Recent Shareholder Update on NDIA and SPIE DSS
April 2015
3DIcon reports on successful NDIA attendance; looks forward to upcoming conferences
The annual NDIA Science, Engineering & Technology conference was attended by representatives of the defense industry, academia, the U.S. military and U.S. NATO allies. As one of about 30 companies selected to present, 3DIcon gave an on-stage overview of its volumetric display technology, followed by one-on-one discussions with attendees while standing by a visual representation of the technology that provided additional details.
During these one-on-one discussions, the need for 3D volumetric technology in military applications was further validated and new opportunities and potential partnerships were identified. 3DIcon intends to follow up on all discussions to further investigate any opportunities that could benefit the company and the technology.
Upcoming conference attendance
Company leadership is confirmed to attend several conferences, including:

Letter to Shareholders Regarding Funding March 2015
Company update regarding federal funding initiatives
Many of you have continued to express interest in the status of our efforts to raise money in the form of grants from the Federal Government. Our strategy continues to pursue three different paths:
1. Submit proposals to solicitations from the Federal Government when they have a specific need we believe we can satisfy.
2. Market concepts to the Federal Government in areas where we believe they have a need and would be willing to consider an unsolicited proposal.
3. Work with the Oklahoma Congressional delegation, and others, to increase funding available for (1) and (2).
We continue to make progress, albeit slower than desired, on all fronts. We previously reported submitting a proposal to the National Institutes of Health to interface CSpace with medical imaging systems. This proposal is still under review and we will not know the outcome for several months. This week we submitted a proposal to the Air Force to develop CSpace for use by cyber analysts. Award notification will not occur until early or mid-summer. In both cases we believe we presented compelling arguments for our approach, worked with globally recognized partners to enhance the likelihood of success not only during development but transition, and received the endorsement of large corporate end users.
We continue to look for new opportunities (both solicited and unsolicited) and the team members have expressed interest in future joint submissions. As many of you know, advances in technology for healthcare and cyber security remain a priority for investment by the Federal Government. We, and our partners, continue to believe we can provide unique solutions that the Federal Government will consider worthy of investment. Our presentation at the National Defense Industrial Association Science & Engineering Technology Conference in late March, participation in the SPIE Defense & Security Symposium in April, and contributions to various trade and professional publications are being used to reinforce that message.
While we can understand your desire for more details on these and future submissions, competition and confidentiality sometimes prevents 3DIcon and our team members from making any public statements until we have been notified of selection. We will, however, continue to keep shareholders informed of new developments whenever possible to continue our emphasis on transparency.
- Victor Keen, CEO
You might be onto something again Blu! Does this mean there will be another RS soon?
LOL
These are complete lies Blue. Only one RS was done in the past 3 years, 1 for 35 on April 27, 2012.
The technology in its current state has not existed for 15 years, and like most R&D companies, they don't have a "product" to sell yet, but they do have a technology that has been advanced enough to garner more funding.
No RS is coming yet, as it would also require another shareholder vote and advance notice of that vote.
Facts from the 10k...
Reverse Stock Split
On April 27, 2012, the Company filed an Amended Certificate of Incorporation to effect a 1-for-35 reverse split of the Company’s common stock. The reverse stock split was announced by Financial Industry Regulatory Authority on April 26, 2012 and became effective on April 27, 2012. As previously reported on the Company’s Current Report on Form 8-K, filed on October 20, 2011, this action followed a stockholder vote at the Company’s annual meeting of the stockholders of the Company, which vote authorized the Company’s Board of Directors to effect a reverse stock split of the Company’s authorized, issued and outstanding common stock.
Yes, give them time for the funding process to work. 15 years of ideas evolved into the CSPACE prototypes in the last couple years. This current prototypes is used to convince the Feds to fund further development, which will take CSPACE to the next level. So yes, I say give them a break.
Why does Schott need to say something? 3DIcon will release news when it is material, like funding news. This could take another month or so until NIH is released, etc. Folks are impatient. Give it time to develop.
There is no way they will buy back shares when Fed funding comes Pegs. They would be buying back at a higher price per share for one, and two, if they wanted to invest any more money into this they would do it at the current lower pps.
There will be no share buy back program for 3DIcon for at least another 3-5 years, if not longer or never. They won't be in a position to buy back any shares until they have a steady stream of recurring revenues. We both know that is still a couple years out.
Not trying rain on your enthusiasm, but we need to be realistic here.
It's the toxic funding partner dumping shares for cash given to 3DIcon.
Yes, I know you were there and that it was mentioned in June, but the last update was on October 22nd. I would love to see a video too, but it won't affect the pps.
Have a good weekend everyone!
From October 22nd, not June...
Is the company going to show shareholders the current prototype?
The company has been working on producing a video of the current prototype to show prospective partners, investors, shareholders, and to share on a wider public basis. Some of the prospective grant funders have suggested that a video would be helpful to the process. As stated in previous communications, the prototype image is difficult to appropriately display in photos or videos, however, the company is making an effort to do so. In the event that we are able to secure an appropriate 3D image the company intends to make the video public.
While the company strives for transparency with its shareholder base, we also do not wish to provide a road map for competing technologies to pursue for the same base of grant funding. Consequently, the company will provide more detailed information only following meetings and grant submissions, as we have done in the past.
Similarly, many of the discussions with potential commercial partners take place under the umbrella of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) that prohibits either party from disclosing that such discussions are taking place. At the time an agreement is concluded, an announcement will be made, if allowed, and within the parameters provided by those agreements.
Let's all go out in style on the plus side! Can I get an Amen?
3DIcon is passing the collection plate around the Feds! We get one or two grants and we could be golden.
He never received emails from 3Dicon management... He just claimed to send emails to the company and cc'd the Tulsa Herald.
LOL
TDCP Long and Strong!
FINRA approval on HVEL coming, no scam here. Go NTEK Go HVEL without the "D"!
Pegs, I agree with most of what you said, but 3DIcon does not need to be the first out of the gate and may in fact already be lagging behind other technologies in that general regard. However, those 3D technologies are currently aimed towards other applications/markets, like gaming for example.
I think it would be good to be the first out of the gate for the product applications 3DIcon has targeted CSpace for and maybe that is what you were referring to in your post.
Thanks for sharing IATWalrus. I will have to check this out.
Looks like it has plenty of potential uses, but I still don't see Oculus overlapping directly with the same targeted market applications that 3DIcon has identified at this point for CSpace. That could all change as both technologies evolve, but I the technology differences will probably drive different uses.
Thanks for sharing your information and links.
Yes, SRA has been in effect for years and is still today. You will have to contact OU or 3DIcon for your other question.
Can you tell us? Oculus Rift appears to be geared towards the gaming industry while 3DIcon has clearly identified targeted markets for CSpace and has sought out funding opportunities and potential partners for some of these already.

University of Oklahoma
3DIcon has established an SRA (Sponsored Research Agreement) with the University of Oklahoma (OU), whereby 3DIcon’s technologies are being developed by leading researchers and scientists in state-of-the-art research facilities in the Norman as well as the Tulsa Campuses. Harnessing the resources of a major university with proven research capabilities greatly expands and hastens the development process of an early stage company on the cusp of disruptive technology and does so in a cost efficient manner. To replicate these resources on a private basis would be prohibitively expensive. Not just that, it would be practically impossible to assemble such a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of proven experts.
Enough said...
OU is 100% behind 3DIcon and 3DIcon owns exclusive marketing rights to ALL CSpace patents. We have been down this road enough times here. The filings are clear on who owns what, etc.
I thought I was pretty clear in saying that they are not competing head to head for the funding they both need.
As far as I am concerned, Voxiebox is not competing head to head with CSpace for the same funding and the facts clearly show that. Voxiebox may turn out to be a great fit for the arcade/gaming industry, but it is currently lacking the funding to do so.
I agree WeatherDude. That is why I felt initially that Voxiebox, though neat, was off the beaten path here because it is not competing directly with CSpace.
Frankly there's really no need to debate whether C-Space other types of 3 dimensional technology will be successful since they both have plenty of potential. The difference is which will have broader and more sustained applications of their technology...And I think we all know the answer that that...TDCP
IMO Jim pointed out that reason why they are not competing head to head. I agree with him. Good luck to anyone investing in Voxiebox.
Notice of Potential Delays to NIH Issuing Awards in May 2015
Notice Number: NOT-OD-15-088
Key Dates
Release Date: April 9, 2015
Related Announcements
None
Issued by
National Institutes of Health (NIH)
Purpose
This Notice is to inform NIH applicants and grantees that NIH's ability to issue competing and non-competing awards may be delayed for two weeks from May 19, 2015 until June 3, 2015. During this time, a series of software upgrades will be made to NIH accounting and business systems that have wide-reaching impacts across the NIH. These also connect to NIH grant-making systems, and while every effort will be made to minimize the expected downtime, it may take up to two weeks to complete all the work.
As far as I am concerned, Voxiebox is not competing head to head with CSpace for the same funding and the facts clearly show that. Voxiebox may turn out to be a great fit for the arcade/gaming industry, but it is currently lacking the funding to do so.
There are different types of emerging 3D technologies and some will prevail/succeed in various niche markets or product applications. Claiming one being better than another might be a stretch. However, everyone is entitled to their own opinions based on the facts as they see them.
Really??? I don't believe Arcade game festivals are at the same level as SPIE and NDIA.
Voxiebox = Gas Station Sushi IMO.
It's not relevant to the TDCP share price.
Have a good weekend!
They are completely different technologies, yet you continue to compare them like apples to apples. 3DIcon has already obtained over $20 million in private investment and is now seeking non-dilutive federal funding.
The only things they have in common are limitations pictures and videos provide in seeing each technology and the fact that Voxcon is also seeking funding for the next VoxieBox product prototype.
Bottom line is I don't really give a rats arse about VoxieBox or any other 3D Display out there. There is no established leader on the market and most are completely different technologies targeting different applications and uses.
All I care about is 3DIcon moving forward. Everything else is just bogus noise and clown talk to me.
Looks like pictures and videos don't do Voxiebox any justice either. Hummm... Where have I heard that before?
Wow, it's a projector beam with a Vibrating screen!
Oh no, the resolution is quite low and you cannot view the image head on from the base?
Say what? Your best view is from an angle and not 360 degree?
Voxiebox is nothing more than a cute 3d board game technology. Look for it in an arcade someday.
And please, do not try to tell me the voxiebox image is just a gimmick, and the CSpace will look better. They are doing exactly the same thing optically.
I have not been talking about any valuations in particular. However, as an investor and shareholder, I do feel the company is undervalued.
Valid point Chemist and I agree, but new developments like more funding and new or maturing partnerships (Schott) will change the view of the market and the valuation of the company. The share price follows the success and failure.
Agreed. With funding, it will get a new image space and the value will be much higher.
That is incorrect. They have not been deleted. Here is the link to all NTEK filings.
http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/NTEK/filings
3DIcon will always be the 3rd Party "behind the scenes partner" for any product that comes out of CSpace. Their partners will provide their own sales force to market specific products made using CSpace. 3DIcon only needs to sell the technology/concepts to their partners.
It's good to see you back Weatherdude! You bring good vibes to the board! I am sure the demonstration opened some eyes, hopefully, it will lead to some checkbooks opening too!
Yeah right, they have done nothing at all to get to this point, developing prototypes, submitting and winning funding approvals, submitting more funding proposals, presenting CSpace to government officials, NASA, Air Force, NIH, Army, Navy, Medical Institutes, SPIE, Schott, Boeing, Ratheon, and the list goes on and on...
These clowns include Dr. Refai, Wilner, Robinson, Dr. Melnik, Freitag, Keating, Keen, Dr. Sluess and the host of OU scholars that have brought this disruptive technology to the funding table. These clowns have been thinking outside the box for over 15 years, so much that OCAST funded them twice and now the Federal Gov't Agencies are saying, "Hey, these clowns are on to something!"
The share price will take care of itself in due time. The plan from the beginning and still is to develop the technology, partner with big sponsors, obtain funding to develop market specific products using the technology, then establish revenue streams from the technology. I would be more concerned about the company being acquired than a reverse split, but that is just me thinking outside the box!
You claimed Hakki took the technology with him and that was false. He does not own or have any exclusive marketing rights to any of the technology he helped build while at OU or as an employee of 3DIcon. He is gone and out of the picture.
If Doug Freitag and Schott Defense cannot obtain funding for this patented technology, how in the world will anybody else be able to get a dime? They won't, so there is no point in debating.
Good luck, EOM!
The 10k disagrees. Hakki does not own!
If 3DIcon goes under, OU still owns the patents, not Hakki.

Completely False Information Bluehorse... We have been over this several times, so there is no point in posting false information over and over again. Hakki does not own the technology, 3DIcon has exclusive rights to the patented technology. Hakki has left the building.
Review the mgmt. briefing from last summer and you see Wilner describe the differences between CSpace and Zebra. Not the same thing, not even close.
