I think though if you go through most of the suspensions you will find that most are due to not filing periodic report.

That's true for revocations. But most suspensions are for "misleading press releases" or "unverifiable information".

Take a look at the registration for the company's website. The responsible person is one "Marek Anderson". lol, maybe he's two, two, two CEOs in one.

And the phone number traces to a pay phone in New York City.
