to some actual results/mergers/etc.?
TIA,
Dino
CWIR....Any information on what caused the spike? And any info on it it's going back up there!
TIA,
Dino
TS...Did I miss something? What bashing has he done regarding NEOM? None, whatsoever. I subscribe to his service and as far as I know, he's still very bullish on NEOM.
If you are long-term, don't worry. However, in hindsight, I will I had sold all my shares at +.7 so I could buy back more shares. I didn't pull the trigger though. If it keeps going lower, fine with me, I'll just pick up more shares.
GLTA,
Dino
You need to be more selective...NEOM got very, very favorable terms from Cornell. If the underlying stock has great potential, Cornell wants to get in early and ride it up. They don't JUST do toxic financing...

I specifically asked if the problem was a lack of funds to purchase equipment or raw materials. He said that it is not a problem due to lack of equipment rather the problem was an inability to pay for the raw materials. He claims that they have to turn down work b/c they can't pay for raw materials and they will be profitable if they can run their equipment. It just sounds strange...how can you be in business for so long and not be able to arrange terms for raw materials if you have legitimate orders in hand.
Yes, he told me the same thing. I'm curious as to WHY they needed to go to Cornell to begin with. Tom made it sound as if the problem was the inability to run at near capacity b/c of a lack of funds to purchase raw materials. What happened that they could no longer pay for raw materials? He also mentioned that MLXO has not really used shares of it's stock to raise capital. I may give him another call....
