I see Marketwired has announced that Nexgen has entered into a deal with SpaMan Spas today. This is a very nice positive, I'd say.
We'll take it!!!

Fair enough, then.."consulting contracts", not "loans". I would then look at BCAP and see that either all three companies for whom BCAP consulted either failed because they did not heed whatever he offered through consultation or because the terms for the consultations were perhaps analogous to being usurious.
Perhaps both theories are way off mark. I don't know, but still three companies directly involved had their respective pps tank badly. Until I can figure out why, there is no chance I will jump on such a bandwagon.
It's just one of those ca-raaazy vulcan things probably brought about by having a human mother. We half-breeds suffer from a hilarious mix of deficits and "special gifts". Back to whipping Mr. Scott's hide at a game of 3-dimensional poker. (Ya, 3-dimensional poker. Who knew? I knew he would lose badly so I won't clean him out completely unless he calls me one of those "names" from his homeland.)
Spock, out.
The one thing I don't like here is that all three companies recently financed by Baron appear to have run into the ground. I know this is not necessarily the financiers fault, he just loans money, but when the debtors all turn sour, well, I just can't ignore this. I have to ask myself if this is anything I want to be involved with. Sure I like making money, but I have a set of scruples and ethics by which I live and I must hold true to them. I am sure many will make a tidy sum this morning or over the next few days, but I may just sit this one out.

You are aware it is a holding company, yes? They only seek to acquire the products of others. They have already made acquisitions, I believe. At this point our only question is what is tghe current state of the profitability of those acquisitions...and this should be answered by a quarterly report which will come soon enough.
I think most will be pleased with what has been going on.

Here is the thing about the share retirement program... It is not the sort of thing that--by itself-- will send the price soaring. ya, it is an very smart business move, and it may be the first of several sums of shares to be retired, but the market really needs to see evidence of some business being done, some new numbers in a 10-q that are the result of successful business moves and strategies coming to fruition.
It is one thing to get current on filings, to retire shares, etc... but this is a holding company. it needs to show the market that the company both knows how to identify good bargains and then to acquire them AND how to take broken companies that can be purchased at a bargain-basement price, fix it, and turn it into a money making entity. THAT is the sort of litmus necessary.
I think JT can build a team ( probably actually already has this team in place) and make it run like crazy. This takes time and this is why I am long on this unless fishy stuff starts to happen. I see no evidence of any fishy stuff, though.
My, I am getting verbose in my old vulcan age. Sorry. Spock...standing by.
SOmebody's 10-Q is out.
That is a very thoughtful, and thought-provoking post. I appreciate the time you took to compose it. There is much for me to study here. One of the things I find attractive is the AS. And as a company to be purchased, I agree 100%. this is a great candidate and the co. would benefit from such a buyout. If they are able to successfully acquire another company or two which show well-balanced cashflows, they could do beautifully for Q3.
Running market simulations in the holodeck, Spock out.
Well, it cannot be determined from a photo what his financial condition is, but he is obviously not destitute. He is enjoying family on what appears to be a vacation, perhaps. I last saw the page a few weeks ago and I aw a very happy, smiling, laughing man enjoying his family. Perhaps he was a t a waterpark or a white water event of some kind.
Any man has a perfect right to spewnf time and to enjoy his family. I do not deny him that. I deny him the right to spend time so freely when he has left our company, the one he sold to us with several misrepresentations, completely unattended and as he neglects the very responsibilities he voluntarily took on as CEO of TIVUS.
If he no longer wished to be part of TIVUS, fine. Go. But do not leave loose ends for others to clean up. This is wrong. This is HIS job. I resent him for handling things in such a terrible manner. He respected none of us. He treats his dog better.

I do thank you kindly. Wow. Still such a great compnay with alot going on. Looks like I am here to do some bargain hunting now.

Well, at 2:30 est today, 7/15, something major happened here. The stock had practically no activity at all until 2;30 at which time several dozen sells came in and dropped the price from .34 to. 26.
Would LOVE to hear the news.
This is extraordinary.
thv
I just had SITS show up on my long range scanners a few weeks ago. It poses such a conundrum for a vulcan. From the available "news" out there about the company, this appears to be a thriving entity doing all those things I would expect a company to be doing to create/enhance value, getting new contracts, retiring shares, communicating with shareholders, yet the PPS is behaving in a very counterintuitive way here.
My sense is that the falling pps is not "real" market sentiment because as a stock it is not shorted much. Some component of the market, some group of "longs" ( or some big-buck whales), are unwilling to short this..as if they expect that doing so could be a catastrophe for them at any moment. It is shorted a bit, but not at all aggressively.
If all t does take is a pair of MMs to walk this down in value for someone's benefit.. as has been suggested here... then buying about now seems like a decent, calculated wager.
SPock... standing by...on the holodeck with Mr. Scott.
Bayport International Holdings, you mean? Yes. I am reading it right now!!! thanks, Mr. Rollup. thv
Why do you say that?
Ah, a little 21st century humor there, eh? Well, as a matter of fact, there was - or in your case, there will have been -- a company, CBDS, who did grow to such proportions they established an intergalactic HQ run by about six pre-fab stars as power sources which ultimately blew up in a.... hey, wait just a minute... are you? Wait, no, never mind.
Funny little joke there , buddy.
Spock, out.
Stanner, I am basing my opinion mostly on the information on can research either on the internet or the locale of the headquarters of the primary operation. I understand what you are saying about SEC (or lack thereof) of SEC disclosures.
Thanks! thv aka spock
With Q2 results just around the bend and with the information now in hand via some good DD, I got some skin in the game today. What I saw in my research is a company that has some great seeds in the ground and unless I see serious red flags on the field, I am very confident my investment is going to pay off in fairly short order.
I have been a part of companies that are started in garages which grow to become serious ventures. The things I see here make sense.
This is a good, smart place to be and I will continue to load regularly. There are also some very smart people on this board. I am congratulating each one of you for having made your way here. Hopefully you have seen the same DD I have and you have decided as I have to invest here. Personally, I think Q3 is going to be even crazier ( in a good way) than Q2. Little dips along the way... who cares. Value is being created here. I can see it.
Spock, out.
Carry On, IDGC.
Thank you for doing that!!! Much appreciated. Spock, out.
I was kind. I was appropriate, even if sarcastic. I was deleted.

ib12u: I suppose both high volume AND follow-through both drive up even more volume. I make a distinction between the effect each of these variables has on the value.
A day where there is high volume can happen with nothing behind it but excitement, but that bump the pps will experience will surely die quickly.
If, however, follow-through on promises result in solid business being done, the sort of business that looks great in quarterly reports, then the pps will not fade away, it will stay steady and/or climb over time.
Which is 'better"? depends on the game you are playing. Hope I grasped the gist of the dialog correctly.
Just my $0.0002 worth. Thanks. thv
Critter, you're right. These sorts of situations realy need a strong high-volume day to break down walls. 40M here, 60M there ain't gonna do it. At 250M, everybody and their sainted aunties will be clogging up the interweb trying to get a piece.
But what I am really holding out for is a Q2 report or a meaty PR that says UNQT is makin' enough green to make killer business moves. JT has the drive and enough business acumen to get a good ball rolling.
Anyone for some kale pudding?
Spock, out.
...And we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your help, support and encouragement in the face of all this outrageous optimism.

According to the Ihub trades page, just under 100% of today's transactions are buys. What a surprise. This is not a good pick to short right now. Anyone shorting KNOWS full well that the minute real business news erupts on this... up she goes like a bat out of hell.
Gosh, I sound more human every day.
spock, out.
Ihub trades page ALSO shows that the ration of buyers to sellers is increasing as we go through the day, from which one could conclude that the sell fire is now extinguishing and the bargain hunters are now picking up all the great bargains now left on the ground. Seen it happen a thousand times. GRAB NOW NOW NOW.
thv
Looks like up to half of yesterday's volume can be attributed to short covering. Still. though, the short-action here is rather timid as that goes, but the stock has just enough interested to make any short player quite a tidy sum if they can play above -say- the 5M mark.
It is VERY, VERY obvious manipulation primarily for the benefit of short sellers, in my opinion. I do not know enough of the details about share-retirement to comment on how this may be a factor.
When an FDA-approved black angus cut PR is put out there, the 3s will be done and a thing of the past. The game will continue, just at a higher set of numbers. Don't ever let it distract from the fact that right now it remains a good company getting better rather quickly.
I guess I should get my vulcan kiester out of my sensory-deprivation pod and get busy .
Spock, out.
Many of us here agree with you 100%, but it helps many to appreciate just how much or how little value a PR can be worth. SOme one out there is--with almost brutal regularity-whacking the price back down over and over again by having the ability to place a never-ending stream of 100 share/$0.01 bids. There is only ONE way to defeat a parasite like this.
Set phasers to KILL.
Spock.. on fire.
Maddog, recall yesterday.... a couple of folks indicated they were bailing out this morning. I bet this is part of what is going on right now.
Also, some commented here tis a.m. that UNQT needs credibility. I find that for those who do not understand that UNQT is a fundamentally and completely different company from what it had been, this is not unreasonable. Most of us here know better. I see this share reduction is simply putting another big duck in its place so that the bigger, meatier PRs of the near future will give us big bang for our duck. Q2 report'll be out in a few weeks and I feel very certain it is going to look a heck of lot nicer than anything the UNQT longs have seen in quite some time.
To my private messager... Ya, kale slushy. That is what I said. Kale slushy. With 2 slices of tofu toast under baked watercress and marmalade chutney. Dig it. Spock....standing by.
Really? Retiring 1/7th of your entire Authorized Shares is, what, insufficient? I respectfully disagree, but would like to hear your reason.
thv
Gotta say I am duly impressed and a little surprised. I honestly felt he would retire some shares but not for a awhile yet. (This could only be phase 1 of a multi-step share retirement program, we'll have to watch.)But how can anyone fault the CEO for keeping his fellow co-owners so nicely in the loop and for so diligently moving forward wherever possible to increase the share value.
Hats off to UNQT/JT for doing a very nice job so far. Very pleased.
Go, baby, go, baby, go.
[Vulcans aren't usually this animated, as I am sure you know, but my recently reprogrammed replicator puts some undefined, tasteless, oderless liquid in my morning kale slushy that makes me feel a bit, um.... fuzzy. Apologies.]
Spock.... standing on the sidelines cheering like a human at a FIFA event.
You are SOOOO right. You always have your finger right on the pulse of it. I think everyone will sell off every thing that own at the morning bell. Hoot.
I was attempting to post a picture and it just wasn't working out. This is whey there is nothing there. Sorry.
thv
I do not have constant L2 access. Does anyone know for sure if the pps dropped from 4s to 3s only when a 100-share sale transpired? Very curious.
thv
There are many people who like the feeling they get when they can manipulate a price with a one cent transaction, those who have shorts to cover, those who like to wreck things because they can.. there is no shortage of these types in such a market. Our best defense is to spread the word and really make hay when truly good things happen with the company.
I LOVED watching UNQT bounce back time after time after time today whenever someone tried to kick us in the knees. That was fun all by itself. I feel very confident that this CEO will continue to do everything possible to improve the value here.
I even put t little UNQT banner on McCoy's tricorder so every time he powers it up he sees the logo. Scottie is in for a few mill as well and has a bright unopened bottle of Sorian brandy set aside for the day it breaks a penny. (It'll take all of as at least 72 hours to recover from that bottle unless Bones does a little Sick Bay magic for us (which he is not technically supposed to do, but....)
Said too much already....Spock, out.
We are certain you are 100% right. Good call, there.
Just keep in the back of your mind that the CEO "hoped" to be able discuss the details of his share retirement plan this week. The attorney who is handling such matters was out of the country at the time of the last PR.
In the spirit of maintaining transparency ( my opinion) he let us in on exactly what decision has been made regarding this.
Spock.... still futzing with my replicator (owner's manual is written in ancient "Q-speak")...standing by.
Ever wonder what a tinderbox looks like just before it catches fire?Yer lookin' at it right now.
GO UNQT!
Gotta say it.... she's holding her value very steadily so far this a.m. This is really nice to see for a change. Over the past mo. it would take almost nothing...a whisper of a breeze ... a bad paint job and back to 0002 we'd shuffle for a few hours....all the while watching the ask build up. Today things are different....so far.
thv
GO UNQT!
This is as thin at .0003 as I have seen it in the past month. Let's see how close we shave it before another 20million gets piled on to the ask..thv standing by.
Here is the thing: If Mr. Prakash no longer wished to run a company called Tivus, which he built and destroyed all by himself, this is his right. However..... he still has a fiduciary responsibility to uphold as the CEO of whatever it is that TIVUS now is. Many made investments based on information hr provided that was untrue, or very misleading at the least, which even moreso obliges Mr. Prakash to put this shell to bed forever or to sell it off to someone who can do something useful with it. Leaving so many with their shares in a state of unmarketable limbo is cruel and heartless. He could take care of this swiftly if he so chose. Each day he does nothing, he CHOSES to do nothing. I find this unconscionable, especially since a good number of us supported him even when he no longer deserved support. thv
