Forgive me. I think you are right. This has been pointed out before. I tend to forget that FPWM was something else before I dove in and that there had been a massive R/S here. I suppose there would be little point hanging on to one share after enduring what was likely a portfolio-poisoning event.... even if one had to pay a commission to clean it from the books.
As I sit back a moment and think about it, if I had a company that just went through a reverse split as severe as this, I would feel awful doing it even if I had good business reasons for doing so. The best thing I could do for those investors who hung on through the split would be to keep the float as low as possible so that perhaps some of those losses could have a chance of being turned around. The float is very, very low now.
Perhaps with Q3 being about done, the next quarterly can be produced without too much delay (assuming the new company's financial year is still on a calendar year.) Wouldn't a PR be great right about now?
Spock....standing by,,,,
Read Yesterday that the housing market for China is up 50% this year (compared to 14% US) and it is expected to be at least this much for the next 2 years beyond this one. Also, the term "Wealth Management" is something of a buzz term among the new Chinese middle class as they start to figure out how to manage the new wealth they have. This is probably why the term finds itself in the name if this company, eh?
A PR? Well, that would be exciting. I emailed investor relations three days ago (business days) and have not gotten any reply. Don't care for that, but it is unfortunately not uncommon behavior for IR email contact points for any company.
The population of the Chinese middle class is measured to be slightly larger than the entire population of the North American continent. Even if FPWM is a modest success that should have phenomenal impact on the pps at some point.
SPock.... trying to understand buying 1 share of this, as someone did this morning.
Ok...I have a bit of volume showing now, but not what should be showing for this time of the session. As for translation, try Google. If you still have trouble write back and I'll do my best.
I am thinking the Borg Queen is locking lips with my router. Stand by.
I have had a number of issues showing no volume for the past 30 mins that usually are very active. I think the net has the E-68 virus.
SPock.... phasers on "BUY".
While it is true that a pinkie can stay alive for long, long periods of time without having to do very much, this does not describe the situation here. It is public knowledge here that quite a bit is going on. We are calmly letting those things evolve until we get the report of the hard numbers, contracts, etc.
UNQT is not hype-hungry like many pinkies. We are kept in touch with by the CEO, and this works fine for us. Getting the PRs we are getting is much better than getting stonewalled or lied to. We're good.
Thanks for asking.
Spock...Did you know the shortest distance between the alpha quadrant and the delta quadrant is not indicated in kilometres, but by quantum state? In terms of stocks this means the best play is not to buy low and sell high, but to be in, not out. Oh, the ship's computer..She Blinded ME With Science.
Science!
If I remember, the CEO felt this would be sending a wrong, or a poor, message to new investors. It would be fair to say that most folks would not welcome such a thing, but if it were done properly (the AS being dropped by a proportionate amount) I would not have a problem with it.
He is well aware of what investors had been out through by the former owners of the company and he does not and WILL not put investors through anything like that, not on his watch.
Spock.... off to the line dancing party.
It has been difficult to get anything on MWWC. Even the new SBDG website makes any info on this hard to find. Very frustrating. Also, I am sure there are a few folks out there with oddlots brought about by the last reverse split a year or two ago. SOme of those investors bay be clearing it from thier portfolios, hence the strage sale numbers. Still, I am expecting at any time more of these multi-million share purchases we've seen over the Summer.
Somewhere, something is up. MWWC as a shell may be used for anything, especially given what SBDG does. One morning we will wake up pleasantly surprised to learn MWWC has been transformed into something useful.
I will continue to keep a very close watch and to report what I find.
Spock..... launching long-range probes into Wall Street.
Ya know, when it comes to selling off, you can't even say you're separating the wheat from the shaft or some such. It is difficult to hold tight while watching other things move. Sometimes things just come up and folks need cash.
A while ago I simply purchased a couple of odd lots of some rather expensive shares because all they do is go up pretty much all the time no matter what the market is doing.
It makes the waiting more bearable and makes me feel like at least something I am doing is paying off. In the case of UNQT, I will admit I did think a bit more would be going on than sitting here at the bottom of the ocean, but we get regular infusions of attention from the CEO whom I trust.
I still feel as rock solid (maybe even moreso) that my patience here is well worth the difficulty and it steels me to deal with other stock trades I am considering all the time.
GO UNQT!
Spock.....I wonder what I'd get for putting my communicator on Ebay? Starfleet would have me boiled in oil.
As something of a simple test, I have gone to the website and contacted via email the "investor relations". Let's see if they respond. In a nutshell, I asked for any information on when the Board will issue PRs/updates.
From watching trading sites, otcmarkets.com, various forums, it is clear this company is dead serious about putting whatever its past had been well behind it, and to present a new, ready-to-rock face to the Chinese market.
The bid/ask gap has been tightening for two weeks now, but no real volume to speak of. This is sort of like watching a bomb with a very long, slow-burning fuse on it sizzling away.
Mr. Edwards had once described the negotiations process as "delicate" with regard to bringing 1st Prestige to market. This must have something to do with why there is so very little information available about some of the key details about the company.
I admit I have some rather high expectations given the way this company is unfolding.
Spock....... playing with my new iPhone 629.
Negative, BQ. That is old data. No longer relevant.
Photon Torps, coming your way.
Spock,,,on red alert.
Well, this is ...as Vulcans are given to say...fascinating. I wonder why such a company would not do a split to attract many more investors. Given, it sounds quite impressive to be able to say that one share of your stock costs over 200k, but as a business choice, I would love to understand the rationale, if there is more to it than that.
Perhaps, in a few weeks , when FPWM is at 25k/share, all will be far more clear.
SPock....making darting dashes into the neutral zone to see who I can irritate.
JT has a fulltime job at United Equities. He is not a salesperson any longer . This is rather old information, actually. He was a deprtment manager previously.
SPock...... gunshy, triggerhappy.
Some question I hope to have answered soon include:
1) Based on the financial information disclosed this far, how does one maintain three offices, each in a different country?
2) Mr. Edwards is identified as being a 65% owner in this company. Who owns the remaining 35%?
3)Why are there so few shares available to the market?
Let me be clear. MY inquiry is not to allege, in any veiled way, that anything untoward is going on. I do not think this is the case at all. I just want a better understanding of what is going on and how it all works. Based on the information made available thus far, these are but a few of the questions which have presented themselves. I am quite happy to have a small stake in this to see and what may come of the company. It is unusual.
Not as unusual as yeoman Janice sleep-walking about C-deck in a toga, sunglasses and a cowboy hat. This sight was highly unusual.
Spock, out.
Gotcha back, Pronew, yer marked. I thank you. Trying to figure out where we crossed paths. Holodeck 3, Bridge, Engine Room? Some black hole?
...that Ka-razy party at Starfleet last week where a couple of the cadettes showed off how to use an older version of the standard issue phaser to turn orange juice into a sort of concentrate that gooses your mitochondrial DNA into 8% overdrive for half a day so you can have legendary stamina during "certain activities?"
Whatever, thank you, very much.
Spock...... seeing if that whole phaser thing works with Tang, the breakfast drink the astronauts like.
Thanks, SPlash.
I just cold not ask for a finer, high-minded CEO that the one steering UNQT. The guy really gives a damn not just about the company, but maybe even more about the people who support it than whatever it might become.
Right now, I am so long, one might call me eternal.
I think UNQT is going to be one rock-solid, well-run endeavor and I feel we are all lucky to have a stake in it. I will be purchasing even more stakes shortly. Already got a tidy little coffer full of shares now.
To all,,,,Live Long & Prosper
..at least proper.
SPock...out.
Notfewrnothineranything, but for apinkie to do well on a day that was a crummy as this one has been for some many stocks testifies to the strength this one has. I remain mighty long on this.
Spock, out.
Unless something goes horribly wrong-which I doubt ALOT- this is exactly what I think will happen as well. JE has been orchestrating this with what appears to be surgical precision.
While I must admit I do not possess the trading finesse to understand all that has been done so far to bring this stock to the point we now find it at, its evolution of the past few months make it clear that there is a very well-focused outcome expected-- and every step has been taken to make sure it looks the way it looks now in order to bring it to a specific fruition.
I wish I could obtain even more of it, but with practically none of it being available to the market, any positive market news will knock this so far out of the park as to be beyond belief. If you want to make a good impression on your new market, let your stock price per share be something phenomenal. This is what most people will see.
Spock, standing buy.
9/15 PINK & Current!!!...per otcmarkets.com. Wow, that didn't take long, now did it. Somebody here knows how to get it done. As I had just posted, this is one of THE most fascinating offerings current on the pink market. I am willing to put money on the idea that it is not going to linger very long in pink land. The strategy presently in place practically assures upward tier movement in the short-term provided just about anything Good happens.
SPOCK.... trying to change the channel on my plasma monitor just using my powerful mind.
Can't help but notice that somebody has been working overtime getting otcmarket.com up to day. I have seen no fewer than four attorney letters as well as financial information and even new information snuck into the Company Profile page almost every few days.
Yes, someone has been working very, very hard to get things properly lined up for those who do real DD and for those who only convince themselves they've done real DD. Either way, one will come away from their effort thinking this is a groundfloor opportunity... a brand new company wearing an old coat. Even the coat will change imminently I am certain. This is an absolutely fascinating entry on the OTC market.
Spock.... feeling uncharacteristically un-Spocklike.
Thank you, down777. We know. And we're totally good with that. Appreciate it.
thv
SOmeone else must've REALLY REALLY needed to get rid of 5 bucks a short while later to acquire 50k shares. I hope they didn't pay $9.99 in commissions for it.
BUck's post makes a great point in a great way. Nice post, BUCK.
Just for nothing other than support I popped off an email to JT today. I didn't ask him anything and I did not write to him looking for a reply. I just wanted to tell him that there exists a core of supporters who understand that UNQT is by no means an average pink stock, but a true company being built FOR VALUE, not to make some scammer a fat bank account via dilution.
It must be tough sometimes to go week after week busting a gut to make something of your company, maybe even knowing the whole time you have something awesome coming together, but then to draw on the discipline it takes to shut up about it all until it is nailed down for sure.
Vulcans really like this sort of thing alot. What we can't often do is one of those one-handed, card-deck shuffles that look so cool at Poker parties. No matter how I try, I can't do those and it really pisses me off.
Spock, folding ...er, out.
Fair point, Buck. On am on board with your opinion 100%.
SPock...wondering if Triple A will jumpstart my shuttle for me.
JT scores big, yet again. Does it really come as any surprise to anybody, seriously, that JT is a quality act? Not to me, anyway. This is
EXACTLY
what any company wants their CEO to be like, to do the sorts of things he is doing. No need to write a long, sprawling post. This just deepens my resolve to invest as much as I can in this company.
Spock..... trying to jumpstart a shuttle with a smartphone and a tricorder. Don't ask. Easier to spacewalk sometimes, I swear to God.
Hello, Spec. Welcome. I have been following SBDG closely because of the fact that they are re-tooling MWWC into something good.I want to see what they do with it.
The mystery for me now, and of more immediate concern id why their PPS is so depressed recently. I can finad NOTHING in any financial news at all. My only option now is to see what I can learn from OTCmarkets .com about them from things like a 10-q or an annual report.
My emails to INvestor support have gone unanswered.
You have any info on what is going on there? I do want to get my hat in the ring but i need a better idea of what is going on under their roof.
Thanks, Spock.....doing light housekeeping and brewing some tea.
Seeking clarity on "going private label". I feel as though I can guess what this means but if someone here can define it well, especially for the context of IDGC I would appreciate that.
Spock.... trying some MMJ in a custodial closet in the shuttle bay with Uhuru so perhaps I can understand better what all this fuss over MMJ is.
Spock, out.
In at .51, but only a a partial fill. rest were at 1.00. thv
Well, maz.. I sincerely hope you got the information you sought, that your concern over the CPA matter is put to bed and that you now feel compelled to add more shares.
Foward we go into the very bright future, shares in hand, plans in mind.
SPock....looking for love in all the wrong places.
You know, its a curious thing about the skull and crossbones... in this case, if one does even a cursory DD effort, it is fairly plain to see that the S&V is there not because of something horrible that has happened, just that the usual information has not been made available to the website.
The sheer scope if the focus of this company indicates that if properly run, it should be an impressive thing, indeed. And the man behind it is no slouch. He knows what he is doing.
If, in fact, there are only 370,000 -500,000 shares in the float, then holy smokies, mama... one share could end up being a whopper all by itself. (That probably won't happen, but it could.)
Spock..... flipping a coin.
v--I think it is completely human and fair to feel frustrated. That is honest. This is exactly the sort of situation that makes some people very skittish about penny-stocks at all.
Ya get a little info that does not seem to set quite right, so what do you do about it?
I think asking questions is both intelligent and appropriate. how one goes about it will vary from person to person, bit for sure there is a right way and a wrong way, in my view.
If you approach the situation with this rule, you'll be alright:
Never embarrass yourself.
I fail at that sometimes but it has helped me avoid some moves that I would only be able to regret for the rest of my life.
Hope you're OK with me saying as much.
Spock... going to my pilates class. See ya.
Total sarcasm, Yes.
On-Fire......you are so right. Thank you for the heads-up. I am selling everything the minute the market opens.
Geez, Louise.
SPock.....panicking in a total state of confusion and distress. What would jar-jar binks do?
Man, if you can actually purchase any at that price I would seriously try. I did, actually, but it seems noone is prepared to let any go so very cheaply.
Given the nature of the company and who is behind it, though, my own feeling is that the asking price is more than reasonable.
I am assuming you do not look at this as a short-term play.
Spock... gotta catch a beam.
Iheart, I see that you and I may have attended the same school of hard knocks. I, too, paid a substantial tuition fee for falling in love with a particular security only to have the CEO throw all the investors into the moat before leaving the castle and setting it on fire.
The minute I start to feel the same about GPRO as I did that, I am so very gone.
DD is on ever-going process, and so it shall be with GPRO. All scanners are on max sensitivity and long-range acquisition to targets.
Good luck to all of us as we enjoy this rare ride.
Spock...inventing new uses for tribbles as fashion accessories for labradoodles.
Iheart: I am thinking much longer. I often have to buy gadgetry for friends and fam at Holiday time, Last year, as you mayt recal, there was no real gadget to go get. I think GoPros are going to be a massive holiday seller.
Imagine if they unveil anything stunningly hot around Thanksgiving. These prices will be nothing.
By the way, I do own one and I am simply floored by how versatile and cheap they are.
Seriously, if you don't have one, get one. They are an absolute blast and a half.
Spock... standing by in transporter room as I send my live Gopro into a wormhole (Yes, on Starfleet time). Should be huge fun.
I seriously doubt anything is really wrong based on JTs past history. My hunch is that there is a perfectly sound explanation for this. I am happy to wait for it.
It hardly makes a lick of sense for the CEO who has been practically accused of being too transparent to suddenly be deceitful and misleading.
What do you think?
Spock... ever the Vulcan.... mostly.
PR says he is being hired not to do an audit, but to do an S-1 registration. Now, I am no CPA but doing an audit and doing an S-1 does not necessarily sound like the same things. Not trying to be argumentaive, just accurate.
Spock...sporting new goth haircut, nosering.
I have been searching high and low to understand why BDR dropped so badly on 9/5. So far, the only thing I can find/speculate is the probability of MMs lloking to resolve short sale margins more or less all at once.
The literally reset the clock back almost to the very day BDR began its wonderful climb into pps-land it probably should have been in long ago.
Any other input on this price drop last week would be so greatly appreciated.
Note: as of mid last week I had decided to take a position here and would have probably gotten in at about 1.78/share.
Many thanks,,,,spock... going to hair dresser's for dye job, punk/goth cut.
Totally, AL, Totally. (But there is NO way I want the veep seat. It's not worth a bucket of warm spit.)
Spock, out.
b13...of course, everyone's choice is an individual one. I am not a stockbroker, but I have a smidge of experience. What I can tell you is that I like everything about this security right now. I am very comfortable taking a genereous position here and letting UNQT develop. I am a patient person and I think this will demand some patience on the part of any investor. The CEO is a smart guy but he has not been running public companies for thirty years. He DOES have common sense and it appears he has a very competent team around him.
He is also taking smart, logical steps raising his new holding company. He could certainly use more exposure, but as I have heard many times: Excellence attracts excellence. People who want excellent components in their portfolios will want a slice of this in there, too. In time, he will have his PRs professionally written, but his money is better spent in other ways right now.
Make your choices. Never blame anyone else if an investment goes sour. Do your DD. I really like UNQT and I have done my DD, but it is an ongoing process. Watch your nestegg like a mother hawk. Don't be afraid to get out of something if your emotions have overtaken your sensibilities.
Spock... shutting up now. sheesh.
