It means that DTCC is winding things up. On 15 April they'll be sending whatever they have left of CMKX stock to the Participants. End of story, as far as DTCC is concerned.
remember that Urban's shares have been locked up for three years and that ends on april the 15th.
That's meaningless. If Urbie's small holding was actually in escrow (don't forget that he told an awful lotta lies over the years) it was probably in cert form. So it wasn't held by DTCC.
Might be a Good Thing if they had their copy written by a native English speaker.
This is really Amateur Hour.
lol, they need to do better.
Mr Kirby is the original author of the PayChest Internet Payment System (IPS). PayChest Inc. acquired full system copyright to the IPS and Mr Manuel was appointed IT Director of PayChest Inc. on 5th December 2005.
So what's his first name? What's his last name??
Nestor has done research studies with the Maharishi University of Management, Iowa, USA.
Oh WONDERFUL!! For those of you unfamiliar with the unaccredited Maharishi University, see here:

And what happened to Cerda??
That would be May 8, 2005.
More on Michael Mancini:

I really don't think the demands the SEC are making on KSWJ as anything the company has to be greatly concerned with. I too expect this stock to be trading again.
Bear in mind that SEC suspensions are relatively rare. They don't do it just because they want to ask a few friendly questions.
lol, needless to say, that doesn't make any sense. The server belongs to Microsoft.
But what's the source of that? The website?
That's very unusual. How did people manage to get in touch with George Anderson?
I was just looking at the old PRs. Not a single one offers a company or IR contact address, phone number, or email addy.
Different from what?
LOLOL!!
Maybe. Though if I were George/Marek/M. Mancini I think I'd keep my lip zipped.
Yes, Nevada is lax about that stuff. But if it were me, I'd bring the info up to date as soon as there were changes.
You know, it looks better.
lol, in all fairness, I believe John Sparrow is a FORMER CEO and president.
But one can scarcely blame the SEC for being confused.
I guess someone hasn't updated the Nevada records.
Or else we have a third president and CEO.
Yep. That's them. Such an impressive bunch. Considering the lies they've been telling, it might be wiser to remove their faces from the web.
Yup. So, are George and Marek the same person? If so, I don't think the SEC will be amused.
Well, I guess the SEC wants to know. Marat Shteyn is from Belarus originally.
You'll find that phone number here:
http://www.payphone-project.com/payphones/usa/718/84/
As noted previously, it's a pay phone in New York.
No he isn't. He's the company's "other" CEO:
KSW Industries Inc. (OTC: KSWJ) is pleased to announce that it has begun trading on the Pink Sheets under its new ticker symbol, KSWJ, effective immediately. The company is also pleased to announce that it has appointed Mr. Marat Shteyn President and CEO.

The Sec should halt the companies and let them explain. If no explanation is given or received then the sec should suspend them.
SEC suspensions and exchange halts are entirely different things. See the explanations here:
http://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions.shtml
I think though if you go through most of the suspensions you will find that most are due to not filing periodic report.
That's true for revocations. But most suspensions are for "misleading press releases" or "unverifiable information".
Take a look at the registration for the company's website. The responsible person is one "Marek Anderson". lol, maybe he's two, two, two CEOs in one.
And the phone number traces to a pay phone in New York City.
What IS he going on about?
I think you're right.
Sorry, dear. It was Mad Mikey Sylver of AZNT who learned a lesson. A number of very expensive lessons, actually.
Tony's on the Travel Channel now, Mondays at ten. And there are reruns at other times during the week.

LOLOLOLOLISSIMO!!
Stocks trading under one dollar are not eligible for the DTCC's Stock Borrow Program.
THIS NEWS MAY NOT OR MAY BE TRUE.
What "news"?
What, exactly, does the HSBC PR have to do with PayChest??
Megas had a register of his shareholders before this mess occurred. He knew EXACTLY who his shareholders were, according to him.
Yes, and we've seen that list.
But...did Ronald Allen issue stock? Did Louis Lesser issue stock? We know that Lesser did, at least to himself.
LOLOLOLOLISSIMO!!
Yes, I've followed many suspension stories. They almost always end badly.
Here's the list. You can check 'em out to see what happened:

Goldman Sachs has been linked to lots of shorting... just a little Google reveals that.
Wonder who their MM is??
They are an MM. Generally speaking, they don't mess with pennies.
