Like Stargazer wrote SF needed all the help it could get at that time. Let's face it. SFOR was at the corporate death's door! Kay saved our bacon by investing $2 million of his own money to keep the company from going bankrupt & going out of business. I can't fault the man for the deal he cut with ACS to get them on board as a distributor then. Sure, today we Sunday quarterbacks have 20:20 vision & can clearly see mobile security is the future & Ram had the keystone patent. But back then SFOR was struggling just to survive. Half a loaf then was better than none and a failed company. Mark Kay helped SFOR to survive when that very survival was in doubt IMHO.
Never forget that our CEO Mark Kay was JP Morgan's CIO before he retired from a long & distinguished career with them.
"It's not technically lies" call a spade a spade! Mark Kay did not lie to us period. We've watched the animated SFOR keylogger commercial on You Tube. It was well done. The company would be foolhardy IMHO to spend it's last million dollars on buying airtime on a major network at this point. That money is needed for ongoing operations. So, I understand the delay until SFOR has more cash in the till. The TV deal is out of his hands as far as scheduling is concerned. Some people have little patience and expect quick results. I have patient capital invested here. I can wait in line for the schedulers at some shopping network channel to finally give SFOR a slot at their convenience. Mark approached one of them & put the ball in their court. They will take the shot when they deem fit. As far as a toxic lender selling converted stock. What would you expect? They wanted a quick profit and sold. You can't go broke making a (small IMHO) profit.
I think it was short sighted on their part but it was their decision to make. I'm a long term investor here since I know what I own. They were not. I understand that. We all have different timelines.

SFOR is not good it's the best according to the Silicon Review article I read. It recognized SFOR as the world's leading provider of patented, military grade keystroke encryption, OOBA and two factor authentication. I fully realize that both key loggers and click jackers use zero day attacks for screen capture.
I really like SFOR's multi-layered defense and anti-screen capture capabilities. Because I have it installed on my laptop & mobile device I rest easy knowing my personal & financial info are safe.

3.)SEC compliant
4.)Increasing revenues quarter over quarter according to the last two Qs from both on-line & in-store sales and licensing fees
5.) No toxic debt
6.)Ongoing legal defense of IP against 3 infringers Duo, Centrify and Trustwave the 97% owned US subsidiary of Singapore Telecom
7.) Has a chief technology officer who developed & released the third version of Mobile Trust this summer
8.) Has a CEO who is executing on his 4 point company growth plan
9.) Did not have the much feared reverse split for over a year
10.) Is expanding its geographic footprint with an increasing number of Target stores that have larger computer/electronic departments near population centers
11.) Hired marketing & sales guys near the end of last quarter
12.) Frequently had its Protect ID and Mobile Trust products listed as the #1 & #2 best sellers on Amazon for computer network security or #1 & 2 on their most wished for list? Please explain.
In reviewing the many R/S posts I was under the impression that an R/S (that we haven't had in over a year) was imminent, by the end of 2016 at the very latest! What happened? Did our CEO, Mark Kay actually keep his word when he stated emphatically "No R/S!"?

Yesterday, President-Elect Trump named Thomas Bossert as Assistant to the President for Homeland Security and Counter-Terrorism. His duty will be to advise the President on issues related to homeland security, counter-terrorism and CYBERSECURITY.
He also will coordinate the cabinet's process for making and executing policy in those areas. I respect you as a fellow long term investor. I know you've been here longer than me and understand your frustration with the slow pace of developments. SFOR is a catalyst driven stock. With the 8 catalysts mentioned in ZPaul's sticky note I believe 2017 portends to be SFOR's big year. I will not be discouraged until I see the year-end 10-K and 1st Q reports. For me the jury is still out until then. Long & Strong SFOR!
Then those SFOR sales figures will truly be a sight for sore eyes! I eagerly anticipate the release of the 10-K. Too bad we have to wait so long to get them.
I am not the only one that has been doing "good work getting the word out to the DOD on Strike Force". I have received several PMs
from fellow vets and other concerned citizens. They have contacted their members of Congress and respective Service Chiefs.
I was told by a senior Congressional staffer that every letter counts! Together, I believe we can help get America's best the best military grade cyber defensive software out there IMHO, Mobile Trust version 3 for their issue mobile devices. As a retired military intelligence officer I was alarmed when I read EUCOM Lt/Gen Ben Hodges AFN interview in Poland during NATO’s FX Anaconda in June. In it he stated, “Neither (unclassified) radio communications nor email are secure” and “I assume everything I write on my BlackBerry is being monitored.” I believe he’s absolutely right! This COMSEC problem can become an OPSEC one with dire consequences in the near future by enabling enemy targeteers to put munitions on American targets and troops, as I did to our country’s enemies.
As you are aware, our military is switching from Androids to Apple’s Chinese made I-phone 6. In July my (relationship withheld) and fellow unit members deployed to the Middle East in support of operations against IS. They have their personal mobile devices with them. These and issue I-phones have inadequate protection against cyber-attack and exploitation by hostile intelligence services to find, target and kill them, preventing their mission success.
Last winter I became concerned about protecting my personal and financial information from hackers. I found out that the anti-virus programs available fail to protect against the zero day attacks that key loggers and click jackers use. I wanted multi-layered defense and anti-screen capture capabilities. I read that “Silicon Review” recognized Strike Force Technologies as the world’s leading provider of patented, military-grade keystroke encryption, out of band authentication and two factor authentication. I purchased on-line via Amazon and installed their Mobile Trust product on my mobile device. I also encouraged family and friends to do likewise.
Mobile Trust is now being sold in brick and mortar stores nationwide. It was easy to install, costs $30 a year for two I-phones (or any android device), does not slow things down or cause any other problems. I did this only after Strike Force Technologies settled with Microsoft over patent infringement in January of 2016. In full disclosure, I was so impressed with Mobile Trust that I bought shares of SFOR stock. Please consider helping get our troops something to fix this tremendous COMSEC problem. I don’t even care if it’s Mobile Trust! They just need something better than the standard consumer encryption Apple provides its I-Phone 6. It is nowhere near the level of protection they need. Your unique background as the former CEO of Hewlett-Packard and chair of the CIA’s civilian external advisory board enable you to know what would be the best defensive software.
I’ve written letters to current government officials and received courteous replies. However, no defensive software was provided our troops due to the Congressional budget impasse. The last 10-K with those end of year numbers came out on 4/14/16. This one should be due 3/30/17 unless SFOR files for a 15 day extension. Then the release date would be on 4/14/17. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Thank you.
CEO Mark Kay is on record stating "No R/S". Call and ask him yourself to verify this. You wrote the most recent split occurred over a year ago on 8/4/15. IMHO an R/S split only makes sense when SFOR upgrades to a larger stock exchange. Do you think this upgrade is imminent? If so, why?
We have a closing window of opportunity to inform the new decision makers due to the DOD procurement cycle. Funds will be transferred from the Dept. of the Treasury to DOD on 1 Jan for 2017 appropriations. 90 days after it will be a done deal IMO (having served 1 year as a finance officer). The contractor to fix the mobile device COMSEC problem highlighted by Lt/Gen Hodges will be selected by then. The DOD/CIO's policy guy told me as much stating "they were aware of the problem, working the issue and taking sales presentations from vendors". ACS was one the one that presented the SFOR Mobile Trust solution. With any new contract of this magnitude (DOD wide) they would want the new administration's review approval before signing the contract. The bottom line for me is to finish contacting them now that all concerned about this issue have been nominated. My last letter will be to Carly Fiorina, former CEO Hewlett-Packard & nominee for Director National Intelligence. Because of her IT background and service as the Chair of the CIA's external advisory board she will immediately realize the full implications of this chink in our COMSEC armor. I agree "With stronger revenue that is showing in the reports" will be "the best way to have less volatility and TRUE upward movement". We won't have clarity on the this until we see the year-end 10-K and 1st Q of 2017 figures showing what I believe will be that stronger revenue. That's why I have patient capital invested here. I also perfectly understand that this does not meet other investors timelines. I can wait because I know what I own, its tremendous potential and am not under pressure to produce a short term profit. If you pull his military bio one thing jumps out at you. General Mattis is more than forward leaning, he is aggressive! So, I thought I'd give him a heads-up on the mobile device COMSEC problem & SFOR solution and sent this to the Trump Transition Team today. Of course he will get another copy sent to his new Pentagon office as soon as he is approved by the Senate.

With recent Russian hacking and EUCOM Lt/Gen Ben Hodges concern of "My Blackberry being monitored" Leo is a tremendous SFOR asset.
Why you ask? Because he studied & worked in computer science in Russia before emigrating here in search of freedom & a better life. Russian IT institutes train world class hackers. Leo more than likely went to school with some of them and knows how they operate. Ram could not have a better assistant helping him "pump out those algorithms and patents" IMHO!
My State's Senator Susan Collins (R) is a senior member of the Senate Armed Services Committee mentioned in your post. Rest assured, I made her office aware of the SFOR Mobile Trust solution to Lt/Gen Ben Hodges mobile device COMSEC problem when I briefed her field staff. They could promise me nothing but at least they up-channeled the info to her. Also, when my State's other Senator's (Angus King (I) member of Senate select sub-committee on intelligence) policy guy in D.C. called me I arranged a phone call with our CEO Mark Kay. No, I wasn't in on a conference call so I don't know any details. All I was told by Senator King's office later was that the Maine delegation was preparing a joint response to this matter of National security that I had brought to their attention as a retired Air Force intelligence officer.
Like you I believe Mobile Trust is the best mousetrap out there.
It all depends if the DOD/CIO's office thinks likewise whether or not SFOR gets some of those funds. Your guess is as good as mine!
But at least ACS got the chance at bat to sell SFOR's product to the Pentagon. They at least,(by law, due to the SBA initiated legislation to give small businesses a chance to compete for DOD dollars) have to consider Strike Force Technologies.

SFOR's pps has likewise dwindled from it's summer high as has the number of investors. I cling tightly to the 8 catalysts listed in ZPaul's sticky note. That and Ram's USPO filings (1st kid on the block for mobile device OOBA!) are my Declaration of (financial) Independence.
Go to the USPO site, read Ram's patent filings, (pay attention to the dates!) reread ZPaul's sticky note. These help maintain my morale as an SFOR investor. Long & Strong SFOR!

Finally, funds will be available to DOD for new, large scale purchases of items (such as defensive software among many other things) that were not already in the pipeline.
This news is just the Christmas present the troops were waiting for! Now they know they will get what they need at some point in the 2017 procurement cycle. I saw that headline & had to post it.

Phone Factor/Microsoft caved in & settled during the Markman hearings of the discovery process. It is then an infringer's scope & nature of infringment comes to light. Also, trade secrets could be exposed then. I believe the 3 defendants (also Singapore Telecom) would be loath to have that information made public IMHO. Markman hearings really puts a gun to their head! Does anyone have a reference document as to when they are scheduled? I tried but failed to find it. Thanks!
Isn't that curious! Ya got to wonder if the power behind the throne (Singapore Telecom which owns 97% of Trustwave) had anything to do with this. Since they are on the hook for any potential settlement fees or treble damages I imagine they are

The facts and figures contained in the year-end 10-K and 1st Q report of 2017 I believe will give you the information you require to make your decision. I invested after the DD I did at places like the U.S. Patent office site revealed the depth, breadth and strength of SFOR's IP based on Ram's patents and the Microsoft settlement. Both of us will see with the 1st Q of 2017 if his better mousetrap in cyber security (IMHO) is selling even better & continues being newly licensed or not. Until then, I am, and will remain long & strong SFOR!
