I thought you were contracted by them for pr and marketing? In any case, you suggested that the RS was done in order to attract new investors. In order to attract new investors, the company must have something to attract them with besides a HIGHER pps! Also, how are "new" investors going to receive information about the company? There has not been any press releases for MSNC? Are they hoping that people will buy just b/c "MSN" is in the symbol!
I hope you can have some influence because at this point, they are doing a pathetic job.

I am not on the management team of Malers, so my influence on their activities is minimal. However, the company is very aggressive in implementing its long term strategy. As you know, building up a business takes time.
