You claimed Hakki took the technology with him and that was false. He does not own or have any exclusive marketing rights to any of the technology he helped build while at OU or as an employee of 3DIcon. He is gone and out of the picture.

If Doug Freitag and Schott Defense cannot obtain funding for this patented technology, how in the world will anybody else be able to get a dime? They won't, so there is no point in debating.
